I had only used the mini version before, but I received this as a gift and I'm thrilled that it has many shades I regularly use! It has some light colors too, perfect for a natural makeup look. There are a few dull shades in there. I wish it had more bright colors. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 31, 2021
- This palette offers 10 different shades, allowing for a variety of combinations. Surprisingly, no matter how you mix them, the result is always subtle and elegant. While not overly flashy, it creates a truly calm, everyday eye look. As a result, I've been using it liberally for presentations or when I want a natural, unobtrusive makeup look. The chance of messing up is incredibly low. If your usual makeup style leans towards a subtle, everyday look with less shimmer, I think you'll absolutely love this palette! I didn't experience any drawbacks! Try to catch an Olive Young sale for a great deal~ - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 14, 2020
I love how versatile this palette is! You can create various looks with just one product. The brown shade is perfect for subtle contouring, while the rose color adds a beautiful flush. The real star of the show is that fourth reddish shade - it's what sets this palette apart. When applied to the eyes, it's not as intense as it looks in the pan, but gives a gorgeous pop of color. Don't let it intimidate you, it's actually super wearable! While the pigmentation is great with a single layer, layering multiple shades can cause them to muddy together. Also, using the included applicator tip for the shimmer shades seems to dull their sparkle rather than enhance it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 26, 2020
Etude, which used to favor warm tones exclusively, has finally released a palette for light undertones! If you have a light undertone, especially one that takes on grayish or darker shades well, this is an absolute must-have! The color payoff is subtle, allowing for a natural-looking makeup application. For an Etude product, it's quite pricey... Each one costs over $20, which seems a bit much. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinApr 19, 2020
Perfect for creating a subtle, natural makeup look! The colors aren't overpowering, making it versatile for everyday use. The palette features cool-toned, muted shades that work well for all seasons. I'm really satisfied with how it complements my complexion! It's not quite the full-on cool-toned palette I was expecting. Upon receiving it, I noticed more brown tones than anticipated, which was a bit disappointing. Being a natural palette, it's also limited in glitter options. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 1, 2020
1. Harmonious color combination: Pink & Brown Etude House has finally hit the mark! All the colors are absolutely gorgeous. It's so touching that none of the 10 shades are disposable. I was worried the pigmentation might be too intense before buying, but all the colors are appropriate and blend harmoniously on the eyes. Etude House is known for warm tones, so I was a bit apprehensive, but this palette seems to have toned down the warmth the most! 2. Perfect for daily use Most of the colors aren't overly pigmented or dark, making it an ideal palette for everyday use! I've been using it daily, alternating between the left and right side shadows. Usually, when I apply eyeshadow, my eyes look puffy and somewhat sickly, but with this palette, that's no longer an issue. I'm truly delighted! It's the ultimate natural makeup palette that can be used year-round, regardless of the season. 1. Excess powder I used both the included brush and my own, and there was some fallout. But if the colors are pretty, that's what matters! This level of fallout is tolerable. 2. Palette design The palette design feels a bit childish... I wish it looked more sophisticated and prettier! I think I'll be sticking with this palette, so I'll be waiting for a redesign. 3. Subtle shimmer The shimmer is a bit disappointing! Was this palette designed for completely natural and subdued makeup? Even the shimmer shades are very subtle compared to other shimmer shadows. When applied, they don't seem to last long either. I wouldn't recommend this to those looking for a definite sparkle!
