I'm satisfied that it doesn't sting even if it gets in my eyes. There's no skin tightness after use. It removes makeup quite well, even light lip products, so the Jenny House Cleansing Water alone is enough for a simple cleanse.
ConsThere's not much to dislike... Maybe the brand recognition of Jenny House? Those who know it, know it, but those who don't might not. I worry about what I'd do if it gets discontinued.

It's the king of cleansing and contains essence ingredients, so I heard this cleansing water alone is great. It removed makeup well and left my skin incredibly hydrated without feeling dry~ I realized I didn't even need to use a separate cleansing foam!
ConsWhile it removed basic makeup well, it struggled with shimmer eyeshadow. Even after multiple attempts, it didn't completely remove it. There was still some residue, so I had to use a cleansing foam to get everything off completely!

Before use: Personally, I found the packaging clean and cute, and the lack of fragrance was a plus for me. 2. During use: With just one swipe, it effectively removed most makeup, except for eyeliner, mascara, and tint. Even the eyeliner came off easily after rubbing two or three times. 3. After use: There was no noticeable skin tightness, and it left no foundation residue on the skin.
Cons1. Before use: The product volume seems small compared to its long shelf life after opening. Since cleansing products are used daily, a larger size would be more practical. 2. During use: When using it with a cotton pad, removing mascara can be challenging. While it doesn't cause a stinging sensation if it gets in your eyes like some other products, there is still a slight cooling effect. 3. After use: Those who usually remove mascara with cleansing oil might find some residue under their eyes after rinsing. Although there's no visible residue on areas with slightly larger pores after cleansing, the feeling of product buildup can be uncomfortable, leading to a second cleanse with a pore brush.
TipThis product is suitable for days with light makeup. For those who don't typically use a separate eye makeup remover or prefer to wash off everything at once with cleansing oil, it's recommended to use a cotton swab when removing mascara and eyeliner.

I received the product on the 4th and have been using it for about 10 days. I've been consistently using Bioderma Sensibio Cleansing Water before this. First impression: the packaging is absolutely gorgeous - so pink and pretty! The ingredients are gentle and hydrating, so I didn't experience any blemishes. My skin felt comfortable without any tightness, and I loved that it's fragrance-free! It's perfect for light cleansing on lazy days at home or when I've only applied sunscreen before going out. It's a convenient cleansing water for these situations (I'll explain why later).
Cons(Please note that individual experiences may vary, and my perception might be influenced by the super effective cleansing water I used before) Unfortunately, it didn't remove my makeup very well... I typically use skincare, sunscreen, and powder foundation (Age Twenty's), but honestly, the cleansing effectiveness isn't great. My previous cleansing water would easily remove makeup when applied generously to a cotton pad, with the makeup transferring well onto the pad without much rubbing needed. However, this one, despite being gentle and hydrating, required more product and more rubbing, even when the cotton pad was completely saturated. The makeup didn't transfer as well onto the pad. As someone with sensitive skin prone to redness and barrier issues, I found this aspect quite disappointing. I felt uneasy and had to follow up with my usual cleansing water, which still picked up some residue... So, after trying it on weekdays, I've decided to go back to my regular cleansing water. I'll mainly use this one on days off or for quick trips when I've only applied sunscreen.

It removes even eye makeup effectively. Except for sensitive areas like around the mouth and eyes, it's not irritating at all, even with vigorous rubbing, and doesn't leave your face feeling tight. The biggest change I noticed - while it may not cleanse as thoroughly as Bioderma, my skin feels incredibly smooth during the second cleanse. It would be perfect if it didn't cause any blemishes. I'm currently on my period, so I can't say if the breakouts are due to this product, but I'll update if I notice any acne later. In conclusion - Cleansing power: Removes makeup well, but residue keeps coming off (I think a second cleanse is necessary). Fragrance: Nearly unscented, with a faint floral note. Packaging: The flip-top lid is a bit inconvenient, reminds me of nail polish remover bottles. Pros: Gentle ingredients, safe to use vigorously except around eyes and mouth, doesn't leave skin feeling tight. Cons: Makeup around the nose doesn't come off well with a cotton pad, so use a cotton swab or pay extra attention when cleansing.
ConsThe packaging is annoying to open, reminds me of nail polish remover bottles... I thought it cleansed well, but upon closer inspection, there was foundation stuck in my pores. I tend to wear heavy makeup and have oily skin with large pores, so that could be why, but it doesn't quite live up to the 'no-wash' claim. I always do a second cleanse regardless of which cleansing water I use, except on extremely lazy days! As a first cleanse, it removes makeup well without irritation. One day, I was bothered by the foundation in my pores and kept wiping until nothing came off on the cotton pad, but it kept coming... You can see the foundation in the pores if you look closely. Bioderma removed a bit more (not an ad). My face got slightly red from over-wiping that day, but even with vigorous rubbing, it doesn't sting or dry out the skin. It's gentle. In conclusion - Cleansing power: Bioderma > Jennyhouse. Gentleness: Jennyhouse > Bioderma (While Bioderma is also non-irritating, my skin feels softer during the second cleanse with Jennyhouse, and it felt truly gentle when rubbing vigorously). This was my experience, but it may vary for others.
TipIf you wear heavy makeup like me, a second cleanse is a must. Also, if you use a gentle, low pH cleansing foam like I do, try using a silicone pore brush. Regular pore brushes are too harsh for me, but the densely packed silicone bristles are less irritating. I experienced the miracle of tiny sebaceous filaments disappearing from my chin!
