I like the formula, as it seems to be good for hydration, and it feels like it's holding onto the previous products I've applied, creating a protective barrier. ◽I like the overall white packaging The whole packaging of the Derma product from The Face Shop is white and blue, which makes me feel calm and like my skin will improve. ◽The volume is generous While it's not an old product, my skin gets very dry in the mornings and evenings, so I apply a lot. I originally had small milia on my forehead, numerous blackheads and acne scars around my nose due to hyperpigmentation, so I have a sensitive combination skin type. First, the application is great! I was worried the formula would be thick, but it glides on thinly and smoothly. It's moisturizing! These days I just use the toner and this product, and even in the winter, I didn't feel dryness!! Since it's so moisturizing, my skin felt smooth and even in the morning. I'm not sure if it's because of this product, but my acne scars have faded a bit and my blemishes seem to have decreased as well! I've heard that if you properly hydrate skin with acne scarring, the redness can fade, and that seems to be the case here.

I applied a different cream in the morning, so it didn't bother me, but the formula feels a bit heavy, so it might be burdensome to apply before doing my makeup in the morning. It's a bit oily! This product would be great to use in the winter!😆 The reason is that it has excellent moisturizing power!! The cream's texture is not as thick as you might expect! But the moment you apply it to your face, it becomes white like an ointment and gets absorbed!! Compared to other products, it's a bit thinner in texture than Atopalm's Real Barrier, but it has a similar level of moisturizing power. The application is like an ointment, and the absorption is not extremely fast. But it doesn't feel sticky or leave residue. However, if you apply too much, it can feel a bit stuffy.

I apply it quite generously, but I think it might feel a bit light for those with dry skin. Even though it's a night-time type, it applied more lightly than the Etude House Soonjung Cream I used to use. With the Etude cream, if I applied too much, I would immediately get breakouts. So lately I've been using The Saem cream instead. Lastly, the price was great! These days, decent moisturizers usually cost around 30,000-40,000 won, but this one at 22,000 won seems like a really good value. And when it's on sale, you can even get it for around 10,000 won! You don't even need to use expensive brand cosmetics - drugstore products these days have great ingredients and affordable prices, so I think I'll just stick to using drugstore cosmetics from now on.

I received the product through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program and this is a real review after using it for about two weeks!! First of all, my skin type is combination-sensitive with occasional small bumpy acne and a few big cystic acne. 1. The ingredients are so gentle that even those with sensitive skin like mine can use it without any trouble!! (Centella, green tea ingredients, etc.) In my case, I didn't experience any worsening of my skin troubles while using this product. 2. As I have extremely dry skin, I was really satisfied that this cream was able to fully hydrate my skin. When I wake up in the morning after applying it at night, my skin doesn't feel tight and is nicely moisturized. I think this is a great product to use especially in the harsh winter with strong cold winds. 3. It's fragrance-free, so those sensitive to scents can use it without any issues. 4. Even though it's a night cream, it doesn't feel overly oily. When applied thinly, it provides the right amount of occlusion while keeping the skin moisturized.

As for my skin, it is combination skin and I get hormonal imbalances once a month, which causes breakouts only on my chin area. I had hoped it would be like a moisturizing cream as the final step in my skincare routine, and when I washed my face in the morning, I felt like there was a moisture barrier left behind. There was no tightness at all after washing, so I felt this was a very moisturizing product! 🎄 Gentleness First of all, I don't have extremely sensitive skin and most products don't cause any particular reaction for me. However, I had an experience in the past where I used a Bring** orange cream and my skin completely freaked out. So whenever I try a new product, if I feel any itchiness or stinging, I just stop using it. But with this product, I didn't feel anything at all when I applied it. I currently have a few blemishes on my chin area, and there was no stinging sensation even when the product touched those troubled spots. So I felt this was a very gentle formula! (During the 4 days of using it only at night, I didn't experience any breakouts.) 🎄 Fragrance-free I prefer fragrance-free skincare products, and I don't really like it when products use natural oils to create a scent either.
