It helps soothe inflammatory blemishes when applied. As it dries, it forms a white layer, which gives me the impression that it's effectively treating the inflammation. I've had more instances where it didn't work for blemishes than when it did. It irritates my skin and has an unpleasant smell, which made me stop using it. Applying it with a cotton swab is inconvenient, and the emulsion-like texture feels less helpful. Over time, the tube hardens and crumbles. - dj*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJan 26, 2025
It's great that this product has a higher concentration of benzoyl peroxide than what's typically available in Korea, and you can get it without a prescription. It works wonders on occasional blemishes that pop up on the forehead, chin, and around the nose area. These spots usually calm down quickly when you apply this. (Just keep in mind that it might not be as effective for severe, inflammatory acne) There's nothing particularly bad to mention. It does its job well and offers great value for money - jo******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 26, 2024
When I apply this before bed, it significantly reduces my small blemishes. As someone with super sensitive skin, I prefer fragrance-free products, and this one fits the bill while being incredibly effective. To put it simply, it works even better than the popular OTC acne treatments. The main drawbacks are its limited availability (only through international shipping) and higher price due to import costs. You need to apply an emulsion immediately after use, and it should only be applied to specific areas with blemishes. The amount used needs to be gradually increased over time, which might be off-putting for those who prefer low-maintenance skincare routines. - ek*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 5, 2024
While the effects may not be immediately noticeable, consistent application seems to yield positive results I can't think of any downsides. Everyone should give it a try! It's pretty decent in my opinion - pj*******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedSep 4, 2024
This product is truly amazing for stubborn blemishes and those seemingly hopeless ones. I used to struggle with persistent blemishes due to hormonal changes, but this product has been a game-changer! Whenever I have free time, I just keep applying it, and before I know it, the blemish turns into dead skin cells that easily come off. It prevents the pus from worsening and the blemish from bursting, allowing me to even apply makeup over it. I simply can't live without it now! However, after the blemish peels off, it tends to leave some discoloration. But considering that once you've had a breakout, it's impossible to recover without any marks, this is actually a natural outcome and can't really be considered a drawback. For faster soothing, exfoliation, and peeling, apply the product, let it harden, then remove the hardened balm and reapply. Repeat this process as needed. - ny*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2024
I liked that it doesn't have a scent. The amount seems quite generous too. It appears to be more helpful for pustular blemishes. I think I need to use it a bit longer to fully assess. I'm not sure if it helps with scars, even though the product claims to. I'll probably need to use it for a longer period to see... - el******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 17, 2024
It's effective on already developed pustular acne. (For redness before a pimple surfaces, I found Acne-n Cream to be more effective.) Apply it precisely with a cotton swab only on the affected area - never spread it all over your face. Using it incorrectly could lead to serious issues... Even when applying with a cotton swab, don't layer it on too thick. If you have super sensitive skin, I recommend starting with a lower concentration first. The 10% formula can be quite intense. The inconvenience of having to purchase it from overseas. It may cause redness on your skin. - 91***Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2024
An excellent spot treatment for calming blemishes. While there's a bit of tingling, it seems to prevent pustular acne from worsening. You need to buy it from overseas, and due to its potency, it's not suitable for applying over large areas. Be careful, as it can bleach your pillowcase if it rubs off. - sk*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 14, 2023
This product has been a ray of light for my skin. I've always had acne-prone skin, and a small patch of seborrheic dermatitis gradually worsened. Though I saw some improvement during treatment at a university hospital, it got worse afterwards, possibly due to prolonged use of steroid ointments. It even developed into folliculitis, leaving my skin in terrible condition right around my wedding. I tried various ointments and visited multiple clinics, but nothing helped except when I was on medication. Most cosmetics irritated my skin, except for 2-3 products. Then I tried this, and it was the only thing that showed improvement. While Sidmool Propolis just prevented my condition from worsening, using this product consistently led to noticeable improvements. I became so reliant on it that I felt anxious without it. Now that I'm pregnant, I can't use it, but I'm eagerly waiting for the day I can use it again. Please use this product sparingly and with caution. If you use even a little too much, it can cause a burning sensation and significant skin irritation. I mixed it on the back of my hand, and one day I noticed a round, droplet-like spot appeared. I suspect it might be due to this product, so it's probably best to wipe it off normal skin areas. This product might not suit everyone. The causes of skin blemishes vary, and this seems to be quite potent, so it's important to find the right amount and frequency for your skin. You need to apply much less than you might expect, so it's better to mix it and apply a thin layer over a wider area. It's probably best to apply it only to the specific areas you want to improve. Consistent use of small amounts over time is likely to yield the best results. - yj*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 4, 2023
When I apply this before bed, my blemishes are reduced by morning! It's quite potent, so it's best to use a cotton swab and apply a thin layer. I was amazed at how quickly I saw results when I first started using it. It tends to highlight dead skin cells in the applied area and causes quite a bit of itching. Even moisturizer doesn't help... While it works well on some blemishes, it seems ineffective on those hard, protruding ones. I woke up to find those particular spots unchanged.
