My hair condition is dry, thin, and I have less volume. Scent: Not only are the ingredients good, but I also like the feel and fragrance. I personally don't like artificial scents, so I enjoyed this one. It's probably rosemary or mint? I generally like natural herbal scents that calm the mind, so this was perfect for me. It's similar to the scent of Rated Green's scalp pack, and looking closely, the ingredients seem somewhat similar too. Texture: The consistency is on the thinner side for shampoos, but it lathers well. At first, I squeezed out too much thinking it was like other natural shampoos, but now I use less since it produces a lot of foam. It creates rich lather even with a small amount. I usually wash my hair every other day in winter, and while I'm fine in other seasons, in winter my scalp gets itchy and dandruff appears with even a little stress. So choosing a shampoo for dry winters became more challenging. Using this shampoo, my scalp feels refreshed, but the cleansing power isn't excessive, so it doesn't make my hair feel stiff or cause scalp flaking. I'm very satisfied with its appropriate cleansing power for me. As the product claims no need for conditioner, it washes much more gently compared to other shampoos. On busy days, I could probably skip conditioner with just this. However, if you're not in a rush, I recommend using conditioner or treatment for better hair texture! It seems like less hair falls out, but I've only used it for about two weeks, so I'm not entirely sure. Even on the second day after washing, my scalp doesn't itch. Other shampoos would make my scalp itchy after two days. Also, it doesn't make my hair more oily, which I'm happy about. Although I haven't used it long enough to immediately feel its effects on hair loss, judging from my scalp condition and hair texture, I think it will help with scalp health and hair loss prevention. I happened to try this product as part of The Hwahae Testers, and I'm very satisfied. I've tried Cheonsa Lab, Witch's Pouch, Dr. Seed, and others, but I liked this shampoo the best.
ConsI wish the volume was a bit larger, but I console myself with the fact that it lathers well despite the small amount. One downside is that the container isn't a pump type, so you have to pick up the whole bottle to use it. However, given its thin consistency, if it were a pump type, it might have sprayed everywhere. I remember being really annoyed with a previous thin shampoo that had a pump and would spray all over the place every time I used it.
TipSince the ingredients are good, I think it would be beneficial for scalp health to invest more time during shampooing by massaging and applying pressure! I plan to repurchase after I finish this bottle.

Many products with natural ingredients often don't lather well, but this one produces a good amount of foam. 🌱 It has a fresh herbal scent. The fragrance is subtle and not overpowering, with moderate longevity. It's just right - not too strong to linger all day, but maintains a pleasant aroma. 🌱 It has good cleansing effectiveness. I could feel that even with natural-derived ingredients, it effectively removes oil from the scalp. 🌱 Hair feels soft after shampooing. For those with healthy hair, it leaves your locks so smooth that you might not need to use a separate rinse or conditioner.
Cons🌱 The packaging could be improved. It's not a pump bottle but a flip-top, which makes me worry about water getting mixed in. 🌱 It can be drying. I thought its strong cleansing power was a plus, but with continued use, my scalp became dry and prone to dead skin cells. I'd recommend using it in summer rather than winter. 🌱 It's on the pricier side. Given that it's made with natural-derived ingredients and marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo, it comes with a higher price tag. 🌱 The anti-hair loss effects are unclear. Partly due to the short usage period, but I'd say it's more focused on scalp care than directly addressing hair loss.
TipI won't be able to continue using this product. Its strong cleansing power left my scalp dry and irritated. Since it contains natural ingredients, please check the ingredient list for any components that might not suit you or could cause an allergic reaction.

