  Pros

  I have sensitive skin, but this product didn't cause any blemishes. It seems like it would be great for those with dry skin.

  Cons

  It's really heavy. While that's partly due to its balm-like texture, for someone with oily skin like me, it felt like I was applying a cleansing balm to my face. It gives a strong sensation of clogging the pores.

  Tip

  I'd advise those with oily skin to avoid using this, but if you do use it, apply it very thinly and sparingly.

  Pros

  The thick balm texture is perfect for creating a final protective layer after applying your base skincare products. Surprisingly, it doesn't leave your face looking greasy when applied. Instead, it gives a slightly powdery, smooth finish without any uncomfortable shine.

  Cons

  As someone with dry skin, I can apply it generously without breaking out. However, those with oily skin might find it potentially pore-clogging. Even I only apply a thin layer on my nose area. Also, it has a slightly Vaseline-like feel, so you might not be able to remove it completely with just water cleansing.

  Tip

  This could be a great substitute for oil during dry winter months. Personally, I tend to get blemishes when my skin gets too dry, but whenever that happens, I apply a thick layer of this over the blemishes. It not only soothes the redness but also helps the blemishes heal faster.
