Not bad absorption at all! • How well it absorbs It absorbs well into the skin! • Design I love that the case is sleek and the lid is even sturdy!
Cons• Scent While it's not a major drawback, I wish the fragrance was a bit more subtle and natural. • Hydration and longevity It doesn't seem to provide long-lasting hydration when used alone. I think it needs to be paired with other more moisturizing products.

First, let me describe my skin type. I have super sensitive dry skin prone to atopic dermatitis and occasional redness. Because of this, I can't use just anything. Often, products that seem suitable at first turn out to be incompatible, and many items that work for others are too irritating for me to finish. My skin requires only the gentlest skincare. I've been using the Centella Soothing Cream for just over a week, only in the evenings. In the mornings, I minimize my skincare routine to accommodate sunscreen, which can be harsh on my sensitive skin. On the first day, I wasn't sure what to think. It provided immediate hydration, but I couldn't tell if it was better than or could replace my usual moisturizer. However, I found myself liking it more each day I used it. The most important thing is that it seems to agree with my skin. So far, I haven't experienced any blemishes, and I feel it's helping to calm my skin with continued use. I think this might be due to the centella asiatica extract and ceramides. My skin barrier was once compromised, and this product seems to be adding a level of stability that complements my efforts to improve it. I also noticed a slight reduction in redness after applying this cream (though I'll need to keep using it to be sure). The texture is a transparent brown and has a bouncy consistency. It provides a cool, refreshing sensation upon application. There's a very slight stickiness, but since I only use it at night, it doesn't bother me much. I'd recommend this to those with sensitive skin looking for a gentle moisturizer with soothing effects. However, if you have dry skin, I'd suggest layering it with other products rather than using it alone.
ConsIf you have dry skin, you might find it challenging to use this product on its own. While it provides immediate hydration, for long-lasting effects, you may need to create a base moisture barrier with toner and emulsion before applying this cream.
TipHere's my evening skincare routine when using this product: 1. Two layers of Dokdo Toner 2. One layer of Dokdo Toner mixed with 3 drops of Camellia Oil 3. A thin layer of The Sainic The Simple Emulsion 4. A thin layer of Skin1004 Centella Soothing Cream all over I used this as the final step, replacing my usual moisturizer.

I want to give it all the stars! There's absolutely no irritation whatsoever. For a soothing cream, it has a slightly rich texture, but it's not heavy at all. It has a bit of a thick consistency when you apply it. I think it's because of the ceramides, but it makes your skin feel nice and firm! At first, I thought, 'Is this a rich soothing cream?' But as time passes after application, the surface of my skin becomes soft and smooth (I have dry skin). Using this alone wasn't quite enough for me. It left my skin feeling a bit too matte, so I needed something extra to finish off my routine. This soothing cream would be perfect for those with oily or combination dehydrated skin!
ConsI have dry skin and damaged skin barrier, so I constantly deal with deep dryness. For those with dry skin, this cream alone won't be enough as a final step. You'll need to layer it with an oil or a richer cream. When I finished with just this Centella soothing cream, it left my skin feeling too matte. It wasn't quite moisturizing enough, and the hydration didn't last long. But that's to be expected from a soothing cream, right?
TipTips for dry skin users: Soothing cream + facial oil Or soothing cream + a richer cream Or soothing cream + richer cream + facial oil
