It is truly truly gentle. It does not sting even when it gets into the eyes, so I am satisfied. There is no tightness on the face after use. The cleansing water from Jenihouse can even easily remove color cosmetics, so there is no significant staining on the lips.

It's so convenient because it's non-greasy. Even when I wash my face with water, there's hardly any stickiness, so it seems very useful in situations where I can't do a full water cleanse! 💧Usability: I used to never use cleansing waters or eye makeup removers because they stung my eyes too much and felt harsh. The exterior from the box to the product itself looks so pretty and well-thought-out. The lid was fascinating haha. Even the inside of the box is beautiful..ㅜㅠ And the product performance, first of all the ingredients are good, and not only the foundation but also the eyeshadow and mascara apply well. (For strong mascaras, using them with a makeup remover can remove them perfectly.) Actually, before using this product, I used cleansing oil for my skin and a lip and eye makeup remover, which were too watery, so I wondered if they would remove well enough, thinking they'd only remove the skin a bit. But it removes so well. Really.. And there's no irritation at all. No tightness or stinging, and it's so moisturizing that I'm surprised. If you remove it carefully, you don't even need to do a water cleanse afterwards, as it removes so gently and leaves no uncomfortable residue. Pros
The scent is close to odorless and the ingredients are mild. It removes eye makeup well, and even with vigorous rubbing, it is not at all irritating except for the delicate skin around the eyes and lips, and there is no tightness on the face. And the biggest change is that while the cleansing power is weaker than when using Bioderma, the face feels smooth and soft after the second cleansing.
