My skin suddenly became very irritated and extremely dry, but after using this product, the dryness has significantly decreased. The tingling and burning sensation I had before have completely disappeared. I think this product really suits my skin well. It's gentle and absorbs quickly into the skin. While it absorbs quickly, it doesn't necessarily make your skin feel deeply hydrated. There's still a slight feeling of dryness even after application. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 13, 2021
I bought this after seeing a video saying it's good for deep dryness. It's a solid product and I like how clean it feels. I usually have severe deep dryness and don't like sticky products, but even when it's hot and I'm feeling lazy, just using this exfoliating toner keeps my skin from feeling dry. My skin tends to have blemishes come and go, and I'm not the type to consistently follow the same skincare routine. So I can't say this product specifically improved my skin or caused blemishes. Because of this, I don't think there are any real drawbacks to mention. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 20, 2021
I regret not trying this product sooner - it's so satisfying that all my previous hesitation feels like wasted time! Being pregnant, I'm extra careful about skincare ingredients these days. This toner has such a gentle, trustworthy formula that I can use it without worry. My already dry skin became even drier during pregnancy, but with this toner, I don't need to apply multiple layers. I just soak a cotton pad generously and pat it on, then follow with the same brand's ampoule. It's made such a difference in combating dryness. I can't help but think how much sooner my skin could have improved if I'd started using this earlier! So far, I haven't found any real downsides... Maybe the quantity is a bit small? Those with extremely dry skin might find it slightly less hydrating? If you occasionally feel dry, try patting on an extra layer or two after the initial application for added hydration. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 23, 2021
I'm on my second bottle and there's absolutely no irritation! This toner is perfect for my super sensitive skin that stings even in a light breeze. It's incredibly gentle, but that doesn't mean it lacks hydration. It's wonderfully moisturizing without being sticky at all. Highly recommended for oily skin types! It takes a bit of time to absorb, but that's not really a downside. Just put on a YouTube video while patting it in, and by the time you're done, it'll be fully absorbed! Using this with the sea grape ampoule is a game-changer: say goodbye to rough, bumpy skin and hello to a smooth, plump complexion! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 5, 2021
My skin used to be clear and blemish-free, but about a year ago, I started experiencing various skin issues, from small bumps to inflamed blemishes. I tried many highly recommended products, but nothing seemed to help. Sometimes it looked like the blemishes were clearing up, only to get worse later. Since using this product, my deep dryness has disappeared, and it's practically fragrance-free. I feel like my skin is genuinely improving, so I've finally found my go-to product! It has a very watery consistency, so I end up spilling about half of it. However, I appreciate that it's gentle on my skin. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinJun 26, 2020
I have dry skin, but not extremely dry. I use this as an exfoliating toner, and it's great because it doesn't leave my skin feeling parched. It's non-sticky and leaves a clean finish. I love both the ingredients and how it feels on my skin. This toner really worked well for me! Considering the price, the amount you get is quite small. You end up using it up pretty quickly, which is a shame. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 25, 2020
This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. I apologize for the delayed feedback as I've been using this product multiple times to give a thorough review. First off, I loved the clean packaging and the fact that it was wrapped in paper, which is eco-friendly. As someone who's very sensitive to scents, I was pleased to find this product is almost fragrance-free, which immediately earned my trust. After cleansing, I applied it generously to my dry face, and it instantly provided hydration. Given my sensitive skin, I need to use products with very gentle ingredients. Surprisingly, this cosmetic only contains 10 ingredients, which is quite remarkable. That's why the brand is called 'Under Ten'. Seeing the ingredients boldly listed on the package made me feel confident about the brand's transparency and reliability. I love how it provides moisture efficiently without being heavy, making it perfect for daily use. As an exfoliating toner, it does a great job of refining skin texture and removing dead skin cells. There's not really anything to complain about, except sometimes the product gushes out unexpectedly, which can be startling. But I think that's more due to my lack of control rather than a product issue. For best results, in the morning before makeup, apply it to a cotton pad and gently wipe your face. Then, use the other side of the pad to press the product into your skin, as if you're locking in the moisture. Finally, pour some into your hands and pat it all over your face. I found that this method helps my makeup apply more smoothly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 22, 2020
The Hwahae Testers review (after about 2 weeks of use) I appreciated that it's colorless and fragrance-free, making it easy to use without any concerns. Texture: It applies with a slightly firm yet fresh feeling, and once absorbed, it leaves the skin feeling refreshed. After using an exfoliating toner once and a clay mask once, my skin didn't feel dry even without applying additional skincare. It seems to be quite a hydrating toner. I think this could work for all skin types. As someone with normal skin, I didn't experience any blemishes or burning sensations after use. While it claims to remove impurities from the skin, it might have been too much to expect it to clear out the sebum in my nose pores... It actually seems to make sebum more noticeable! As a Hwahae Tester, I didn't focus on the price-to-performance ratio, but since the effects weren't particularly dramatic, I might hesitate to purchase it with my own money. I found that using an exfoliating toner once and a clay mask once left my skin feeling fresh without any dryness. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 19, 2020
Application: The water-like texture feels comfortable on the skin, applying gently without irritation and giving an overall clean sensation. Absorption: I loved how quickly it absorbs when patted in, leaving no residue due to its lightweight nature. This was especially satisfying given the current hot weather, as I prefer lighter skincare products. Hydration: While I'm unsure about its performance in dry winter conditions, for now, applying this alone was enough to make my skin feel moisturized. As with most toners, don't expect too much in terms of functionality or nourishment. It's best suited as a light hydration booster. Layering it multiple times seems sufficient for summer skincare. Plus, the generous amount allows for liberal application without worry. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 19, 2020
I love that it's fragrance-free! As someone who easily gets tired of strong scents, this is perfect. With all the mask-wearing lately, my skin has been a mess and everything seemed to irritate it, but this toner is gentler. I mainly use it in the evening, and sometimes I skip the emulsion after it. Even then, I don't experience any deep dryness. I can apply it generously without feeling suffocated. It's also great that it arrived in recyclable bubble wrap - it made me feel good and showed me right away that they care about the environment! The only downside, if I had to pick one, is that the product comes out in small amounts. Since I like to apply generously or use it for masking, I find myself reaching for it quite often. It might seem trivial, but it's a minor inconvenience. Overall, it's above average. I was initially unsure about using a fragrance-free toner as I hadn't tried one before, but now the scent of my previous toner feels overpowering in comparison. It's fantastic for layering!
