Pros
Even though I usually use other toners, since my skin is dry, I tend to just apply it directly with my hands rather than using a cotton pad. Since the formula is not watery, it's easy to apply, and sometimes I'll put it on a cotton pad and use it as a toner, but I don't recommend that if you're looking for a toner. It applies smoothly and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. As a Hwahae product, it definitely has good moisture and seems to have better lasting hydration than a water-based toner.
Cons
There are no regrets. However, the fact that I have to write this in order to be registered is more regrettable.