My hair strands are on the finer side, and I occasionally get blemishes on my scalp. I usually use only low pH shampoos and skip conditioner except in winter. 1. Fragrance As someone who dislikes artificial scents, I find this shampoo has a subtle aroma reminiscent of essential oils used in aromatherapy necklaces. It's a truly relaxing experience while washing your hair. 2. Softness Surprisingly, while most low pH shampoos can leave hair feeling stiff, the Complex shampoo leaves it incredibly soft, just as advertised. The difference is noticeable from the moment you rinse. I typically avoid using conditioner, only using a small amount in winter to prevent static, but with this shampoo, conditioner is unnecessary.
ConsAlthough I received this product for free through an event, I'll provide my honest review. Personally, I found more drawbacks than benefits with this shampoo. I usually wash my hair at night, but with this shampoo, I absolutely need to wash it again in the morning. After sleeping, my hair becomes so soft and shiny that it's almost sticky. If I start the day like that, before noon my hair starts to smell slightly oily and separates... Since the benefits don't outweigh the inconvenience of having to wash my hair twice within 12 hours, I probably won't repurchase this product.
TipThis tip isn't exclusive to Complex shampoo but applies to all shampoos. For those who may not know: - For scalp health, it's best to lather the shampoo in your hands before applying it to your hair. - For a more thorough cleanse, shampoo twice.

I was lucky enough to be selected to try this product. The scent is refreshingly cool! Even though I'm quite sensitive to fragrances, this one wasn't unpleasant at all. Fortunately, I don't have widespread hair loss yet, and I've never dyed my hair, so I don't have severe hair problems. However, I do use a hairdryer and straightener daily due to my wavy hair. Compared to other shampoos, this one gave me a healthier feeling. It lathers well, and after using it, I felt like my damaged hair improved a bit! It seems to have some effect on improving hair texture. My sister, who experienced some hair loss after giving birth, tried it when she visited. She noticed a few new hairs growing on her hairline, like little grass sprouts! Whether it's just a placebo effect or truly thanks to the shampoo, I'm not sure. Anyway, I'm using it without any negative experiences and will likely continue using it until the end.
ConsThere weren't any real downsides, but if I had to mention something, it would be the price. It's quite expensive for the amount you get. I'm not someone who typically spends a lot on hair care, so I'll have to think carefully about purchasing it. These days, there are so many products that claim to be good, and while this one is nice, I'm not sure if it has enough merit to justify the price.
TipThe lather is better than I expected. Even though I have long hair that goes past my chest, I didn't need to use a large amount. After washing, my scalp feels slightly cool and refreshed!

Those who dislike herbal scents might not be fans, though. After washing your hair, you'll likely feel a refreshing sensation. Above all, it's so gentle that it won't negatively impact your hair. It feels like a pure shampoo that won't cause itching or any adverse reactions. I love it!
ConsThe small quantity is quite disappointing. It would have been better if it came in a larger size like regular shampoos. I thought some people might dislike the scent. Other than that, I didn't notice any drawbacks with the packaging or anything else. It was fine for me, but many people dislike low pH shampoos because they don't lather well. I felt this product also doesn't produce an abundance of foam. So, for those who feel like they're only really shampooing when there's lots of lather, this might be a bit disappointing. Also, because the product is so gentle, it feels incredibly soft on the skin. As a result, it might be hard to tell if it's rinsing off properly. That's about it for the downsides. I hope this helps!
TipWhen shampooing, I recommend thoroughly wetting your hair before using an appropriate amount of product. If your hair isn't sufficiently wet, you might not feel like you're shampooing properly. I also suggest doing a pre-wash before the main shampoo.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsHere's a review from The Hwahae Testers: <Packaging> First off, the container is a semi-transparent plastic bottle. The packaging is very clean and appealing. <Scent> At first, I thought, 'What's this scent? It's familiar...' Then I saw in the description that it's rosemary. The cool herbal scent is neither too strong nor too weak. However, it's not your typical fragrant shampoo scent, so some people might not like it. I found it quite nice. <Usage Experience> When I first used it, I felt like it wasn't rinsing out completely. It has a slightly slippery feel when rinsing. But I think that's due to the nourishing ingredients. It's similar to how a treatment feels when you rinse it out! I was pleased with how well it lathers. <Effects> Honestly, I don't think two weeks is enough to evaluate its effects on hair loss. However, I can definitely see why they advertise it as not needing a separate treatment. After use, your hair feels incredibly nourished. It's like your hair is getting stronger...? Even without using a treatment, my hair feels soft and robust. I'm very satisfied with the results.
ConsAfter use, the cooling sensation isn't as strong as I'd like. But that might be because I'm used to shampoos with a more intense cooling effect. I'm satisfied with everything else.

