It helps soothe inflammatory blemishes when applied. As it dries, it forms a white layer, which gives me the impression that it's effectively treating the inflammation. I've had more instances where it didn't work for blemishes than when it did. It irritates my skin and has an unpleasant smell, which made me stop using it. Applying it with a cotton swab is inconvenient, and the emulsion-like texture feels less helpful. Over time, the tube hardens and crumbles. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 4, 2024
An excellent spot treatment for calming blemishes. While there's a bit of tingling, it seems to prevent pustular acne from worsening. You need to buy it from overseas, and due to its potency, it's not suitable for applying over large areas. Be careful, as it can bleach your pillowcase if it rubs off. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 14, 2023
This product has been a ray of light for my skin. I've always had acne-prone skin, and a small patch of seborrheic dermatitis gradually worsened. Though I saw some improvement during treatment at a university hospital, it got worse afterwards, possibly due to prolonged use of steroid ointments. It even developed into folliculitis, leaving my skin in terrible condition right around my wedding. I tried various ointments and visited multiple clinics, but nothing helped except when I was on medication. Most cosmetics irritated my skin, except for 2-3 products. Then I tried this, and it was the only thing that showed improvement. While Sidmool Propolis just prevented my condition from worsening, using this product consistently led to noticeable improvements. I became so reliant on it that I felt anxious without it. Now that I'm pregnant, I can't use it, but I'm eagerly waiting for the day I can use it again. Please use this product sparingly and with caution. If you use even a little too much, it can cause a burning sensation and significant skin irritation. I mixed it on the back of my hand, and one day I noticed a round, droplet-like spot appeared. I suspect it might be due to this product, so it's probably best to wipe it off normal skin areas. This product might not suit everyone. The causes of skin blemishes vary, and this seems to be quite potent, so it's important to find the right amount and frequency for your skin. You need to apply much less than you might expect, so it's better to mix it and apply a thin layer over a wider area. It's probably best to apply it only to the specific areas you want to improve. Consistent use of small amounts over time is likely to yield the best results. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 29, 2022
When applied to deep, non-extractable cystic blemishes, you can feel the size of the blemish gradually reducing from within. I recommend this for those who haven't seen results with domestic spot treatments. It's not effective on small, closed comedones. If you don't control the amount properly, it can cause severe peeling of dead skin cells and leave scars. Absolutely do not apply too much! It's quite potent, so those with super sensitive skin should use it with caution. Apply only a tiny amount by dabbing it with a cotton swab. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 4, 2022
Works on inflamed, hard pimples and blemishes (though not dramatically). Reasonably priced. Absorbs well into the skin. Causes a tingling sensation where applied. Can be drying. Must be used sparingly - controlling the amount is crucial. While not completely ineffective for acne, it didn't deliver the significant results I hoped for. Completely ineffective on small bumps. Can cause irritation. Feels sticky on the skin. Leaves a white residue like thin flakes of dead skin cells. Must only be applied at night as it shouldn't be exposed to sunlight. Don't spread it with your fingers - use a cotton swab to apply. Personally, I'd recommend Nox** from the pharmacy - it's cheaper and more effective. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 11, 2021
I purchased this product through international shipping. I applied it to areas with pustular acne. While it slightly reduced the inflammation in those areas, I didn't notice any further improvements beyond that. When applied, it caused a burning sensation, and sometimes the treated area would peel or become red and inflamed. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 16, 2021
This is an effective benzoyl peroxide product. It contains a maximum of 10% concentration, so it's more potent than the 2.5% version. The product can be quite harsh on the skin. If you're a first-time user, I'd recommend starting with the 2.5% version instead. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 4, 2020
I really like this product. I purchased it from iHerb and have been using it. Initially, it was quite irritating, which was the only downside I experienced. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 20, 2020
When applied in small amounts to blemish areas, it hardens and eliminates pimples effectively! It's far too harsh to use all over the face! I'd recommend using it as a spot treatment only.
