It was awful! But then I tried this cream in the evening, and miraculously, there was no itching or stinging - my face felt so comfortable. The next morning when I cleansed my face, there was absolutely no irritation! Is it even possible to see such results in just one day? I have extremely oily skin, but when my skin barrier was compromised, my face felt terribly dry all day long. After applying this cream for just one night, the deep dryness significantly decreased by the next day. Even more surprising, when my skin was in its normal state, I used to get itchy and have allergic reactions if even a strand of hair touched my face. But with this cream? Nothing of the sort! Also, while I didn't have large blemishes on my chin, there were always a few small bumps. Now, my chin feels so smooth it's almost slippery - there's nothing to feel at all. Could this be thanks to this cream? If your skin barrier is compromised, you absolutely must give this a try!
ConsWhile this worked well for me as I'm usually very oily but became extremely dry when my skin barrier was damaged, those with naturally oily skin might find it a bit rich.
TipWhen applying, don't squeeze out too much at once or rub it in vigorously. Instead, dot it evenly all over your face and gently pat it in. This method helps it absorb well and minimizes irritation!

Texture and Feel Among the Dr. Diffart Secol-G line, this 113 cream is a bullseye for dry skin. It offers intense hydration with a clean finish. With its high ceramide content, it's also recommended for sensitive skin with a compromised barrier. 2. Formula & Writer's Skin Type It contains a well-balanced ratio of ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids. The ceramide content has been increased to suit specific skin types. As someone with combination dehydrated skin and a damaged barrier, I used it alone for 2 weeks, then with an ampoule. Currently, I'm mixing it with another cream at night. For rushed mornings, it might pill if not applied carefully as it takes time to absorb. After evening cleansing, apply once and layer again before bed for a moisturizing barrier that lasts until morning. 3. Recommended Skin Types Highly recommended for extreme barrier care, sensitive skin, and especially dry skin.
Cons4. The ingredients are generally safe for sensitive skin, and I experienced no major issues during use. I even applied it after using Sulantra (a prescription medication) when my skin was irritated, and it provided powerful additional hydration! From my perspective, there aren't any concerning ingredients, so I don't have any real complaints. If I had to mention one thing, it might be how rich it is - but that's both a pro and a con. However, those who find palmitic acid heavy might want to be cautious.
Tip5. Writer's Pro Tip This cream pairs exceptionally well with watery cica ampoules. Apply a watery ampoule for a burst of hydration, then lock it in with this moisturizing cream for ultimate skin hydration.

I have sensitive skin, but this didn't cause any blemishes.
ConsIt was fine in winter, but now that the weather's warming up, the texture feels a bit heavy. Might be good for those with dry skin though.

ConsIf I had to point out something, it would be the price... haha. Other than that, there's nothing negative to say.
TipI'm adding some information in case anyone else is confused like I was. I tried a sample from the hospital and liked it, so I bought the full-size product from the official website. However, I learned that products that require a prescription have 'MD' written after the product name. The sample didn't have 'MD' on it... I found this out when I went to the hospital. Apparently, there's a slight difference in ingredients. The one purchased from the hospital is labeled as a medical device on the packaging. The volume is about twice as much, and the price is roughly double as well.

Ingredients It's reassuring to use as it doesn't contain any of the 20 cautionary ingredients or allergens. 2. Hydration It's not a thick cream, but more of an emulsion-like consistency. While the hydration isn't exceptional, it's fairly decent.
Cons1. Price It feels a bit on the expensive side, and it's not frequently discounted either.

As someone with sensitive skin that's getting drier with age, I feel like this really nourishes my skin! I love that it's free from artificial fragrances, and my skin feels healthier using it. I looked up the brand and found out it's by Dr. Cha from CNP - that makes me trust it even more! I definitely want to keep using this!
ConsIt's so good that I feel like I'm using it up too quickly... I think it would be best to use it in moderation.
TipI'm planning to buy the Vita Lift A and CEQ as well!

There are no harmful ingredients, and it's fragrance-free. Overall, it's a solid, reliable product.
ConsIt's a bit pricey for the amount you get, and the moisturizing effect doesn't seem to last very long. It keeps your skin feeling hydrated for about 1-2 hours after application.

It's great for layering and provides excellent hydration!
ConsThe price is a bit steep, and there's a distinct artificial scent. But aside from that, I think this might be the gentlest barrier cream among Ceracolla products!

I used it on my baby's dry skin as recommended by our doctor. The 250ml size costs around $58.
ConsIt's quite pricey, unfortunately. Thankfully, I heard it can be covered by health insurance, which is a relief.

Thanks to Hwahae, I'm earning points and getting attendance discounts. It's like a regenerating cream for my skin. It strikes a perfect balance - not too oily, not too dry. Even with my blemish-prone sensitive skin, it prevents breakouts and calms my complexion.
ConsIt's pricey, and the amount feels small since I reapply often. The discount rates are low. If I can't find it on Hwahae, I search elsewhere for this cream. That's how well it suits my extremely dry skin.
TipThough expensive for 50g, I found (Dr. Different Cica Metal Cream) to be even more effective than the 311 cream.
