I'm satisfied that it doesn't sting even if it gets in my eyes. There's no skin tightness after use. It removes makeup quite well, even light lip products, so the Jenny House Cleansing Water alone is enough for a simple cleanse.
ConsThere's not much to dislike... Maybe the brand recognition of Jenny House? Those who know it, know it, but those who don't might not. I worry about what I'd do if it gets discontinued.

I used it with a cotton pad, and even with a quick wipe, it seemed to remove makeup fairly well. The cleansing effectiveness was good enough that on days when I'm tired or feeling extremely lazy, I could just use this product before bed and call it a night.
ConsThe downside is that while it was less of an issue for me as I have oily skin, those with dry skin might experience deep dryness. Also, I could feel a slight tingling sensation when using it on sensitive areas of my skin.

Even when I do rinse with water, there's hardly any slippery residue, making it perfect for situations where you can't wash your face. It removes my light makeup effectively. Plus, the gentle ingredients don't cause any tingling sensation~
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness is a bit lacking for removing heavy, sweat-proof makeup. Also, I wish the packaging was improved to dispense the product a little more easily.
TipThe gentle ingredients and no need for soap and water make it great for removing sunscreen from kids' faces!

I've only been using cleansing wipes (Nature Republic's are the gentlest!) to remove my makeup. However, this product allows me to wipe off makeup as comfortably as with cleansing wipes. If you have super sensitive skin like me or want a product with good cleansing effectiveness without the tingling sensation, this might be perfect for you! Cleansing power: This is my first time trying a no-wash cleansing water, and I can see why it's a no-wash product. I was surprised by how well it cleanses! This product alone removes all my makeup! (It removed everything - eyebrows, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, and blush!) Scent: The fragrance is crucial for a no-wash product, right? While scent preferences vary, I absolutely loved this one! It's not artificial or overpowering, but rather a subtle floral scent close to being unscented. It makes me feel like I'm using a gentle product. As a bonus, the pink color of the product and its container is really pretty!
ConsI've been using it for about a week and haven't experienced any blemishes. Given that I have super sensitive skin, the fact that I've used it this long without issues suggests it would likely suit most skin types! (I mentioned the lack of blemishes because I couldn't think of any downsides...)
TipI don't use this product alone to remove all my base makeup! While I initially tried using it to remove everything, now I use it as a gentle and effective way to remove color makeup. I'm very satisfied with just using it this way! If you're hesitant about using only cleansing water for your entire face, you could use it to remove color makeup and then use a cleansing foam for a quick cleanse of your base makeup. Also, I use this with Innisfree's 5-layer cotton pads. Since they're 5-ply, one pad is enough to remove all my makeup, which is great!

The lid is particularly clever, haha! Even the inside of the box is beautiful... it's almost too much! As for performance, the ingredients are top-notch. It removes foundation flawlessly, and even takes care of eyeshadow and mascara. (For super stubborn mascara, using it with a dedicated mascara remover gives perfect results.) Before trying this, I used to use cleansing oil for my face and a separate lip and eye remover. I was skeptical about how well this water-like formula would work - I thought it might only manage to remove a bit of face makeup. But wow, was I wrong! It removes everything so effectively, it's incredible. And there's zero irritation. No tightness, no stinging at all - just leaves your skin feeling hydrated. If you're thorough, you don't even need to rinse with water afterwards, it's that good at cleansing. It's so gentle that skipping the water rinse doesn't leave your skin feeling icky. It's especially convenient that it removes eye makeup so well too - one product does it all! The scent isn't overpowering, just a subtle rose fragrance.
ConsThe only downside is that when I finish it and want to repurchase, I've realized it's a bit pricey. Makes me hesitate a bit, sigh.
TipMake sure to saturate your cotton pad generously before wiping - it works wonders! (I highly recommend using thick, lint-free cotton pads. Avoid thin ones like Silcot.)

I found this cleansing water very convenient. It arrived well-sealed, and it has a subtle fragrance. It also removed my makeup effectively!
ConsThe downside is that it didn't seem to agree with my skin. The day after using it, I noticed some small bumps appearing. I even felt the need to follow up with my regular cleanser after using this cleansing water because it left my skin feeling not quite clean enough. I couldn't continue using it, but I've given it to a friend to try. I'll update my review after hearing their experience.

Before use: Personally, I found the packaging clean and cute, and the lack of fragrance was a plus for me. 2. During use: With just one swipe, it effectively removed most makeup, except for eyeliner, mascara, and tint. Even the eyeliner came off easily after rubbing two or three times. 3. After use: There was no noticeable skin tightness, and it left no foundation residue on the skin.
Cons1. Before use: The product volume seems small compared to its long shelf life after opening. Since cleansing products are used daily, a larger size would be more practical. 2. During use: When using it with a cotton pad, removing mascara can be challenging. While it doesn't cause a stinging sensation if it gets in your eyes like some other products, there is still a slight cooling effect. 3. After use: Those who usually remove mascara with cleansing oil might find some residue under their eyes after rinsing. Although there's no visible residue on areas with slightly larger pores after cleansing, the feeling of product buildup can be uncomfortable, leading to a second cleanse with a pore brush.
TipThis product is suitable for days with light makeup. For those who don't typically use a separate eye makeup remover or prefer to wash off everything at once with cleansing oil, it's recommended to use a cotton swab when removing mascara and eyeliner.

