I used this toner for a week, both morning and evening, after cleansing. I applied it once with a cotton pad to wipe my face, and once by patting it in with my hands. My skin type is dry with slight oiliness only around the nose area, lacking both oil and moisture overall. Texture: The texture is very watery and runny. It can be a bit tricky to apply with hands, so I recommend using a cotton pad for easier application! Oil: There's no oily feeling at all. If you make sure it absorbs well, there's no stickiness either! Moisture: I'd recommend this to those with oily skin looking for a fresh finish. Personally, I found it lacking in hydration. Sensitivity: It's truly gentle! I already had sensitive skin, but it became even more delicate during pregnancy. However, this product didn't cause any irritation, burning sensation, or skin reactions!
ConsAbsorption: The absorption is really... really poor. It feels like you need to put in a lot of effort to get it to sink in. Moisture: As someone with dry skin who values both moisture and oil, I found it hard to feel any hydration due to the poor absorption. It felt like it was just sitting on top of my skin and couldn't address deep dryness. If you have dry skin, you'll definitely need to follow up with a cream. Price: Honestly, I don't think it's worth the price. Not just because of the quantity, but also because the ads claim it's super hydrating, which I didn't experience at all. I wouldn't pay this much for a product just for its moisture content.
TipApart from having to work really hard to get it to absorb, there's not much else to say. I even tried using it as a mask by soaking cotton pads, but... well... I'd recommend using it as a wipe-off toner instead.

As someone with dry skin that's dehydrated both deep down and on the surface, this was my first time trying hyaluronic acid. I initially thought it would just be like splashing water on my face for hydration, but after using it, I understand why people love hyaluronic acid. I used to think it wasn't necessary, but now I've noticed my skin becoming more plump. Even though it's winter, the effects lasted from morning to night. (More details in the tips below!) 1. After applying two layers, my skin felt more elastic. It's so noticeable that I can feel the difference when I touch my face while cleansing. 2. For those with dry skin, one layer might not be enough. You'll need at least two layers. Despite layering, it doesn't feel heavy or cause any itching. 3. It contains both low and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, so it absorbs well and strengthens the skin barrier, resulting in firmer, more elastic skin. 4. You can use it with your existing toner. There's no need to throw away or wait to finish your current toner. It enhances the effects of your regular toner while adding the benefits of hyaluronic acid, giving you hydration, glow, and elasticity. I loved this aspect because I often end up with a backlog of products, but this one can be used alongside others.
ConsIf you're only using it on your face, the amount is sufficient, but for multi-purpose users like me, it might not be enough. I guess I'll have to buy another one! When you apply it once, it absorbs so well that it's barely noticeable. This won't be enough in winter. As it gets colder and moisture evaporates quickly, you'll need to apply 2-3 times. Also, the toner alone doesn't provide enough oil, so use it with a cream or oil as well.
Tip- You can either use 'The Lab toner > your usual routine' or 'your usual toner > The Lab toner > rest of your routine'. After applying the toner, I tested whether cream or oil works better, and cream was the winner. Using just oil after The Lab toner seemed to let the moisture evaporate quickly. A cream that combines oil and water was better at locking in the hyaluronic acid. - Mixing the morning cleanser with The Lab toner in a 1:1 ratio definitely boosted hydration and made cleansing gentler yet effective. Highly recommended! - I mixed it 1:1 with cleansing water. Usually, when I remove foundation with cleansing water-soaked cotton, my skin feels instantly dry. Mixing it with The Lab toner eliminated this dryness while maintaining cleansing effectiveness. I think using it in various ways was possible because the ingredients are gentle and unlikely to cause blemishes.
