  Pros

  I have extremely oily skin - I've never met anyone with skin as oily as mine. Even in the middle of winter, I can't live without oil blotting sheets, and I have to use at least 3 sheets each time I blot my face. (I'm mentioning this for reference.) This product line is highly recommended for those with oily skin. My friend with dry skin complained that this line made her face feel dry, and she had to slather on aloe gel. Pros: - Lightweight formula I've used multiple products from this line simultaneously. Generally, they all have a light texture. Having oily skin, I've often experienced emulsions and toners mixing with my natural oils and causing chaos on my face, but that rarely happened with these products. If you prefer lightweight formulas, this product will be your top choice. - Fragrance-free There's no scent. I find it absurd when companies add fragrance to basic skincare lines. Why add fragrance to a basic line? Is an emulsion supposed to be a perfume? Of course not! With these products, I've never experienced that unpleasant sensation while applying them, even with my eyes closed. That's definitely a plus!

  Cons

  Cons: If I have to pick a drawback, I'd say the opening is a bit tight, like a shy friend. It's not playing hard to get, but you need to tap the bottle against your palm to coax the product out bit by bit. However, apart from this minor issue, it's such a great product that I'll continue using it.

  Tip

  Using this entire product line together is like ordering the same iced Americano for everyone at a cafe - it speeds things up and maximizes effectiveness!

  Pros

  The texture has a nice consistency, not too thin! It doesn't feel overly light, so it seems to maintain hydration well. It doesn't pill, making it great for layering with other skincare products.

  Cons

  The product opening is a bit small, so it comes out slowly which can be frustrating. You have to tap it several times to get enough out, which is a bit of a hassle.

  I used to just use a water-based toner, but I decided to try this one for winter. I feel like it's really improved my skin's hydration and lasting moisture.

  Pros

  Unlike some toners that feel too watery and inconvenient to use, this one has just the right consistency. It absorbs into the skin like a dream! It's perfect for those who don't use exfoliating toners. Plus, it's great for locking in hydration as the first step in your skincare routine.

  Cons

  The product dispenses rather sparingly... Even after shaking vigorously, only a few drops come out at a time, which can be a bit frustrating. But aside from this minor issue, I can't find any other faults!

  Finding the right skincare products can be such a hassle, but I decided to give this one a try based on reviews, without much expectation. To my surprise, I'm quite satisfied! Maybe it's because I used it without high hopes, but I felt like my skin was getting balanced. While it doesn't completely absorb instantly, it seems to suit my complexion really well, which makes me happy!

  As the weather gets drier, I've found it's better to use a product with some viscosity right after cleansing, rather than a watery toner. I love how it instantly makes my skin feel supple. Especially after my morning cleanse when I'm feeling tired, applying it generously twice really lifts my mood.

  Cons

  For those with milia-prone skin, this might feel a bit heavy in summer. However, now that it's fall, I'm using it without any issues.

  Tip

  The texture has some thickness to it, so applying it twice followed by a cream makes for a quick morning routine.

  ✓ Instant hydration boost As soon as you apply it, you can feel your skin becoming immediately hydrated and moisturized. ✓ Long-lasting moisture Despite being a toner, it doesn't feel light or dry out quickly. Instead, it keeps your skin feeling moisturized for hours. ✓ Perfect consistency that doesn't drip or leak The texture isn't completely watery, but more like a slightly runny gel. It's not completely transparent, but has a slight opacity. This makes it easy to apply without spilling, which is very convenient.

  ✗ Slightly sits on the skin Even though I have dry skin, I prefer products that absorb cleanly. This one doesn't quite do that, which can feel a bit heavy. ✗ Somewhere between a toner and an emulsion It feels a bit heavy to be considered just a toner, but then again, it's too light to use as an emulsion. It doesn't provide that deep, intense hydration, and being a toner, you can't expect it to have enough oil content to protect the skin. This ambiguity makes it tricky to balance with other skincare products in terms of oil and moisture.

  Pros

  This is my review after winning The Hwahae Testers selection! First off, the absorption was quite nice. It wasn't too sticky and had a texture similar to a watery essence. I applied it before my moisturizer and let it absorb. It was incredibly effective for deep dryness. While it doesn't absorb super quickly, if you gently pat it in, it moisturizes and absorbs well! I also liked that it was almost fragrance-free. My skin is prone to blemishes if I use the wrong product, but I used this without any issues!

  Cons

  I have severe dehydration and some oiliness in my T-zone, and this felt a bit heavy for summer use. While it addresses deep dryness well, after applying and finishing with cream, my face felt a bit stuffy. It seems the oil and moisture balance didn't quite match with my usual cream, which was disappointing. I've been using a cica cream that works really well for me, so I'm switching to a lighter emulsion or essence that can just provide hydration. This product doesn't seem to be solely focused on hydration.

  Tip

  It worked well as a skin pack, and just applying it with hands and letting it absorb left my skin very moisturized and feeling great. I think it would be perfect for use during dry transitional seasons or winter!
