Pros
I've used about half a bottle of the COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner before and came across this product. Both of them are almost devoid of moisture, but if I had to compare, I'd say the Treatment Toner < Vitamin C Toner. The Treatment Toner is fragrance-free, but the Vitamin C Toner has a very faint lemon scent. The finish is extremely dry! In my case, my T-zone is oily and my U-zone is dry, so I tend to use this toner along with another toner. Even then, it still feels a bit drying. The lack of moisture can definitely make it drying, so I'd recommend using two different toners or a more hydrating cream. Lastly, the most important function! The Treatment Toner was supposed to have functions like whitehead, blackhead, and exfoliation (which I didn't really feel much of). After using this product for 2 weeks, I didn't really notice those functions. It might have similar functions to the Treatment, but for now, I'd say it's just a decent toner to use. It's not bad, so you could give it a try.
Cons
There is absolutely no moisture at all! Yep, none! The dosage can be a bit tricky to control.

This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review 😊 ✔️ My skin type is combination. My cheeks are very dry, and my T-zone has moderate oil. ✔️ The texture is watery, like a toner that can be used as a cleansing toner. ✔️ Since it's a vitamin toner, I feel like my complexion has brightened up a bit ㅋㅋ ✔️ I really like the packaging. The size is just right, and it doesn't pour out all at once when I use it.
Cons
✔️ After using it for over 2 weeks as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, it feels very drying. I can only use it as a cleansing toner. Pros
It's a complete water-type, so it didn't leave my skin feeling sticky or stuffy after cleansing. I didn't experience any particular trouble or tightness on my face, and it seems like a suitable type to use just for cleansing purposes. As it contains Ahava ingredients, it can provide some level of sebum control.
Cons
It just feels like a product to use for cleansing purposes only... It didn't provide any moisture or hydration. Considering the price range and volume, there wasn't anything particularly special about it compared to other toners.

It is very light and refreshing! This toner is very suitable for cleansing.
Cons
Since my skin is quite dry, it is not as moisturizing as I expected 😢 I would not recommend it for trouble-prone areas.

Skin Type My skin is combination. The T-zone is very oily, and the U-zone gets dry in the winter. In the winter, I sometimes get flaky skin on the tip of my nose and other areas. I have very faint acne scars on my cheeks. Otherwise, I can use any kind of cosmetics well, and I don't get any skin troubles from food, alcohol, etc. My skin is quite resilient. Texture The formula is a complete water toner. As it has no viscosity at all, it worked well as a cleansing toner. However, it stung a bit when I applied it. Before this product, I was using the COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner, which didn't sting at all. So I think the issue might be with the vitamin ingredients in this toner, rather than the AHA/BHA. Effects The effects are there! After using this toner as a cleansing toner, the oil in my T-zone decreased in the afternoon. The flaky skin on the tip of my nose that appeared in the winter also disappeared completely. And my skin texture feels smoother. The whiteheads on my forehead also seem to have reduced a bit, but I'll need to use it for longer to say that for sure. However, this effect seems to be from the AHA/BHA, so you might get the same results with other COSRX AHA/BHA toners as well. The packaging is also great for using cotton pads or hands to apply. 💧As expected, it's clean and gentle when I used it. It doesn't have a slippery feeling, but it's perfect for wiping away any remaining dirt after cleansing. I also really like that it's unscented~~ I was a bit worried about the vitamin ingredients, but I didn't experience any irritation or adverse reactions. 💧Since I've only used it for a short time, I haven't seen dramatic improvements in skin tone or texture, but I think I'll continue using this toner (Oh, I bet it'll be even better in the summer!)

It seems the Ahabaha ingredients in the toner were effective in exfoliating my skin. I could really feel the difference in my skin texture when cleansing or applying skincare products by hand. After using it for a few days, my skin has become so smooth and soft. Before, I used to dislike touching my skin because of the rough, bumpy texture, but now I find myself fondly feeling how much smoother it has become. I was randomly selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, which is how I discovered this product. I'm very satisfied with using this toner, so I plan to repurchase it once I finish this bottle. 1. It's completely colorless and odorless! That's why I felt good about it :) Toners from other companies were pinkish, so the areas that didn't absorb properly became whitish and reddish, which made me flustered... 2. I used it as a substitute for scrubbing. In the summer, I tend to get small flakes of dead skin around my nose and mouth quite often! But doing a scrub every day is too much of a burden for me, so I would use the toner before doing my makeup and once again when I got home! I didn't notice much difference until the 4th day, when I forgot to apply the toner before doing my makeup, and the flakes didn't come up! I may only feel it subtly, but I think this level is sufficient for me. 3. It's lightweight. Nowadays, most toners basically come out without any stickiness, right? Especially cleansing waters! I haven't tried every cleansing water in the world, but this one felt very lightweight~
