Pros
My skin barrier was completely wrecked, and everything I applied caused stinging, itching, and a burning sensation. It was awful! But then I tried this cream in the evening, and miraculously, there was no itching or stinging - my face felt so comfortable. The next morning when I cleansed my face, there was absolutely no irritation! Is it even possible to see such results in just one day? I have extremely oily skin, but when my skin barrier was compromised, my face felt terribly dry all day long. After applying this cream for just one night, the deep dryness significantly decreased by the next day. Even more surprising, when my skin was in its normal state, I used to get itchy and have allergic reactions if even a strand of hair touched my face. But with this cream? Nothing of the sort! Also, while I didn't have large blemishes on my chin, there were always a few small bumps. Now, my chin feels so smooth it's almost slippery - there's nothing to feel at all. Could this be thanks to this cream? If your skin barrier is compromised, you absolutely must give this a try!
Cons
While this worked well for me as I'm usually very oily but became extremely dry when my skin barrier was damaged, those with naturally oily skin might find it a bit rich.
Tip
When applying, don't squeeze out too much at once or rub it in vigorously. Instead, dot it evenly all over your face and gently pat it in. This method helps it absorb well and minimizes irritation!

Pros
My skin has been extremely dry and sensitive lately due to severe dryness, but after applying this, the hydration lasts longer and my skin feels much more comfortable.
Cons
If I had to point out something, it would be the price... haha. Other than that, there's nothing negative to say.
Tip
I'm adding some information in case anyone else is confused like I was. I tried a sample from the hospital and liked it, so I bought the full-size product from the official website. However, I learned that products that require a prescription have 'MD' written after the product name. The sample didn't have 'MD' on it... I found this out when I went to the hospital. Apparently, there's a slight difference in ingredients. The one purchased from the hospital is labeled as a medical device on the packaging. The volume is about twice as much, and the price is roughly double as well.

Pros
I've discovered a gentle cream! After trying a sample, I decided to buy it and I'm so pleased. The tube packaging is neat and tidy, and being fragrance-free makes it even more appealing. The application is superb - it goes on smoothly and keeps skin hydrated. Once absorbed, it leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean. There's absolutely no irritation. Looking at the ingredient list, it's completely harmless! The ingredients are great, and since they're similar to the skin's natural sebum composition, my skin feels comfortable. Even when applied before makeup, there's no pilling.
Cons
The light finish means it's not recommended for dry skin. If you need more hydration or a rich, dewy finish, it might fall short as a final step in your routine.

It feels moisturizing without irritating my skin. I didn't experience any major blemishes. It's not heavy and feels comfortable.
Cons

Cons
1. There's nothing particularly bad, but it might be a bit much to expect anti-aging benefits. Think of it as a very healthy moisturizer that works well when used alongside Vitamin A products. 2. For those with oily skin, other products like '113' might be more suitable.

Pros
I've been using this for about ten days, and I love that it has no artificial fragrance. The more I apply it, the gentler it feels. The ingredients are really skin-friendly too. One of my main skin concerns has always been redness, and after reading a review where someone said their redness disappeared, I decided to try it with cautious optimism. While the change might only be noticeable to me, I think my redness has slightly faded. I'm not sure if it's entirely due to this cream, so I'll need to use it longer to be certain. Another plus is that it comes in a tube, which is hygienic and convenient to use.
Cons
I wouldn't call this a downside per se, but I expected the texture to be super light. It's actually thicker than I thought. It's more substantial than a hydrating moisturizer but not as rich as a nourishing cream. It feels a bit like a cream with silicones, although there aren't any silicones in the ingredients list.
Tip
When applying before makeup in the morning, I split my application into two thin layers. Since the cream might pill if you apply sunscreen or foundation before it's fully absorbed, it's best to gently pat it in several times until it's completely absorbed into the skin.

- The fragrance-free aspect... I liked it, but it doesn't mask the scent of other ingredients, resulting in a slightly odd smell. This might be hit or miss for some people. - Absorption is a bit slow. It's not like some other reviews where the cream just sits on top of the skin, but if I apply it all over my face and then let my bangs down soon after, they get greasy pretty quickly.
