Pros
This is a perfect water-based toner with an excellent formula for summer use. It's lightweight and absorbs well. I have seborrheic dermatitis and my face tends to get hot, usually causing my nose to feel warm when I apply skincare products. However, with this product, I didn't experience that sensation even when applying it all over my face. It only feels slightly sticky during extremely humid days, but otherwise, there's no stickiness at all.
Cons
Some ingredient in this product doesn't agree with my skin. The day after I first used it, I woke up with folliculitis that looked like fish roe all over my face. At the time, my skin wasn't in great condition even before using this, so I thought something else might be the problem and ignored it. I managed to calm my skin down using antibiotic ointment and decided to try it again. But as soon as I applied it, my skin started tingling and itching, so I immediately washed it off. I tried it three times in total, and each time I experienced these symptoms.

Pros
This seems to be a very versatile toner. The texture is water-like and absorbs cleanly without any stickiness or slipperiness. It's great to use as a mist, and it's also suitable as an exfoliating toner. You can even soak a cotton pad with it for a toner mask.
Cons
It can sting and feel a bit cold if it gets in your eyes, but it's not too severe.
Tip
A good product if you're looking for a gentle, all-around toner without irritation.

Pros
This toner has a very slight viscosity, like water with a hint of texture. It's not sticky, but leaves your skin feeling slightly moisturized. It's perfect for those who don't like overly watery toners, but also dislike sticky or oily ones. The minimal viscosity means it absorbs well into cotton pads or cotton swabs without sliding off. With a touch of hyaluronic acid and soothing ingredients, it feels clean, hydrating, and gentle on the skin. Being fragrance-free, I never got tired of using it. The cap seals tightly, and the semi-transparent bottle has a bit of flexibility, allowing you to squeeze out the product.
Cons
While it's gentle on the skin, it can cause a tingling sensation if it gets into your eyes.
Tip
The cap's opening is perfectly sized for a cotton swab, which is great for touch-ups on the go.

Pros
Perfect as an exfoliating toner! Although it has a water-like consistency, it's not too runny, so it absorbs well into the skin, leaving it hydrated! Plus, with its generous volume, it's ideal for soaking cotton pads generously for application.
Cons
I'd love to repurchase this, but it seems unavailable on the Hwahae shopping platform right now. It's such a great product, especially considering the price and volume.

Pros
Non-irritating Lightweight (Cica < Watery) - Watery version feels even lighter Absorbs well • Applying twice gives a perfectly layered feeling
Cons
No major drawbacks. May be insufficient when skin is very dry. Compared to the Cica toner, it has a fresher finish, but using the toner alone might not be enough.
Tip
Works well when used with the Triple Hydration Moisture Ampoule. (However, since the toner is very water-based, there's noticeable stickiness after finishing with the ampoule)

I trust COSRX products. This one is lightweight with great absorption, perfect for toner masking and even mixing with oils.

Pros
Light texture, absorbs well, and I love that it's not sticky. The gentle ingredients mean no irritation or tingling sensation.
Cons
Due to its lightweight nature, it doesn't completely resolve deep dryness for very dry skin.
Tip
One application isn't enough to address deep dryness. About three layers seem to work best. Less than three doesn't fully hydrate, while more than four reaches absorption limits. I transferred it to an empty mist bottle for easy application (sprayable).

Cons
I bought this because of the gentle ingredients, but the toner has a strange smell - I'm not sure if it's plastic or chemical. It's so off-putting that I can't use it. I know I'm sensitive to scents, but I wonder if it's just me...

Those with super sensitive skin might find this a bit drying.

The watery formula absorbs quickly, and with 6 types of hyaluronic acid, it definitely provides a deep, intense hydration. I was very satisfied with this product, especially since it comes in a larger size compared to other toners.
Cons
There wasn't anything I disliked about it. Due to its watery consistency, you might need to layer it a few times for the best results.
Tip
When used as a skin pack, it feels like your skin is literally drinking up the moisture.

The water-based formula makes it perfect as an exfoliating toner. It comes in a generous size and works well even for super sensitive skin. Layering it about three times allows for great absorption, leaving the skin feeling hydrated. The bottle design is clean and attractive too.
Cons
It goes on sale frequently, so it might be best to purchase during those times.
Tip
It absorbs well, so when you layer it, you can feel the hydration working from deep within the skin.
