Hwahae has good moisture. It's more of a gel texture than a cream. I've been using it mixed with other oils, since it's winter.

This is a moisturizing cream for dry skin. It is almost oil-free and consists mainly of moisture, so it seems to balance the oil-moisture ratio well. I also saw effects on dry skin.
Cons
The formula looks more like an aloe vera gel than a soothing cream. Luckily, it worked well for me, but I don't think this formula will suit many skin types.
