I've been using this product for about two weeks, and I must say, it absorbs beautifully. It glides on smoothly, and that's not all. My skin tends to be quite sensitive and prone to blemishes, but surprisingly, this product didn't cause any additional breakouts. First off, it's on the pricier side, which is a bit of a drawback. My T-zone is oily while my cheeks are relatively less so. The day after using this product, my skin felt noticeably firmer. Despite its serum-like consistency that seemed like it might be rich, it didn't leave any sticky residue after application. After it sinks in, there's no stickiness, leaving the skin feeling light and soft. I loved the fresh herbal scent too. The packaging also looks quite luxurious. The absorption is excellent, and it feels neither too heavy nor too light, which I think would work well for both dry and oily skin types. Perhaps due to the many potentially irritating ingredients, when I applied this product right after my toner, my skin started burning and tingling. Those with super sensitive skin should be careful... After using only gentle skincare products for years, my skin seemed shocked when I suddenly used a product with these ingredients! I had been looking to add an essence to my skincare routine, and I was lucky enough to be selected to try this one. Right off the bat, I could really feel it deeply hydrating my skin. What's more, I noticed a significant improvement in my blemishes, and my complexion seemed to become clearer and more radiant. A little goes a long way with this product, so you don't need to use much to cover your whole face. Despite having six caution points, which initially made me a bit apprehensive, I'm happy to report that my skin tolerated it well without any adverse reactions. The price point seems quite high for the amount of product you get. The glass container, while luxurious, feels a bit risky as it could potentially break, and it's also quite heavy. For context, I have sensitive, dry, and atopic skin. During use, I didn't experience any irritation or adverse reactions after application. The texture is quite fluid. After applying, it didn't feel sticky but rather gave a fresh, matte finish. This makes me think it might be more suitable for summer use rather than winter. I appreciated that the fragrance wasn't overly artificial or irritating. Sometimes, strong artificial scents can cause blemishes for me, but I didn't have that issue with this product. Regarding its effectiveness on wrinkles and other functional aspects, it's difficult to judge after just a week of use. I think I'd need to finish the entire bottle to really tell. I found the dispenser a bit inconvenient to use - perhaps because the vertical opening is quite short? First off, I have super sensitive skin, but I'm pleased to report that with consistent use, I didn't experience any blemishes. The texture is quite fluid - it actually runs when you dispense it on the back of your hand. Perhaps because of this, it absorbs well and spreads easily. The scent is reminiscent of Innisfree's green tea line - subtle and pleasant. While I'm not sure about its anti-wrinkle effects yet, I feel like my skin texture has improved. While it absorbs quickly, it doesn't leave much of a residual feeling on the skin. Also, the glass container makes it quite heavy to handle during use. As I have combination dehydrated skin, I find it works best when I apply a couple of layers and finish with a cream. This leaves my skin feeling much more hydrated.

The formula is a lightweight essence that doesn't leave any sticky residue, giving your skin a velvety finish. It absorbs well and creates a nice base for the next steps in your skincare routine. Besides being on the pricier side, the artificial fragrance isn't to my personal liking. It doesn't really boost hydration, so you'll need to use a separate moisturizing product. Looking at the ingredients list on the Hwahae app, I noticed two PEGs high up in the list, indicating a high concentration. It also contains BHT, an ingredient not commonly seen in recent cosmetics, which makes me hesitant to use it regularly. This product is suitable for those with non-sensitive skin who aren't particular about ingredients, and for those looking for a quick-absorbing essence without any stickiness.
