Pros
First, when applying makeup in the morning, it helps remove dead skin cells and residual impurities from the skin, making the skin feel refreshed. It also provides hydration, so it's easy to apply like a lotion. And since it's very gentle, it didn't cause any skin troubles for my sensitive skin! I think it would be great for those with sensitive skin as well!!! The pads also have a lot of product, so there was still some left even after covering my whole face!! 🌱Review from a Hwahae Trial Reviewer🌱 My skin type is dry. Even in the summer, it gets dry, so I have to be careful with my basic skincare. That's why I always use peeling pads, and I got to try the Dermaplanning Peeling Toner Pads from The Saem for the first time. The best thing when I first used it was the refreshing cooling sensation. I used it without refrigerating, but it still felt cool, and it helped refine my skin texture, so it was great to use before makeup.🙂 And even after cleansing, my skin felt moisturized when I used the pads. I didn't notice much exfoliating effect in the first few days, but after using it daily for a week, my makeup stopped flaking and peeling reduced.
Cons
While it did give a moisturized feeling when using it, the moisture didn't seem to last long on my very dry skin. So I used the pads and then applied a nourishing cream as well. It might be just the right amount of moisture for oily skin types! And coming from using fragrance-free products, I noticed the Dermaplanning Peeling Toner Pads had a slightly stronger scent. But it wasn't an unpleasant smell, so the fragrance didn't bother me much.😊

💗I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and left a product review💗 ❤Moisture Each and every pad is thoroughly soaked with toner product. There was not a single dry spot. Even when applying the pads to my cheeks like a toner pack, I did not feel the pads drying out. Of course, my skin also tends to release a lot of moisture. You'll likely feel your skin become more supple after use. 🧡Exfoliation This is the biggest advantage of this product that I've noticed over the 2 weeks of use! Wiping my face with the embossed cotton pads easily removes dead skin cells. I used to have particularly rough and bumpy skin around my chin and the sides of my nose from makeup, but using this product has made that area completely manageable. 💛Usefulness of the tweezers Without the tweezers, it was difficult to pull out the pads one by one as they would get stuck together. Using the tweezers made it easy to grab and remove the pads individually. I've seen comments saying it's inconvenient that the tweezers are separate, but I didn't find that to be an issue at all. I just slid the tweezers into the empty space next to the pads and never lost them. (Photo attached.) The space is not so narrow that the tweezers would directly touch the pads and contaminate them. I just kept the tweezers in the side space. However, if you're concerned about hygiene, you can certainly store them separately.

I don't want to use this product again! There wasn't much that I particularly liked about it. Overall, I was satisfied. 💚Fragrance However, regarding the scent that many people talked about, those who are sensitive to scents may not like it. It would have been better if it was fragrance-free. To give a rough analogy, the scent is like a combination of baby wipe scent, a hint of aroma oil(?), and baking soda. But I was fine with it because the scent didn't linger for too long and I didn't find it irritating. 💙This is just something I'm mentioning just in case. Around the time I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and started using this product, I also started using a new toner and lotion. I'm not sure which product's ingredients were the problem, but about 5 days after using them, some dormant acne started appearing very faintly. Ah! My skin type is on the dry side, with a slight oiliness only on my nose. Even when I get breakouts, it's just small bumps on my forehead. The pad itself seems to have gentle ingredients, so I'm mentioning this for reference.
Tip
I was most impressed by the thorough exfoliation of this product. You can discover that the rough calluses have been cleanly removed if you wipe the areas that need callus care several times with the embossed pad, following the texture of the skin. Although the pad is mild and not very irritating, I did apply an aloe soothing gel after the callus removal as a finishing touch. I recommend not scrubbing too hard when removing calluses!

I tried using the product both before and after cleansing, and it was great. Before cleansing, it effectively removed the dirt and impurities on my skin, which were visible on the pad. It cleaned my skin so well that I could even use it as a cleansing substitute. After cleansing, my skin felt smooth and refined, likely due to using it after the cleansing oil. Overall, it did an excellent job of removing all the dirt and impurities from my skin, both before and after cleansing.
Cons
Since I have dry skin, the moisture did not last long after the impurities were removed, and my skin became dry again, which was disappointing. Also, while it cleaned well, I wish the pad size was a bit larger.

Pros
After using this pad, the small pimples on my forehead went away in just a few days, even though they didn't disappear right away. Those who use this pad will know that wiping your face with the pad makes it very moisturized.
Cons
The moisture doesn't last long. At first it's hydrating, but it dries out quickly later on. The pad was a bit dried out. The price-performance ratio is not great - it's too expensive. And I don't know if it's just me, but after using it, my skin feels a tiny bit sticky.
