Pros
The gel-type formula seems to have played a big role in providing the benefits! I think those with oily skin would prefer using a cream with this kind of formula, where the skin feels hydrated but not overly greasy. When I actually tried it, I got that exact same impression. With summer just around the corner, I highly recommend this to those with oily skin!!

I had some trust in the brand from using their ampoules before, and even though the centella ampoules didn't seem to have any incompatible ingredients, my skin still got strangely red and broke out, not like regular acne. After experiencing that once, I just couldn't bring myself to use it again. I was really puzzled as to why that happened.. At the time, my skin condition wasn't great and I was constantly wearing makeup, plus the mask, so I wonder if that's why it reacted that way. But when I tried using it again, it didn't get as bad as before, but I still got some kind of reaction.
Tip
For these hydrating gel formulas, if they start to feel a bit drying, you can try mixing in a couple drops of oil, which will give you a nice, non-heavy, moisturizing effect!

The texture is nice and soft, like a mochi. It's a soothing cream, but it has a similar feeling to a moisturizing cream.
Cons

Pros
It seems like the scarring has improved, which is good. This has a light texture, but it was a bit drying for me. So I applied this and then layered Ilyoon Lotion on top, and the combination was great..💛 The redness has also calmed down, and it seems to be working well.
Cons
It seems like others have felt the same, but when I use just this product, the tightness is extremely severe.. I'm not sure if I can use it on its own. I didn't experience it as severely, but some small red pimples did come up. Whenever that happened, I would squeeze them and apply a generous amount to soothe it, but I don't think I'll be repurchasing this product.
Tip
If you apply this lightly as a toner and use it as a protective layer, it can be a bit drying. So it's good to apply a really moisturizing cream on top! It helps fade scars and improve redness.

This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer's review! I had high expectations for this product as I received a text message saying I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, and the ingredients seemed gentle and good for dry skin before I even tried it! I haven't been able to settle on any particular moisturizer yet, so I was hoping this would be the one, and as soon as the product arrived, I started using it that very day.

On the first night, after applying it before bed, I woke up the next day and my face was red in patches. I thought maybe it's just because it's a new skincare product, and since there didn't seem to be any bad ingredients, it would be fine.