Anti-hair loss effect It definitely seems to work. There's less hair falling out in the shower! But when I switch back to other shampoos, it's the same old story. It feels like this shampoo doesn't fundamentally improve my hair's condition, but rather just reduces hair loss while I'm using it. 2. Shampoo fragrance I love the rosemary scent. It's not an overpowering artificial smell, but a subtle rosemary aroma that makes me feel good every time I wash my hair. 3. Soft finish Personally, I wash my hair in the morning and skip conditioner. With this shampoo, my hair doesn't feel squeaky clean after rinsing (in a good way). Even with just shampoo, my hair feels soft and smooth.
Cons1. Soft finish This could be both a pro and a con. I liked it, but those who prefer a squeaky clean feeling might not. It might feel like the product doesn't rinse out completely, even after thorough rinsing.
TipFor a quick wash without conditioner to save time, just apply a bit of hair essence to your ends before drying.

It's a unique design I haven't seen before.
ConsMy scalp became seborrheic after just one bleaching session. So I was looking for a shampoo with good ingredients and was lucky enough to try this one...! I had high hopes because it contains centella extract and tea tree. However, > I didn't really feel like it reduced itching and blemishes much. And I'm not sure if all natural shampoos are like this, but... > The cleansing effectiveness was quite disappointing. At first, I thought I might be using it wrong, so I tried washing thoroughly with a careful massage, but... I can't get used to the feeling of oil lingering on my hair.

I have very fine hair that's colored and slightly damaged. Scent: The fragrance is refreshing, with hints of peppermint and citrus. It provides a pleasant cooling effect when shampooing, which I really enjoyed (it's milder than artificial menthol sensations). Usage Experience: Although it's said that no conditioner is needed, I tried it without one. While using a conditioner does make hair softer, I didn't experience any stiffness or dryness. I'll probably continue without conditioner, as it's convenient to finish in one step instead of two. Hydration: What really amazed me was how it felt when rinsing. Usually, shampoos dry out my scalp due to surfactants, causing itchiness and dead skin cells. But this one actually feels hydrating during the rinse. Even when blow-drying, my hair doesn't feel dry at all. This aspect is truly outstanding. It also seems to reduce oiliness. When I wash my hair in the evening, regular shampoos leave my hair smelly and greasy by around 10 PM the next day. With this shampoo, the oiliness at that time is equivalent to what I'd typically experience around 2-3 PM with regular shampoos. As it's an anti-hair loss shampoo, I paid close attention to hair fall. Compared to regular shampoos, there's noticeably less shedding - about a 1/3 reduction. This is particularly reassuring for me, as I've been concerned about my fine, thin hair. Overall, it's an impressive product that works hard in multiple ways.
ConsHonestly, I can't find any significant drawbacks with this product. While it's excellent for addressing hair loss concerns, those who prioritize fragrance might not be as impressed.

I mainly use damage repair shampoos and hair repair masks. I'm very picky about hair loss prevention shampoos because they can make my hair feel stiff. * Pros: Texture: It has a smooth texture that blends seamlessly with wet hair. The natural rosemary scent is absolutely lovely. This shampoo could be perfect for those who are sensitive to hair loss prevention products and dislike artificial fragrances. * Recommendation: It's great for people with damaged hair from frequent perms who also want to focus on preventing hair loss. Like all hair loss prevention shampoos, don't expect immediate results!
Cons* Current hair loss status: I have very thick hair with coarse strands. Now in my 40s, I've noticed my hair gradually thinning and losing volume. I'm not experiencing severe hair loss yet - my scalp isn't clearly visible, and my part hasn't widened significantly. * Hair loss prevention effectiveness: It's hard to judge after only two weeks of use. I didn't notice any significant difference compared to other hair loss prevention shampoos I've tried over the years. However, focusing on 'hair loss prevention', it has good natural ingredients, a gentle texture, and a stress-relieving rosemary scent. I'd like to use it long-term as a basic shampoo for scalp health.
