It does not sting even when it gets into the eyes, so I am satisfied. There is no tightness on the face after use. The cleansing water from Jenihouse can even easily remove color cosmetics, so there is no significant staining on the lips.
ConsThere's not much...The brand recognition of Jenihouse? Those who know it will know, but those who don't might not, so I'm worried about what will happen if it gets discontinued.

It's a great cleanser and it has essence ingredients, so I heard that this cleansing water alone is good. It washes off well and my skin felt really moisturized and not dry at all~ I didn't even need to use a cleansing foam separately.
ConsThe basic base was well removed, but when I used a pearl eyeshadow, it didn't completely come off even after wiping several times ใ ใ There was a residual feeling, so I had to use a cleansing foam to remove it completely!!

Before Use Personally, the packaging was neat and cute, and there was no unpleasant fragrance, so there was no aversion. 2. During Use When wiped off with a single touch, everything except the eyeliner and mascara tint was removed well, and the eyeliner also came off well after rubbing it a few times. 3. After Use There was no particular skin tightening, and there were no residual foundation particles on the skin.
Cons1. Before Use Compared to the long expiration date after opening, the volume is small. Cleansing products are used daily, so it could be a bit larger. 2. During Use When cleansing with a cotton pad, it is difficult to remove the mascara. When it gets in the eyes, there is no stinging sensation like other products, but there is a cooling sensation. 3. After Use For those who normally use cleansing oil to remove mascara, there may be residue left under the eyes after washing. In the areas where the pores are a little wider, even though the residue is gone after wiping, it feels unpleasant due to the clogging, so I end up washing it again with a pore brush.
TipIt's suitable for use on days with simple makeup, and for those who don't normally use a separate eye makeup remover or wash off with cleansing oil, it's best to use a cotton swab when cleansing mascara and eyeliner.

I received it on the 4th and have been using it for about 10 days. I had been using the Bioderma Sensibio Cleansing Water regularly. First of all, when I received it, I felt that the case was very pretty - it's pink! The ingredients are gentle and moisturizing, so I didn't experience any breakouts. My skin felt comfortable, without any tightness, and it's fragrance-free, which I really liked! On my days off when I'm just lounging at home, I find this Cleansing Water to be a good option for light use or to apply before just sunscreen when going out. (The reason is explained further below.)
Cons(There may be individual differences, and since the Cleansing Water I normally use has very strong cleansing power, I may have felt this way in comparison.) My makeup didn't remove well from my face... ใ ใ I normally use a skincare routine of base, sunscreen, and powder (Age 20's), but the cleansing power of this product is honestly not that great. With the Cleansing Water I normally use, the cotton pads get really soaked, and a lot of makeup comes off on them, so I don't have to rub my face too much. But with this Cleansing Water, the cotton pads get completely drenched, and even after a lot of rubbing, not much makeup comes off. Since I have sensitive skin that's prone to redness and skin barrier issues, this was a bit disappointing. I felt uneasy about it, so I went back to using my regular Cleansing Water and did an additional cleanse, and a bit of residue still came off... So I'll mainly use this on weekdays and when just going out in front of my house, and use my regular Cleansing Water the rest of the time.

It removes eye makeup well, and even with vigorous rubbing, it is not at all irritating except for the delicate skin around the eyes and lips, and there is no tightness on the face. And the biggest change is that while the cleansing power is weaker than when using Bioderma, the face feels smooth and soft after the second cleansing. If only it doesn't cause any acne breakouts, it would be perfect. Since I'm currently on my period, I can't say for sure if the breakouts are due to this product, but I will update with another post if I experience any acne issues later on. In conclusion: Cleansing power: Removes makeup well, but keeps coming off even after wiping (I think double cleansing is necessary) Fragrance: Close to odorless, but has a floral scent? Packaging: Annoying to open and close the lid... feels like a nail remover bottle Pros: The mild ingredients are not problematic even with vigorous rubbing, except for the eye and lip area, and there is no tightness on the face. Cons: The makeup stuck in the nose area is not easily removed with cotton pads, so I had to use a cotton swab or be extra careful during cleansing.
ConsThe lid is difficult to open, like a nail remover... I thought it was well removed, but on closer inspection, foundation is stuck in the pores... I tend to wear heavy makeup, and I have oily skin and fairly large pores, so that could be the reason. But the 'no wash' claim...? I always do a second cleanse, no matter which cleansing water I use, except on those super lazy days! The first cleanse usually removes it well, without any irritation. One day, the foundation in the pores kept bothering me, so I kept wiping until it didn't show up on the cotton pad anymore... but they're still visible in the pores... Using Bioderma removed them a bit more (not an ad). My face did get a bit reddish that day from all the scrubbing, but it wasn't stinging or drying at all - very gentle~ Conclusion: Cleansing power: Bioderma > Jennyhouse Gentleness: Jennyhouse > Bioderma (Bioderma is also non-irritating, but the skin felt smoother and Jennyhouse was truly gentler when scrubbing) That's how it was for me - it may vary.
TipIf you're someone like me who wears heavy makeup, double cleansing is a mustโญ๏ธ And if you also use a mild acidic cleansing foam like me with weak cleansing power, I recommend trying a silicone pore brush. Regular pore brushes can be too irritating, but the densely packed silicone bristles are less irritating. I experienced the miracle of my mini chin sebum disappearing.