While my skin isn't particularly sensitive, I didn't experience any blemishes after using this product. As for cleansing effectiveness, it seems to work well for light makeup. I typically wear minimal makeup (sunscreen + foundation) and eyebrow products, and it removes these effectively.
ConsFor heavy makeup, using this product alone might be a bit lacking. If you plan to use it as your sole cleanser, you may need to cleanse multiple times for thorough removal.
TipI used this with my roommate who wears heavier makeup. She uses it like an exfoliating toner at the end of her cleansing routine, and occasionally notices some remaining makeup on the cotton pad. For those who wear more makeup, it might be beneficial to use this as a final step in your cleansing routine for a thorough clean.

It removes even eye makeup effectively. Except for sensitive areas like around the mouth and eyes, it's not irritating at all, even with vigorous rubbing, and doesn't leave your face feeling tight. The biggest change I noticed - while it may not cleanse as thoroughly as Bioderma, my skin feels incredibly smooth during the second cleanse. It would be perfect if it didn't cause any blemishes. I'm currently on my period, so I can't say if the breakouts are due to this product, but I'll update if I notice any acne later. In conclusion - Cleansing power: Removes makeup well, but residue keeps coming off (I think a second cleanse is necessary). Fragrance: Nearly unscented, with a faint floral note. Packaging: The flip-top lid is a bit inconvenient, reminds me of nail polish remover bottles. Pros: Gentle ingredients, safe to use vigorously except around eyes and mouth, doesn't leave skin feeling tight. Cons: Makeup around the nose doesn't come off well with a cotton pad, so use a cotton swab or pay extra attention when cleansing.
ConsThe packaging is annoying to open, reminds me of nail polish remover bottles... I thought it cleansed well, but upon closer inspection, there was foundation stuck in my pores. I tend to wear heavy makeup and have oily skin with large pores, so that could be why, but it doesn't quite live up to the 'no-wash' claim. I always do a second cleanse regardless of which cleansing water I use, except on extremely lazy days! As a first cleanse, it removes makeup well without irritation. One day, I was bothered by the foundation in my pores and kept wiping until nothing came off on the cotton pad, but it kept coming... You can see the foundation in the pores if you look closely. Bioderma removed a bit more (not an ad). My face got slightly red from over-wiping that day, but even with vigorous rubbing, it doesn't sting or dry out the skin. It's gentle. In conclusion - Cleansing power: Bioderma > Jennyhouse. Gentleness: Jennyhouse > Bioderma (While Bioderma is also non-irritating, my skin feels softer during the second cleanse with Jennyhouse, and it felt truly gentle when rubbing vigorously). This was my experience, but it may vary for others.
TipIf you wear heavy makeup like me, a second cleanse is a must. Also, if you use a gentle, low pH cleansing foam like I do, try using a silicone pore brush. Regular pore brushes are too harsh for me, but the densely packed silicone bristles are less irritating. I experienced the miracle of tiny sebaceous filaments disappearing from my chin!

Non-irritating even after multiple wipes with a cotton pad 2. No harsh alcohol smell or strong fragrance, making it comfortable to use 3. Perfect for lazy days when you don't want to wash your face 4. Convenient for international travel as it doesn't require water 5. Effectively removes thick foundation, eye makeup, and lip makeup 6. Cleanses about 90% of impurities even from deep within pores ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー Review after 5 months of use When you're too lazy to wash your face or don't have access to water, or on hot days when your skin feels oily It leaves your skin feeling so clean and moisturized that you might not even need to use toner or emulsion afterward. I plan to repurchase this product. I usually don't wear much makeup, just sunscreen, but even then, I use this product on a cotton pad to cleanse my face. Surprisingly, it removes everything effectively without drying out my skin, allowing me to apply skincare products lightly afterward. Highly recommended for combination skin types!
Cons1. For someone with combination skin + enlarged pores like me, it seems to lack the deep cleansing power to thoroughly clean out the pores. 2. Therefore, if you feel your skin isn't completely clean, you might need to follow up with a foam cleanser for a double cleanse
TipAs someone who often only applies basic skincare and sunscreen, especially in summer, 1. When I can't wash my face with water, like at the office during lunch break, I use this product on a cotton pad to cleanse my skin 2. In summer, on days when I haven't gone out, and I'm too lazy to wash my face at home, it's perfect for removing excess oil without leaving my skin feeling dry or tight, even without applying additional skincare 3. When traveling, I soak cotton pads with this product and keep them in a ziplock bag. This allows for easy cleansing even in places without water, after which I can reapply sunscreen or other products as needed
