Texture: A creamy texture that's not too thick! Some effective products can be so thick they're unpleasant to use. This one has a creamy consistency that's easy to apply and spreads evenly through the hair with just the right amount. 2. Can be used on the scalp too! I hadn't been taking care of my scalp regularly and was unsure if I should start. Finding a product that works for both hair and scalp is fantastic! Scalp care is as important as skincare, so it's great to have one product that does it all. 3. The cooling effect is amazing When you massage it into your scalp, you can feel a refreshing cooling sensation. Some cooling products can make your head feel too cold, but the Scalp Therapy Conditioner 5 has just the right amount of cooling effect. It's definitely my favorite feature of this product. 4. Noticeable improvement in hair condition This isn't one of those products that makes your hair feel soft temporarily and then goes back to normal after rinsing. It seems to strengthen the hair from the scalp to the ends. I'm really satisfied with the results so far. (+) Additional review after another month of use: My hair volume has increased! While I can't say my hair has grown faster, I've noticed that the hair near my scalp feels stronger and more resilient. Somehow, it gives the impression of having more volume. I highly recommend this as a scalp care product!
ConsI wish it came in a pump bottle. I found out that No.2 has a larger size with a pump. It would be great if this one had a pump version too! For those with damaged hair like mine, separate nourishing treatments might still be necessary. After a few uses, I felt my hair became a bit stiff. (+Updating the cons after another month of use: The stiffness issue I mentioned earlier was actually due to my shampoo. I was using a sample shampoo at the time, and after switching shampoos, my hair went back to normal.)
TipApply it all over your hair and scalp, then massage with your fingertips! Using a gua sha tool for the massage makes it even better!

Being a scalp product, it has a minty scent, which I much preferred over floral fragrances. The texture isn't too thick, so it applies smoothly. Personally, I love the scent and how it's not greasy. It has a soft feel to it. Since it can be used on the scalp too, I'm guessing the ingredients are pretty good! I usually avoid Korean conditioners because they feel like oil slicks, but this one was different. It's great that they have different numbers based on your hair condition, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
ConsIt's a conditioner, not a treatment, so it's not super nourishing. It feels more like it's coating the hair. So if you're looking for deep nutrition, you might want to use this after a treatment. I didn't experience any dryness, but I did notice some tangling.
TipAfter applying, give your hair a gentle massage!
