  Pros

  Thank you for selecting me for the Hwahae event! As someone with dry, sensitive, eczema-prone skin prone to blemishes and redness, I'm usually very cautious about what I put on my face. However, I was pleasantly surprised that even without using toner after cleansing and applying only this cream, I experienced no irritation. The hydration was excellent too. It didn't even sting my eyes (and I'm someone whose eyes usually react to chemical ingredients). I highly recommend this gentle, non-irritating cream for those with super sensitive skin looking for a soothing moisturizer.

  Cons

  The cream is a bit too thick. While this has its advantages, when I'm in a hurry to do my makeup or need to quickly apply an emulsion, I wish it were a bit more fluid.

  Tip

  As someone who skips toner and only uses emulsions or creams, I apply this when my skin is still slightly damp. This helps it spread and absorb more quickly. (I do this when I'm not going out.)

  First off, it was gentle on my skin. My nose and cheeks had a completely damaged skin barrier, feeling rough, but after consistently applying this for about 10 days to 2 weeks, my skin barrier recovered. This winter seemed particularly dry, but I managed with just toner or this cream alone. I think this simplicity would be especially convenient for men. The cream was mild, with a good level of hydration, and the stickiness was just right for me. I'm glad I had the chance to try it, and I'll likely repurchase when I run out.

  As it's rich in moisture, there's a bit of an oily feel - or should I say a slight greasiness? When I went out after applying it, I had to blot my face with oil-absorbing sheets to tone it down a bit.

Being fragrance-free, it's perfect for those sensitive to scents. Its gentle formula makes it ideal for those with super sensitive skin.

  As someone with sensitive skin, I'm usually cautious about using cosmetics or skincare products. But this cream? Absolute satisfaction! (And you get a generous amount too.) It's gentle, and on days when my skin is acting up, I make sure to apply it meticulously. The next morning, I wake up to find that yesterday's irritated skin has calmed down... It's amazing! I'm so pleased with this product.

  Cons

  I wouldn't recommend this for those with dry skin. My friend with dry skin tried this cream at my place recently, and she complained that it stung and made her skin feel too tight.

  Tip

  Before bed, gently spread a thin layer over your skin. The next morning, you'll be delighted to see that your complexion has calmed down significantly.

  I'm so grateful to have been selected for The Hwahae Testers! First off, I love that it's made with gentle ingredients that are safe even for super sensitive skin. While it's a cream, it has a balm-like texture that's a bit rich but still absorbs well! The cream won't even spill if you turn the jar upside down! It spreads smoothly, absorbs quickly, and creates a layer of hydration that prevents moisture loss while keeping the skin deeply hydrated. When I apply it at night, my skin stays moisturized until the next morning! The 60ml size is generous, and the price seems reasonable for the amount. I'll likely repurchase it when it's on sale! For my combination dehydrated skin, applying a peanut-sized amount seems to work well. I also appreciate the included spatula for hygienic application!

  I don't have any complaints yet! It would be nice if they also made it in a tube format.

  Texture: True to its name as a balm-type product, it's thick but spreads smoothly without causing any discomfort to the skin. Mildly acidic: Being a low pH cream, it didn't cause any irritation, making it comfortable to use without any skin sensitivity. Fragrance: It's unscented, so I could use it comfortably without getting a headache! Moisturizing effect: While it's a bit ambiguous to call it moisturizing, I liked that when I applied this cream after thoroughly hydrating my skin, it helped lock in the moisture. I used a sample I received with the treatment from the same line, and using them together was quite nice!

  Cons

  It had that typical feeling of balm-type products that seem to block the pores... So it made my skin feel slightly stuffy! However, it didn't cause any blemishes, so I continued using it.
