I also noticed that it slightly tamed my flyaways! Above all, I was impressed by the gentle ingredients! Overall, it performed quite well as a shampoo.
ConsI'm not sure if it's prone to tangling easily after washing or if it just leaves a tangled feeling, but my hair did end up getting matted. As time passed, it started to look like unwashed hair. There's hardly any fragrance, so if your hair starts to smell, there's no shampoo scent to mask it, and the odor becomes noticeable right away. I came to write a review and was shocked when I saw the price!

Improves hair texture It's a hair loss prevention shampoo, but surprisingly, it makes my hair incredibly soft. I have curly hair that's difficult to brush without conditioner, but with this shampoo alone, brushing became effortless. 2. Cooling effect There's a cooling effect, but it's not artificial or irritating, which I appreciated. 3. Tea tree or lemon scent? I didn't expect much from the fragrance since it's a natural shampoo, but the scent was delightful. While tea tree and lemon can be divisive scents, I personally enjoyed it. The scent isn't overpowering after washing. 4. Bottle design The bottle's honest rectangular shape stands firmly in the shower caddy without taking up unnecessary space. It's a small detail, but it really hits the spot.
Cons1. Slight slipperiness Unlike commercial shampoos, it doesn't rinse away immediately. The formula is designed to require thorough rinsing. 2. Lack of lather With my thick hair, the lack of lather was a bit frustrating. I felt unsure if it was cleansing properly. This is typical of products with good ingredients, so it's something to keep in mind. 3. Can cause greasiness for oily scalps Due to points 1 and 2, if not rinsed thoroughly, it can make oily scalps greasy quickly. This was mentioned in pre-use reviews, which worried me. However, it's not a major concern if you rinse well.
TipAlthough I haven't noticed changes in hair volume due to short-term use, my scalp feels healthier!

My hair strands are on the finer side, and I occasionally get blemishes on my scalp. I usually use only low pH shampoos and skip conditioner except in winter. 1. Fragrance As someone who dislikes artificial scents, I find this shampoo has a subtle aroma reminiscent of essential oils used in aromatherapy necklaces. It's a truly relaxing experience while washing your hair. 2. Softness Surprisingly, while most low pH shampoos can leave hair feeling stiff, the Complex shampoo leaves it incredibly soft, just as advertised. The difference is noticeable from the moment you rinse. I typically avoid using conditioner, only using a small amount in winter to prevent static, but with this shampoo, conditioner is unnecessary.
ConsAlthough I received this product for free through an event, I'll provide my honest review. Personally, I found more drawbacks than benefits with this shampoo. I usually wash my hair at night, but with this shampoo, I absolutely need to wash it again in the morning. After sleeping, my hair becomes so soft and shiny that it's almost sticky. If I start the day like that, before noon my hair starts to smell slightly oily and separates... Since the benefits don't outweigh the inconvenience of having to wash my hair twice within 12 hours, I probably won't repurchase this product.
TipThis tip isn't exclusive to Complex shampoo but applies to all shampoos. For those who may not know: - For scalp health, it's best to lather the shampoo in your hands before applying it to your hair. - For a more thorough cleanse, shampoo twice.

My hair is thick and slightly damaged due to frequent use of hair straighteners. Except for the hairline, I have full, luscious hair with minimal hair loss! So I focused on observing changes in hair loss around the hairline. ✔️ What I liked: First off, it's a time-saver for busy professionals rushing to and from work. After using this shampoo, you don't necessarily need conditioner - your hair feels as soft as if you'd used one! ✔️ There's definitely less hair fall when drying after use. I'm writing this review after using half the bottle, and even when I've tried other shampoos in between, there's a noticeable difference in the amount of hair that falls out while washing or drying!
Cons✔️ I'm not sure if it's just not suitable for my sensitive, oily scalp, but my head gets itchy after using this shampoo. With other brands, I didn't experience greasiness or itchiness within a day, but with this product, my scalp gets itchy and greasy by the afternoon. This might be something to consider for those with oily scalps. ✔️ The Hwahae ingredient list showed some components that aren't great for sensitive skin, and after using it, I started getting a pimple or two along my nape line. ✔️ I'm quite particular about fragrance when it comes to shampoos, and this product has a cool, crisp scent. It's not terrible, but I think I would have preferred a nicer fragrance.

