The downside is that the Hanyul line seems a bit pricey!

It's as light as a toner, so I used it as a toner substitute. It provides a bit of hydration, and the mugwort line is gentle, so I didn't experience any major blemishes.

It works well when you dispense an appropriate amount onto your palm.

The formula is quite watery and tends to run, but I'm still using it regularly. It lacks moisture for winter use, but that's okay since I'm using it for skin concerns. In summer, it doesn't feel particularly light after application. Being a Hanyul product, it's a bit pricey, but I've found affordable sites to purchase from. I wouldn't recommend applying it with the included cosmetic tissues - for some reason, it made my skin feel tingly, perhaps due to the tissues.

After noticing my skin turning scaly like snakeskin in the sun, I realized there was an issue with my complexion. That's when I started using this for its soothing effects. Since then, my skin has normalized, and now I exclusively use this product! I love that it has a calming effect and can even be used as a mask.

It's too watery to be considered an essence, so think of it more as a toner. Unfortunately, the price makes it a bit costly for daily use with cotton pads.

You can soak a thin cotton pad and leave it on as a soothing mask (it's great for calming redness when applied to flushed cheeks). Being a water type, it absorbs well into the skin quickly.
