It's lightweight and absorbs well. I have seborrheic dermatitis and my face tends to get hot, usually causing my nose to feel warm when I apply skincare products. However, with this product, I didn't experience that sensation even when applying it all over my face. It only feels slightly sticky during extremely humid days, but otherwise, there's no stickiness at all.
ConsSome ingredient in this product doesn't agree with my skin. The day after I first used it, I woke up with folliculitis that looked like fish roe all over my face. At the time, my skin wasn't in great condition even before using this, so I thought something else might be the problem and ignored it. I managed to calm my skin down using antibiotic ointment and decided to try it again. But as soon as I applied it, my skin started tingling and itching, so I immediately washed it off. I tried it three times in total, and each time I experienced these symptoms.

I have an oily T-zone, while the rest is dry. Scent: It's fragrance-free. Great for those with scent sensitivities. Texture: The toner is slightly thin, but not overly watery.
ConsAfter reading all the positive reviews about how gentle this toner was, I felt so excited and proud when I bought it. I decided to try it on my face for the first time. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction. You can clearly see the redness on my skin in the photo. It's really disappointing to have wasted money on this product.

However, this one was the least sticky among all the products I've tried. The ingredients are also the simplest, which satisfied me as someone with sensitive skin prone to inflammation and blisters. It's very hydrating.
ConsSigh... The ingredients are really good, but for some reason, it doesn't suit me. On the first day I applied it, my philtrum felt a bit warm, and I thought, 'Huh? What's this?' Well, it turned out it wasn't compatible with my skin. After about ten days, I started noticing some redness. After using it for two weeks, I decided it wasn't suitable and went back to my original toner. The redness disappeared within a day, though the blisters remained. After two weeks of use, my skin developed blemishes all over. Especially around my mouth, philtrum, and chin (I already had blemish-prone skin), but even in areas where I rarely get breakouts, small spots started appearing and spreading. They weren't acne, but rather very small, tightly clustered blister-like inflammations. Anyway, when I saw them spreading to my nose and forehead, I realized it really wasn't working for me and stopped using it. Oh, and if you apply it close to your eyes, it stings so much! It really makes your eyes sting and feel tired. Be careful not to get it in your eyes! The texture is nice and the ingredients are good, but why doesn't it work for just me? After considering the combinations of ingredients in the blemish-causing cosmetics I've used, I suspect it might be one of these: allantoin, hyaluronic acid, or panthenol. I guess I'll have to experiment by eliminating one ingredient at a time.
TipWhen I tried applying it with a cotton pad, it felt strangely rough and actually irritated my skin. Instead, I patted it in gently with my hands to help it absorb.

ConsAs someone with extremely sensitive skin, I had to stop using it because the excessive hyaluronic acid made my skin itchy.
TipNo special tips to share. The intense moisturizing effect... well, think carefully about it. For those who find it suitable, it could be a perfect match.

I used this toner for a week, applying it with a cotton pad after cleansing to refine my skin texture. My skin type is combination leaning towards oily, currently with patches of dehydration but excess oil - basically extremely oily. 1. Texture As you can see in the photo, it has a watery consistency. It's not even as thick as a runny nose - just pure water. I prefer water-like toners as I use them for exfoliation, and sometimes do a two-skin method followed by serum, sunscreen, and foundation. It absorbs well into the skin, leaving a fresh feeling when patted in. 2. Oil content This is crucial for my oily skin, and I'm happy to report there's no oily residue. If absorbed properly, it's not sticky at all. Like many hyaluronic acid products, it absorbs so well that it almost feels like you didn't apply anything. This is great for combination dehydrated or oily skin types, but those with dry skin might need to follow up with a cream. I'm satisfied with the fresh finish! 3. Hydration True to its reputation as a toner for combination dehydrated skin, it seemed to address deep dryness. Even in fall and winter, I didn't feel dry while using this toner, even after wearing makeup all day. If you're severely lacking hydration, layering this 2-3 times should help improve dry areas. 4. Overall impression I believe toners shouldn't have too many functions. In my opinion, a toner should have clean, gentle ingredients and focus on refining skin texture and providing hydration. This product meets those criteria. I even felt a slight cooling effect. Oily skin types concerned about deep dryness should be quite satisfied with this product. However, it might not be enough on its own for those with dry skin. It's that good as a basic skincare item. Checking Hwahae, the ingredients seem clean and well-formulated without harmful substances. The photos show before and after one week of use. The increased redness in the after photo is simply because my house was warm! From my perspective, the dryness seems much improved.
ConsI tried using it as a mask pack, leaving it on for about 15 minutes, but I broke out in small bumps that day...? However, I had also worn heavy makeup and was tired, so it's hard to say if it was because of this toner. Anyway, due to this experience, I probably won't use it as a mask pack again. I plan to use it only as an exfoliating toner for refining skin texture.
TipMake sure to absorb it well. Rather than moving on to the next step without proper absorption, I think this toner will perform its best if you pat it in gently to ensure it's fully absorbed.

I patted it in once, then patted again to help it absorb. There's definitely a noticeable difference in skin hydration compared to when I don't use it. I was satisfied with how it seemed to replenish moisture, especially since my skin was dry due to winter... However,
ConsI have acne-prone skin, so I'm always wary of trying new products in case they cause breakouts. I felt reassured by this toner as it doesn't seem to have any particularly harmful ingredients and appears gentle. But alas... My forehead had been clear of acne recently, but after using this, sudden breakouts appeared. Two pimples that were more like pustules than just small bumps. I'm too scared to use it again. ++ Update / I think my skin doesn't agree with hyaluronic acid.
TipWhile I was satisfied with how it hydrated my skin, it unfortunately caused acne... If you have sensitive skin like mine, please think carefully before purchasing.
