The texture is water-like and absorbs cleanly without any stickiness or slipperiness. It's great to use as a mist, and it's also suitable as an exfoliating toner. You can even soak a cotton pad with it for a toner mask.
ConsIt can sting and feel a bit cold if it gets in your eyes, but it's not too severe.
TipA good product if you're looking for a gentle, all-around toner without irritation.

It's not sticky, but leaves your skin feeling slightly moisturized. It's perfect for those who don't like overly watery toners, but also dislike sticky or oily ones. The minimal viscosity means it absorbs well into cotton pads or cotton swabs without sliding off. With a touch of hyaluronic acid and soothing ingredients, it feels clean, hydrating, and gentle on the skin. Being fragrance-free, I never got tired of using it. The cap seals tightly, and the semi-transparent bottle has a bit of flexibility, allowing you to squeeze out the product.
ConsWhile it's gentle on the skin, it can cause a tingling sensation if it gets into your eyes.
TipThe cap's opening is perfectly sized for a cotton swab, which is great for touch-ups on the go.

My skin type is combination leaning towards dry, and recently, due to various circumstances, my immune system has weakened significantly. My previously very healthy skin suddenly became sensitive, easily reddened, and prone to blemishes I've never had before. I also experience recurring cold sores. This is my first time trying a COSRX product. I usually use toners with whitening properties or those that exfoliate, but my skin condition was so bad that I looked for a gentle, basic product that only provides hydration as the first step. That's when I came across this toner and decided to give it a try. To cut to the chase, it 100% satisfied my purchase goal! Texture/Scent: It's the quintessential 'water toner' that comes to mind. It has almost no viscosity and flows easily. Being colorless and odorless, there's no risk of irritation from fragrances. There's a very slight hint of an alcohol-like scent, but it's not listed in the ingredients, and there's no burning sensation typical of alcohol when applied to the skin. Hydration/Moisturization: This was the most satisfying aspect! When I dispensed it onto my hand, it seemed like just a typical water toner, so I didn't expect much in terms of moisturization. But surprisingly, when applied to the skin, you can feel both hydration and moisturization! Even now in winter, using it twice followed by a cream is sufficiently moisturizing. In summer, using it three times might be enough on its own. Very Gentle: Not only does it lack any concerning ingredients, but I also found it to be extremely gentle during use. Throughout the usage period, I didn't experience any product-related blemishes or skin bumps! Deep Hydration: I believe the toner or skin used in the first step is crucial for deep hydration, and this one, despite not being a heavy ampoule-type skin and being a water-based formula that absorbs well, provided great moisturization. I felt a significant improvement in deep hydration. Skin Texture Improvement: The hydration is so good that after applying this, my skin feels very supple. About two weeks into using it, I noticed my skin texture improving. It balances oil and moisture well, preventing skin bumps and making the skin texture feel even better.
ConsValue for Money... Considering it's not a functional product, the price isn't particularly friendly. This is the main reason I deducted one star. While the ingredients are good and it provides hydration reliably, it's neither a functional product nor does it come in a large quantity, so the price in the 20,000 won range seems a bit high. I wish they would release a larger size version. Eye Irritation/Stinging: With my previous Dokdo toner, even if it got on my eyelids when using a cotton pad, or if it accidentally got into my eyes, there was no stinging or irritation. But with this toner, although there was a slight alcohol scent when opening it, despite being alcohol-free according to the ingredients, it strangely stung my eyes a bit. When it accidentally got into my eye once, I thought I was going to die... However, there's no irritation to the skin at all! As I mentioned above, I originally wanted a completely non-irritating product that only provides hydration, so it's hard to call this a downside... But for those who want exfoliation or skin texture improvement from their toner, this product might be disappointing. Although it contains panthenol, it's not originally a soothing toner, so there's almost no soothing effect. It's not a toner that reduces redness or anything like that. It's just very gentle, meaning it won't cause any product-related blemishes. I highly recommend this for those who think: 'My skin condition is a mess! Everything I apply might irritate it! Natural ingredients like Centella asiatica extract don't suit me well! It's winter and I'm dry, but using an ampoule-type toner from the first step feels burdensome! I want a toner with a light feel but packed with hydration!'
TipSince it doesn't have exfoliating properties, rather than using it with a cotton pad as an exfoliating toner, it's better to dispense it into your hands and pat it into your skin for absorption!

This one was exactly the water-based, non-sticky toner I was looking for.
ConsIt stings if it gets in your eyes, so I probably won't repurchase. I've used toners with less impressive ingredients that didn't irritate my eyes, so I'm not sure which ingredient is causing this...
