It was great to use a cleansing water product for the first time from Innisfree, my favorite brand. 1. Hydration I used a small amount on a cotton pad, and as described, it's a combination of cleansing oil and micellar water - it's so hydrating! You might wonder if a cleansing water being hydrating is really a plus. As someone who used to cleanse with wipes, I often felt a stinging or dry sensation when wiping sensitive areas like around the eyes. So I didn't have high expectations for cleansing water. But when I gently pressed and wiped my eyes with the cotton pad soaked in this water, the hydrating feeling was like a direct signal of its gentle effect, which I loved. 2. Cleansing effectiveness The cleansing power is really good! Just wiping gently gives you a feeling that it's effectively removing makeup, which makes you feel like you can directly experience its cleansing effect! I've attached photos 2 and 3 for reference.
Cons1. Hydration → Residue Because of its hydrating nature, I felt like there was some residue that didn't completely come off the skin for a while after cleansing. 2. Separation of oil and water layers The oil and water layers separate quickly, so you have to shake it well before each use, which is a bit inconvenient. I've attached a photo to show this.
Tip★To deal with any residue, it might be good to follow up with a gentle foam cleanser after using this product. ★I tried using it without cotton pads by applying the same amount I'd usually use on a pad directly to my face and then rinsing with water. The cleansing effectiveness was... almost non-existent when just using my hands to massage it in. ★It works great with the One Shot Cotton Tissues that came with The Hwahae Testers package! Just drop a few drops evenly on the tissue, and it's great because the tissue doesn't absorb too much of the water.

Probably because it has a similar composition to tears. Doesn't leave skin feeling dry afterwards. The pH is balanced, so it's not irritating to the skin. It leaves a moisturized feeling, but finishes surprisingly fresh for an oil cleanser. The price is affordable. The packaging has a good grip and is easy to use. The slightly transparent container allows you to see if it's well mixed and how much is left.
ConsBeing an oil cleanser, you'll need to do a second cleanse. While it initially feels fresh, it becomes slippery when water touches it. Even after thorough cleansing, there's a lingering slippery feeling. The cleansing effectiveness isn't extraordinary - it's similar to other products on the market. However, the fact that it doesn't sting the eyes at all is its major strength!
TipThis seems most suitable for those with dry skin, super sensitive skin, or those who wear heavy eye makeup.

The inclusion of oil helps overcome the typical weakness of cleansing waters - their mild cleansing power. You don't need to use a separate point makeup remover with this. And it's so gentle that it doesn't cause any tingling in the eyes!
ConsProbably due to the oil content, after wiping with a cotton pad and washing my face, there's a slightly oily feeling left on the skin. While it seemed to wipe off well initially, when I actually washed my face, it felt slippery.
TipIt works perfectly well as a point makeup remover too.
