This product would be great to use in the winter!😆 The reason is that it has excellent moisturizing power!! The cream's texture is not as thick as you might expect! But the moment you apply it to your face, it becomes white like an ointment and gets absorbed!! I received and used the product through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer! (I usually have skin that is close to combination on the T-zone and cheeks, dry and sensitive on the U-zone, and close to dry in the winter) To summarize the positives, the product has good spreadability and excellent moisture retention effects! And since I have oily skin, I usually break out when using thick creams, but this one didn't cause any issues. In the winter, my U-zone usually feels dry and tight, but because of my sensitive skin, I couldn't use just any oil or cream. Thanks to this opportunity, I found a good product! Yes, my skin is extremely dry. I have almost no oil production, and even if I don't wash my face for a couple of days, there's no greasiness at all. However, most heavy creams with a lot of oils tend to feel stuffy and sticky when applied. Even if the application feels good initially, the ingredients often end up irritating my skin, causing redness and trouble. But this cream feels surprisingly lightweight and non-greasy, considering the moisturizing ingredients. It allows me to apply it comfortably without much burden. Initially, I didn't have high expectations for the effectiveness, as I've tried other barrier-repairing products before, and they didn't work as well over time. But I figured I should keep trying, so I used this consistently for about a week. And this cream has exceeded my expectations! Just by replacing my regular cream with the Ultra Balm Cream, the redness and stinging around my cheeks and eyes (from atopic dermatitis) improved by around 50% in about two days. And now, the stinging sensation has reduced by around 80%. I'm so satisfied with this cream that I'm looking into other products in the dermatologically-tested line. As for toners, I still haven't found anything as suitable as the Avène Thermal Spring Water (most others sting and irritate my skin). But I'm hopeful I can find more derma-friendly products.
