If you control the amount properly, it can make the skin soft and smooth without any residue, so it's okay to use it before makeup and also during night care. It's incredibly famous, but it's hard to find in Korea, so I bought one out of curiosity when I went on a trip to Europe. There are moisturizing cream functions and makeup primer functions and all sorts of things, they say. The fact that it has a primer function means it's not really a daily basic product. It's more of a rich, creamy primer-like product that you apply before makeup. The primer function isn't that significant, and it just helps smooth out the overall skin texture a bit. It has a powdery floral scent. The scent is nice. It might not be great for the skin, though.
Cons
Contains some bad ingredients (mineral oil, fragrance, etc.). When applied, the face feels slightly stinging and mildly irritated. It feels like it's suffocating the skin and making it hard to breathe.

I bought several of them in France because they were said to be good. Honestly, I don't know of any particularly good points about them.
Cons
The product texture is also quite poor, and the fragrance is also not great. I'm not sure of any special effects either. After applying it, it feels too stuffy, and when I put on makeup after using this, it all ends up peeling and clumping. The absorption is really good compared to the spreadability. It may feel a bit rich, but it doesn't slide even if you use it before makeup. I only use it as a substitute for a moisturizer before makeup in the morning, and it didn't slide on my combination oily skin either. I first started using it when a friend brought it back as a gift from a trip, and I really liked it, so I've been using it continuously!! It's very good to use as a multi-function product before makeup.

Those with very oily skin may feel it's stuffy due to the rich feeling, but it absorbs quickly. The tube is made of tin case material, which is a bit of a bummer. It would have been better if it was a poly tube. It's inconvenient when there's not much left.