Hair and scalp condition: I have long hair reaching mid-back. Due to frequent heat styling and chemical treatments, my hair tends to tangle without proper care. I've also developed seborrheic dermatitis and mild hair loss after dieting. 2. Hair loss prevention - the biggest advantage: Although I'm already experiencing some hair loss, this shampoo feels more like a treatment than prevention. The amount of hair falling out while washing has decreased by nearly half! It's far more effective than any other hair loss shampoos I've tried (including scalp-focused, beer yeast, and Lush shampoo bars). 3. Effect on seborrheic dermatitis: Previously, I experienced itching, inflammation, and scabs on my scalp after washing. This was due to either harsh cleansers drying out my scalp or milder shampoos leaving residue. Dermotive Complex Shampoo doesn't irritate my scalp or cause inflammation. 4. Strengthening hair roots: Related to hair loss prevention, my hair feels much stronger and more resilient after washing. It doesn't feel limp or prone to falling out. This has made styling easier too! 5. Soft, smooth hair: Even without conditioner, my hair is easy to comb and less tangled. For travel, I could probably get away with just this shampoo (unless you have extremely damaged hair). 6. Fragrance: Like many reviewers, I love the refreshing scent! It's similar to Aromatica's Rosemary Scalp Shampoo. While the fragrance doesn't linger, it doesn't leave any unpleasant odors either. Conclusion: For those seeking a scalp or hair loss shampoo, the main priorities are usually addressing scalp issues and reducing hair fall. This shampoo excels in both areas while maintaining good hair texture. It's the best I've tried so far, and I'm 100% willing to repurchase with my own money!
ConsThere are very few downsides, but: 1. Occasionally, my hair feels slightly greasy after use. This might be due to my washing technique or because it's not a strong clarifying shampoo. 2. While the bottle looks nice, it's not a pump dispenser. This can be inconvenient when trying to use it with wet hands in the shower.
TipAs mentioned in the downsides, you might occasionally feel like your hair is a bit greasy. In those cases, it might be good to alternate with a more clarifying shampoo (I use Manyo Factory Beer Shampoo) for balance!

I used to use Aromatica's rosemary shampoo, but it left my hair feeling so dry that I thought I couldn't keep using it. However, this shampoo leaves my hair so smooth that I might not even need to use a conditioner! And mind you, I don't have particularly good hair - it's quite damaged from perming, especially at the ends.
ConsHmm, it feels like it's coating my hair? Maybe that's why my scalp gets oily so quickly... I used to have a dry scalp that didn't produce much oil, but after trying various shampoos, my scalp condition changed and started producing more oil. Even considering that, this shampoo really makes my hair get greasy fast. It's so disappointing. I feel like I need to wash my hair at least once a day now.

ConsI bought this after seeing an ad on social media. However, it didn't suit my scalp and hair at all. I have a slightly oily scalp. Maybe because it's mildly acidic, when I first used it, my hair felt greasy. As is typical with natural shampoos, I didn't get that refreshing clean feeling. After washing my hair, it left a slippery residue on my hands. I wouldn't recommend this for oily scalps.

I'd recommend this to those who don't like fuss. You don't need a separate treatment as your hair becomes easily combable.
ConsThis was the worst shampoo I've ever used. I didn't notice when I lived alone, but after using this shampoo and fully drying my hair before going out, my mom asked why I hadn't washed my hair and told me to go wash it! I've been using it for almost a month now. At first, I thought it was good, but as I continued using it, I felt my scalp getting oilier. No matter how much I wash, it doesn't feel refreshing... The next day after washing, it's completely greasy as if I hadn't washed for 2 days... Maybe because of the oil, I'm having a blemish party on my scalp. It's itchy and bleeding... My hair is also falling out a lot.
TipIt might be suitable for dry scalps. Definitely not recommended for oily scalps. I switched to this after using two bottles of Cool Shampoo when I felt its effectiveness was decreasing, but now I'm planning to go back to Cool Shampoo.
