Pros
This is my go-to holy grail product for strengthening the skin barrier. I mix it with Differin for best results.
Cons
Be careful when combining with serums - if they don't mix well, it can pill terribly.
Tip
Make sure to pat it in thoroughly for optimal absorption.

Pros
As I've been applying various nutrient-rich products that are supposedly good for the skin, I often experienced breakouts due to a compromised skin barrier. Lately, I've been focusing solely on barrier care, and using Dr. Different's moisturizer every morning and evening has been amazing! It's really helping to calm my blemishes while making my skin feel firmer. The 311 Moisturizer is a ceramide-based product designed for skin barrier care, containing the optimal 3:1:1 ratio of skin-strengthening ingredients. It's truly a product that promotes healthy skin. The cream has a light texture that absorbs well as you massage it in, finishing without any stickiness. It's such a gentle product that it doesn't stress the skin, and I think it could work for any skin type. The more I use Dr. Different products, the more positive effects I see on my skin, making it a truly satisfying experience!
Cons
In the evening, I layer it twice in small amounts for hydration, but I still feel some dryness. This product needs to be preceded by ample moisturizing steps.

Pros
It moisturizes well and is gentle on the skin! It's so hydrating. It's actually used in dermatology clinics and helps strengthen the skin barrier.
Cons
While the ingredients list could be a bit better, it still provides great hydration and I like it overall.

Pros
❤️ Combination skin (T-zone with lots of whiteheads, rest is dry) + occasional blemishes ❤️ Texture: Thicker than a hydrating moisturizer, but not quite an ointment Moisturizing effect: Great hydration! Skin feels firm Absorbs well: Similar to typical creams! Skin barrier: Contains 311 ceramides, so if you apply it generously before bed, you'll definitely notice a difference in skin texture and firmness the next morning!
Cons
The price...? It's good but a bit expensive. Dr. Different products are all effective, but they tend to be on the pricier side.

Pros
The feeling was moisturizing with just the right amount of richness! It's perfect for dry skin. When I felt I needed more hydration in the evening, I applied a second layer before bed, and the next day my skin condition was spot on! I've tried Physiogel too, but this feels different! It's more like a sunscreen or whipped cream texture. It absorbs well! While it's not completely oil-free, I think this skin barrier cream would suit most skin types unless you have extremely oily skin!
Cons
If I really had to pick something, it might be the scent? But it's so faint that only someone with super sensitive skin would notice. It has a slight medicinal smell! Personally, it doesn't bother me much, so I'll continue using it without issue!
Tip
If you feel you need more richness, instead of applying other products, I think it's better to just apply this cream twice.

Pros
Here's my review after using it from the 20th to the 28th: - My skin has genuinely improved... Even though my skin was already in turmoil due to wearing masks, after consistent use, it seems my skin barrier has strengthened, and its overall condition has gotten better. - The tube packaging is hygienic, which is a plus.
Cons
- I noticed it felt quite rich... You need to pat and tap it in to help it absorb. If you apply too much, it can leave a white cast. - While it feels rich, it doesn't actually moisturize deeply, yet it gives a sensation of dryness. - Because of this, I definitely can't use it in the morning. I apply it before bed... Even though I have oily skin, I can't use this alone.
Tip
Applying more doesn't necessarily make it feel more hydrating, so it's best to use just the right amount. Layering it on seems to make it feel even richer than expected...

Pros
As someone with *severe combination dehydrated skin*, I've been using Dr. Different's Vita A Cream and 131 Cream. Overall, Dr. Different products work well for me, so I had high hopes for the 311 Cream - and I wasn't disappointed! The way it absorbs and the finish feel similar to Physiogel cream. Rather than intense hydration, I noticed more improvements in skin texture, oil and moisture balance, and strengthening of the skin barrier.
Cons
I haven't found any downsides yet. Hmm... perhaps it might be a bit rich for those with oily skin?
Tip
I've been using this routine for two days: 1. COSRX Propolis Toner 2. Dr. Jart+ Biome Essence 3. 311 Moisturizer It's been working well as a winter night care routine for my combination dehydrated skin.

Pros
This is a product I've been using consistently. I've gone through about 4-5 tubes. Thanks to its ceramide content, it doesn't just feel moisturizing on the surface - it actually seems to resolve deep dryness. I feel like my skin barrier is improving too. Originally, I had extremely oily skin with large pores, which was stressful. To reduce pores, I've been taking isotretinoin (a vitamin A derivative that suppresses sebum) for a few years to address the root cause. As a result, my whole body became dry and my pores shrank. Anyway, most products I apply don't leave my skin feeling sufficiently hydrated, and I often feel tightness when I smile. But with this, I don't experience any of that, which is great. My routine: Hyaluronic acid toner - Zeroid Soothing Emulsion - Dr. Different cream
Cons
It's expensive. The packaging comes with a spatula for scooping out the product, but I wish it was designed for more convenient use
