  Pros

  The pads are clean and the cotton isn't rough. I was worried it might sting since it's an exfoliating product, but I was pleased that it caused minimal irritation to my skin.

  Cons

  I was a bit disappointed that the pads seemed slightly under-saturated with the liquid formula.

  It's great for cleansing the entire face and removing dead skin cells from the lips.

  Pros

  After trying various products for my acne, I finally settled on this The SAEM Derma Plan line. It's gentle, doesn't cause any tingling sensation, and while results may vary for different people, it worked wonders for me!

  Cons

  There's not really anything disappointing about it, but since it's a toner pad, I sometimes end up using just this when I'm feeling lazy.

  As someone with super sensitive skin that usually stings and turns red with any product, this is genuinely, truly gentle... I'm already on my second bottle!! It's an absolute must-have as a base for my skincare routine!

  Pros

  Usually, new products irritate my skin, but this one didn't cause any irritation. My face didn't sting or itch at all. It seems like a safe and easy-to-use product for most people.

  I was chosen as one of The Hwahae Testers, and I'll write this review honestly without exaggeration or lies. Usually, when a cosmetic product doesn't suit me, I immediately feel itchy or notice something on my skin, but I didn't experience any of that. Also, when I've used other brands' exfoliating pads, they often felt stinging and irritating, but these had no irritation at all. My mom tried them on the first day too and said they were fine.

  Cons

  It feels like there's not enough toner... I get the impression it might dry quickly, which is a bit disappointing. While I appreciated the lack of irritation, I simultaneously wondered if these exfoliating pads were actually exfoliating? So I'm using them more like an exfoliating toner...

  Tip

  I have super sensitive skin, so I recommend these gentle exfoliating pads with good ingredients to anyone looking for mild exfoliation.

  Pros

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. I got to try this product as a Hwahae Tester winner. At first, I thought the case was big, so maybe the pads would be large? But they were just the right size! The scent was refreshing and shouldn't bother you unless you're particularly sensitive. The pad has different textures on each side. I gently wiped with the front side, feeling like it was removing dead skin cells, then used the back side for a second pass! While I don't have super sensitive skin, my skin can react with stinging or breakouts if a product doesn't suit me. This one didn't cause any significant irritation, so that was good! It doesn't completely remove all dead skin cells, but it does clean off loose flakes and excess sebum. My skin texture improved tremendously! Overall, it was a decent product to use.

  Cons

  The main disappointment was that it didn't have much effect on blemishes or small bumps. Also, the tweezers that came with it weren't built into the packaging, so you have to store them separately, which is a bit inconvenient. The amount of essence seemed a bit less compared to other similar products.

  Tip

  I found that using it right after a shower when the dead skin cells are slightly softened makes your skin feel incredibly smooth and supple.

  Here's a review from The Hwahae Testers! This product contains about 70 pads. Positives: 1. The hydration seems to last longer compared to other toner pads. 2. Unlike some products where even the soft side can feel rough and cause irritation, this one is gentle (low-irritation and soft). 3. It effectively removes residual impurities. Sometimes I notice it picking up dirt that wasn't removed during cleansing.

  Cons

  Areas for improvement: 1. The pads are soaked in toner, but there isn't excess liquid sloshing around. It would have been nice if they added more toner for extra moisture. 2. The fragrance is a bit strong. It doesn't bother me much, but my mom mentioned it's quite noticeable (rose or aromatherapy scent perhaps?). 3. It doesn't exfoliate dead skin cells. While it might be slightly better than not exfoliating at all, you should definitely exfoliate separately. 4. There's no designated space to place the tweezers. I just keep them inside the container with the pads.

  Tip

  After cleansing, I wipe with the embossed side first, then follow up with the soft side. The pads remain moist even after use, so I also use them on my neck and leave them on for a bit. Occasionally, I use them as a quick mask. Placing them on my cheeks for a short while leaves my skin feeling hydrated! I have somewhat sensitive, combination skin that leans towards the dry side. I also have atopic dermatitis, so I pay close attention to product ingredients. I found this product to be gentle with minimal irritation, and I especially liked that my skin didn't feel dry after using the pads. If I use up all of these, I'd consider repurchasing. Thank you!

  Pros

  I have dry, sensitive skin. Gentle: It removes impurities after cleansing without irritation, leaving my skin feeling moisturized. Especially when wiping around the eyes, there's no stinging sensation. Packaging: I've been using COSRX pads, which don't come with tweezers to pick up the pads, which was inconvenient. The SAEM includes separate tweezers, making it easier to grab the pads. Scent: I'm sensitive to fragrances, but this product doesn't have a strong scent, so I didn't experience any irritation from the fragrance.

  Cons

  Packaging: While the inclusion of tweezers is a huge plus, the container is too deep, making it increasingly difficult to take out the pads as you use them. Pads: When I first opened it, the liquid hadn't soaked through to the top, so the first pad was just like a dry cotton pad. Also, even though I don't wipe aggressively, the pads pill excessively and leave bits of cotton on my skin, which was uncomfortable. The pads aren't sufficiently saturated with the essence, so it doesn't feel like they're effectively cleansing. Apart from being gentle, I don't see many advantages. I have some small blemishes, but I didn't notice any soothing effects at all.

  As someone with super sensitive skin, I'm always cautious about toners causing tingling or deep dryness. But this toner pad was a pleasant surprise - no irritation whatsoever!

  Cons
