Packaging: - The semi-transparent container allows you to visually check how much product is left - It's not a pump, but a flip-top cap -> So I applied it directly to my hair instead of my hands 2. Lather and Scent: - The lather is better than expected, which is great - The scent is almost fragrance-free 3. After Use: - My hair usually gets extremely dry and always needs a hair mask - But after using this shampoo, even without a hair mask, it's noticeably less dry. I still use a hair mask on the ends though - The cleansing effectiveness for the scalp seems good. I usually get a lot of blemishes on my scalp, but they've disappeared and haven't come back since using this - It's marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo... but I'll need to use it longer to comment on its effects on hair loss
ConsThe formula is quite runny, so you have to pour it directly onto your hair, which can be a bit challenging

To retain hydration, my scalp started producing more oil. In other words, my hair gets greasy easily. My hair is thin and dry, prone to tangling. It's long but tangles easily, leading to more hair loss. Scent ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It has a herbal scent. I kept thinking about what it reminds me of - maybe throat lozenges? Or pine? It's a herbal scent with a spicy, cool undertone. (That doesn't mean it's a cooling shampoo though) The scent is strong while shampooing, but leaves a subtle lingering fragrance after rinsing. Personally, I love both organic scents and the subtle lingering fragrance. Lather ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It lathers extremely well. Usually, shampoos with good ingredients don't lather much, but this one actually produces a richer lather. This means you can use less product, which is a plus. Feel ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It feels incredibly smooth when rinsing. Despite having good ingredients, it offers supreme softness. Upon checking, I found it contains many conditioning ingredients. Also, I currently have a perm, and it seemed to maintain my curls well. Hair Loss ⭐⭐⭐ As it's a hair loss prevention shampoo, I should review this aspect, but I haven't used it long enough to make a definitive judgment. However, when I first washed my hair, perhaps due to its softness, there was noticeably less hair in the drain. That day, I tried using only shampoo, and because of my tangle-prone hair type, when I dried it without using conditioner, I did experience more hair loss then. I think it needs long-term use to properly assess its effectiveness. Recommended for ⭐⭐⭐ I'd recommend this for dry scalps and permed hair. Repurchase Intent ⭐ As I have an oily scalp, preventing greasiness is my top priority. Since this shampoo doesn't align with my needs, I probably won't repurchase it. 🎈 Overall - Product with good ingredients - Soft finish - Maintains curls - Cool, organic scent - Cleansing power uncertain - Price is
ConsTexture ⭐⭐ It has a watery, liquid consistency. It tends to run off your hand when dispensed all at once, which can be inconvenient. I recommend dispensing small amounts at a time. Product Container ⭐ Because the shampoo is thin, you need to dispense a little, use it, then dispense more. But with shampoo-covered hands, you have to pick up the bottle to squeeze out more, which means you need to rinse the bottle every time. It's inconvenient. I think a pump-type container would be more convenient for shampoo. Price ⭐⭐ 300ml for 20,000 won feels expensive.
TipIt's good to rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water before shampooing. Using a brush while shampooing definitely helps create more lather, which seems to improve cleansing effectiveness and scalp health management.

First off, it has a different texture from my usual shampoo. It's thin and transparent, probably because it doesn't contain harsh surfactants. The overall feel is incredibly gentle. It lathers well when shampooing, but differently. Instead of a rich, dense foam, it produces a lot of soft, light bubbles. This makes me want to use more because it feels so gentle. Even with generous use, it doesn't irritate my scalp at all. I've tried various anti-hair loss shampoos before, and some stung my eyes and scalp terribly. Dermotive, however, is extremely mild. It feels gentle enough that I could even use it on my niece or nephew. The best part is that even without using conditioner afterwards, my hair is easy to comb. And because I skip the conditioner, my hair doesn't get limp even after being out in the wind all day. Typical anti-hair loss shampoos often leave hair stiff and tangled without conditioner, turning it into a mess. I think that's its greatest advantage.
ConsFirst off, the price is pretty steep. The price-to-volume ratio feels a bit off. Even though the volume might be the same as others, it's not in a pump bottle, so it's hard to control how much you use. The product tends to pour out quickly, and since the shampoo itself has a thin consistency, you end up using more to create a good lather. The scent is quite unique. It doesn't smell like typical shampoo, but rather like centella asiatica ampoule. It does make me feel like it contains a lot of centella extract, which is reassuring.
TipAfter using just the shampoo, apply a no-rinse type essence. It might work well if used together with a scalp tonic.

I wash my hair twice daily, and I have fine hair with thinning issues. While I care about ingredients, I also prioritize volume after washing, so I usually use different shampoos for morning and evening. This product leaves my hair soft but doesn't make it greasy quickly or flatten the volume, making it perfect for my morning routine before work. It lathers well even with a small amount (maybe because I don't have much hair), so despite its smaller size, it's lasting quite a while. I also want to give high marks for the container design, which makes it easy to check how much is left and use every last drop efficiently.
ConsWhile the dispenser design makes it easier to use up all the product compared to pump bottles, there's always a bit of foam around the container. It seems some leftover shampoo drips out after dispensing. As someone who dislikes seeing foam or residue on bathroom products, this is a bit inconvenient. The foam keeps appearing even after rinsing with water.
TipI'm using this alongside the Dermotive Tab, which is an oral supplement from the same line. It seems like there might be a synergistic effect when using them together.
