I've been using this for about a year now! I tend to switch shampoos often, but I've already purchased over 10 bottles of this one. Although it's on the pricier side, the ingredients are great. My scalp, which used to flare up with every change of season, has improved significantly! I have a sensitive scalp that usually turns red at the slightest heat, but since switching to this shampoo, I haven't experienced any redness. I guess the shampoos I was using before were too harsh. After shampooing, my hair feels moisturized even without using a separate treatment! I'm still using it happily. It's on the expensive side. The foam is incredibly rich and creamy. The scent and overall experience give a refreshing feeling, making you sense that your scalp is getting extra clean. The cleansing effectiveness is quite good - I can go a full day without washing my hair again. When I used it at 7 AM, I only noticed a slight oiliness around 7 PM when I got home. The rate at which my hair became oily wasn't significantly different from other regular shampoos. The price is a bit steep. The lather is great and my hair texture has improved. I've repurchased and am currently using it. I'm not aware of any downsides while using it. It's so good that I can't think of any drawbacks.

I have extremely sensitive skin and live with contact dermatitis. That's why ingredients are crucial for me. Even if a product is highly rated, if it contains something that doesn't agree with my skin, I immediately experience a burning sensation, itching, and bumps. The same goes for shampoo. If it touches my face while washing, I react instantly. For a while, I stopped using shampoo altogether and resorted to washing my hair with a body wash that finally worked for me. Thankfully, this kept my skin calm for some time. The downside was that body wash isn't designed for deep cleansing, so my scalp and hair didn't feel thoroughly cleansed of oil. By afternoon, my hair would feel greasy. Realizing I needed to switch shampoos, I visited a Lush store and meticulously researched the ingredients of each shampoo. I was thrilled to find this product without any components that might trigger my skin, so I bought it right away. It was a bit pricey, but luckily it was on sale, so I got it at a slightly discounted price. I used it that very evening. The herbal scent was right up my alley, and its cleansing effectiveness was impressive. What stood out most was how my hair felt afterwards - initially a bit stiff, but once dry, it was incredibly soft to the touch! While I'll need to use it longer to confirm it truly doesn't cause any issues, as someone with super sensitive skin, I'm satisfied that I didn't have an immediate reaction. Considering the price, the quantity seems suitable for individual use. Also, it lathers well, so I don't need to use too much product. If you're having trouble getting a good lather, don't use too much product. First off, it lathers up well with just a small amount. The scent is almost fragrance-free. While the bottle is quite pretty, it's not very practical. I personally bought a pump dispenser from Daiso to use with it. The design is aesthetically pleasing, but it's inconvenient to use. It would be better if it came with a pump. I also wish they'd offer a larger 1000ml size. I mix it with brewer's yeast powder when I shampoo. I avoid eating it due to concerns about gout, as I really love beer. Even though I've only used it for a few days, my hair already feels a bit heavier. Of course, everyone's experience can vary.

The ingredients are excellent too. The price is a bit steep. While others say their hair improves with just this shampoo, I haven't noticed any difference. If anything, my hair feels frizzier and gets tangled. I'm not sure about the anti-hair loss effects they claim - I'm still shedding a lot. The scent is disappointing. It's not a pleasant fragrance, but more like a scalp odor. I bought this because it's supposed to be good for sensitive skin, and I think I'll keep using it! I used to use regular shampoo, but my scalp became too sensitive. After using this a few times, my itchy scalp stopped bothering me. I was hesitant because it's an anti-hair loss shampoo, but even if you don't have thinning hair, it's gentle enough for anyone to use. Also, I loved the cool, minty scent! This is seriously amazing! I received it as a gift, and I loved it so much that I had to look it up. For me, there wasn't a single downside - it's truly an excellent product. It lathers up really well! My hair is severely damaged, so after working out, I usually have to shampoo multiple times to feel like it's thoroughly clean. But with this shampoo, my hair doesn't tangle as badly, and I feel like it's clean all over with just one wash. I've reduced both the frequency and amount of shampoo I use compared to before. I'm very satisfied because my hair feels so smooth that I don't even need to use a separate conditioner. For those with very curly hair or hair damaged from bleaching, the difference in ease of use compared to regular shampoos is so noticeable that I don't think I can use anything else now. After shampooing, it's easy to comb through, and even after drying, my hair looks much calmer. I strongly recommend this for people with damaged hair, bleached hair, or curly hair! It might be a bit heavy for those with oily scalps or fine hair. It makes your hair extremely calm and smooth. Use much less than you would with your regular shampoo. After applying, massage it all over your scalp as if you're doing a treatment, then rinse for even better results.
