The fact that it's still on the market after more than 5 years must mean it's popular with others too, right? The mugwort extract was definitely great for calming blemishes. The hydration was also decent. If mugwort works well for you, give this a try!
ConsThere's nothing particularly bad... maybe the price? It would be nice if it were a bit more affordable.

Use it year-round, adjusting the amount as needed, and it won't dry you out or make you greasy. I've gone through at least 8 bottles!
ConsIt's on the pricey side... The scent might be a bit off-putting for some, but I personally don't mind it.
TipIf you find it too rich even when using a small amount in summer, try blotting papers! It really nails the oil and moisture balance.

The subtle fragrance brings a sense of calm (I usually avoid products with added fragrances, but when my skin is distressed, this somehow provides comfort). 2. It has a soothing effect and lightly replenishes moisture (for combination dehydrated skin). 2-1. Especially for calming redness and addressing issues that aren't related to dead skin cells or hydration, I find using this (focusing on problem areas & all over) along with a mugwort cream (just on spots) works well for me.
Cons1. It doesn't have an extraordinary soothing effect. I've had a journey from acne-prone skin to using acne products, which led to dry, sensitive, and red skin. After dermatological treatments, my skin became extremely sensitive and irritated - I could only use aloe gel. Then I discovered Hwahae and started trying samples of products without ingredients that don't suit me or are harmful, gradually finding what works. Now, when I find a brand that suits me, I stick to their products. (Even within a brand, I'll use samples multiple times to ensure compatibility.) I've been using ISNTREE and Etude Soon Jung for several years, and my skin has become much healthier. 2. It's expensive. That's why I bought it during ISNTREE's brand week on Hwahae, using coupons and points. They used to have big sales on their official website regularly, but lately, even their occasional sales are only 20-30% off, which I find a bit... well, it feels expensive to me.
TipWell, I seem to have mixed my thoughts above... If you have super sensitive skin like me, I recommend trying samples or the smallest size of any brand to find products that work for 'you' personally. (Don't be swayed by criteria like 'This is famous' or 'This sells well' or 'This is supposed to be effective'. Of course, you can try if it doesn't have ingredients that don't suit you or any harmful ingredients, and if Hwahae reviews from people with similar skin types are positive. I once tried a sample of a famous brand's cica cream and had an allergic reaction like a bee sting, even though the ingredients seemed fine...)

The product itself is gentle, so I'll likely repurchase once I've used it all up!
ConsWhat should I write when there's nothing bad to say? I've got nothing, absolutely nothing!

After applying toner, when I put this on, it feels like it perfectly balances the oil and moisture in my skin. Plus, since it contains mugwort, it's incredibly soothing. When blemishes appear, I apply a generous amount, and by the next day, my skin is calmed down. I've tried many other mugwort products, but I think this one is the best.
ConsI don't think there are any downsides yet. Maybe the price is a bit high? But it's worth it for how good it is!

It's definitely helping to reduce those tiny bumps and prevent new blemishes from forming. The morning after application, my skin feels much calmer, and it even seems to nip emerging pimples in the bud. The texture is just right - not too oily, not too dry, but perfectly balanced.
ConsThere's absolutely nothing negative to say about this product!

As someone with acne-prone skin, I've noticed it seems to help calm some of the inflammation.
ConsThe price of this ampoule is quite steep, which can be a bit burdensome. I wish they would offer it on sale more often.
TipUsing it cool was great when my face felt hot and irritated.

ConsI honestly can't find any drawbacks to this product.
TipI strongly recommend using this with the cream from the same line!

With my blemish-prone and super sensitive skin, I've had great success with I'm From's Mugwort line, so I confidently purchased the Isntree Mugwort Ampoule. It has a definite calming effect on inflamed acne marks, noticeably reducing redness overnight. If mugwort works well for you, I highly recommend giving this a try!
ConsThere's not much I disliked about it. The only things I'd mention are that it's a bit pricey, and I wish it came in a larger size!

I only get cystic acne during my period, but I usually have small bumps on my skin. Effectiveness: When I first started using it, my cystic acne noticeably faded! While it didn't completely eliminate my small bumps, it did reduce them slightly. Suitability: It has a light texture that isn't too heavy, making it great for dry skin types in summer. For those with oily skin, it provides just enough moisture, making it perfect for winter use when you need that extra hydration.
ConsOiliness: The product has some oil content, which might cause blemishes for those with oily skin if used in summer. Price: The price is quite steep - 32,000 won for just 50ml. I'm not sure if the effects justify the cost. Long-term effectiveness: While it showed promising results initially, the effectiveness seemed to diminish over time, eventually becoming barely noticeable.
TipThis soothing ampoule is great for oily skin types in winter and dry skin types in summer! Also, it pairs excellently with the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Water Essence. They're often sold together at Olive Young for 30,000 won as a set. I highly recommend trying them together for the best results!
