I really enjoy using this when doing my makeup. I have dry skin, and my lips are extremely chapped and flaky, so my makeup always ends up peeling off. But after using this, I no longer experience that tight, dry feeling. It also has a lightweight, essence-like texture that absorbs quickly.

I always trust and use Toridoll products. If you find the skin too light and slippery, try this. The formula is closer to a serum, but with much better moisture than a toner. Layering it several times makes it as good as a serum.
Cons
Sometimes it can feel a bit sticky or the next skincare step can get pushed off. Gently pat it in when applying.

I tried using it as it was recommended for dry skin. The watery texture is definitely more moisturizing than regular toners. The scent was also nice, and it was easy to apply with my hands. Just one application was enough to provide sufficient hydration.
Cons
It feels a bit slippery, and the next product takes longer to absorb. If you apply too much, it can cause milia, so you have to use it moderately. I wouldn't recommend it for cleansing.
