Pros
This is a perfect water-based toner with an excellent formula for summer use. It's lightweight and absorbs well. I have seborrheic dermatitis and my face tends to get hot, usually causing my nose to feel warm when I apply skincare products. However, with this product, I didn't experience that sensation even when applying it all over my face. It only feels slightly sticky during extremely humid days, but otherwise, there's no stickiness at all.
Cons
Some ingredient in this product doesn't agree with my skin. The day after I first used it, I woke up with folliculitis that looked like fish roe all over my face. At the time, my skin wasn't in great condition even before using this, so I thought something else might be the problem and ignored it. I managed to calm my skin down using antibiotic ointment and decided to try it again. But as soon as I applied it, my skin started tingling and itching, so I immediately washed it off. I tried it three times in total, and each time I experienced these symptoms.

Pros
This is a refreshing toner with a water-like texture and almost no viscosity. It hydrates the skin without leaving any slippery feeling or residue, making it ideal for those with oily or combination dehydrated skin. It's versatile - you can use it as an exfoliating toner by soaking a cotton pad and wiping your face, or layer it multiple times to boost hydration. When your skin feels extra dry, you can even use it as a light mask. Overall, it's a multi-purpose toner that's easy to incorporate into your skincare routine.
Cons
The moisturizing effect is quite minimal. It's best to follow up with a hydrating product after applying this toner.

Pros
Light and hydrating. Simplifies skincare with just toner and emulsion. Works wonderfully as a toner pack when lightly soaked on a cotton pad. The packaging is also quite attractive.
Cons
Seems suitable for all skin types, so there aren't really any drawbacks.

Pros
It's a lightweight water-based toner. I used it as an exfoliating toner. I highly recommend this for those with oily skin who want a refreshing skincare routine in summer! I paired it with COSRX moisturizer and toner pads, and they worked really well together.
Cons
In terms of functionality, there's nothing particularly special. If I had to point out something, it would be that it's quite expensive.

Pros
1. Incredibly lightweight, it's truly like water itself. 2. Even with just one layer, the hydration is excellent. 3. It's quite affordable when purchased online. 4. It works wonderfully as an exfoliating toner. In summer weather like this, it feels especially light and refreshing, which makes it even better. At the same time, it definitely provides ample hydration. Great product!
Cons
Rather than being fully absorbed, there are times when it feels like it's sort of floating on the skin in an ambiguous way, but it's not to a degree that's particularly bothersome! In my opinion, though, I think it might be a bit too light to use on its own during winter.

Pros
Non-irritating Lightweight (Cica < Watery) - Watery version feels even lighter Absorbs well • Applying twice gives a perfectly layered feeling
Cons
No major drawbacks. May be insufficient when skin is very dry. Compared to the Cica toner, it has a fresher finish, but using the toner alone might not be enough.
Tip
Works well when used with the Triple Hydration Moisture Ampoule. (However, since the toner is very water-based, there's noticeable stickiness after finishing with the ampoule)

Pros
I trust COSRX products. This one is lightweight with great absorption, perfect for toner masking and even mixing with oils.
Cons
No complaints here. It's even great when sprayed on. Good stuff!

Pros
Light texture, absorbs well, and I love that it's not sticky. The gentle ingredients mean no irritation or tingling sensation.
Cons
Due to its lightweight nature, it doesn't completely resolve deep dryness for very dry skin.
Tip
One application isn't enough to address deep dryness. About three layers seem to work best. Less than three doesn't fully hydrate, while more than four reaches absorption limits. I transferred it to an empty mist bottle for easy application (sprayable).

Pros
I love how it applies so lightly. It feels like it's thoroughly cleansing my skin while I'm using it.
Cons
I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin types as the formula isn't very moisturizing. It's extremely watery in texture.

Pros
I've been trying various COSRX basic products as they generally work well for me. After finding the propolis line toner a bit heavy, I switched to this one. For my combination dehydrated skin, it's lightweight yet hydrating, which I love. However, those with dry skin might find it a tad less moisturizing.
Cons
The only downside is that I'm going through it faster than expected. I wish they offered a larger size. Maybe it's because I'm using it generously on cotton pads for exfoliation, but it seems to run out quite quickly.
