Unlike typical drugstore brands where autumn colors, especially brown lips, are usually 85% red and 15% brown, Bbia's approach feels like 85% brown and 15% red. The color is distinct - a toned-down brown-brick shade that warm-toned individuals will absolutely adore. Oh, I'm talking about myself here! If I had to nitpick... well, after prolonged use, the application feel changes slightly. When there's a buildup of product around the tube opening, it tends to come out clumped together. This is more noticeable due to its velvety texture. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 17, 2020
The color is truly beautiful and unique - it's like a chocolate or autumn leaf shade. Being a deep color, it would suit those with deep undertones best. When applied lightly for a gradient effect, it gives off a deep orange hue with brown undertones. The color is really intriguing and perfect for fall. It also has decent staining power. As it's a darker shade, it can look unflattering if it clumps. Also, when reapplying, if not done carefully, it can create a visible border in the center of the lips. I find it looks best when I apply a beige base and then gradient this color in the center. For the base lip color, I recommend 'Loco's Rule', 'Melo's Rule', or 'Smoky Amber'. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 24, 2020
First off, the color is absolutely perfect for those with a deep undertone. It's really ideal for autumn or winter wear. And the value for money is incredible - when it's on sale, the price drops to around $7, making it an absolute steal of a tint. It clumps terribly and must be applied on its own. Never apply it over a base product, or you'll end up with severely accentuated dead skin cells later. While it feels okay initially, the bleeding gets particularly bad over time. As the moisture in the tint evaporates, it becomes very thick, making it difficult to apply with just the applicator tip without a cotton swab. If possible, it's better to spend a bit more and get something else... - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMay 5, 2020
First off, as everyone knows, BBIA is the king of value for money! When I bought it, it was around 5000 won, which is incredibly affordable. For such a price, it's quite a decent product. I think it would suit warm-toned folks really well, although personally, the color didn't match me. I'd say those looking for a moisturizing effect might want to skip this one. Occasionally, it tends to clump a bit, which can result in uneven application. Rather than applying it broadly all over, I found it worked better to dab a little on the inner part of the lips and blend it with other products. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 25, 2020
The color is beautiful! It's exactly the brick red shade I've been looking for. It can be drying, and if you don't prep your lips properly, it tends to clump up quickly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 24, 2020
First off, the color is absolutely perfect for warm undertones! The chocolate brown shade is quite unique, which makes it even more beautiful. I also love the matte texture of the formula. It tends to wear off when eating, and it can accentuate dead skin cells a bit. As you get to the end of the product, it starts to clump slightly, but considering the price, the quality is still excellent. For an even prettier look, try using Peripera Ink The Airy Velvet Stick #5 Goddess Off Duty as a base and then apply this product in a gradient style. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinFeb 4, 2020
I'm on my 4th tube! The color is dark but it really brightens up my complexion. The texture allows for great gradation, making it perfect for those new to darker lips - you can easily wear it daily! It looked great whether I had light-colored dyed hair or my natural black hair. Despite having some ingredients to be cautious about, it worked fine on my super sensitive skin! Being a velvet formula, it can be a bit drying. It tends to clump slightly in some areas. Make sure to exfoliate thoroughly before application! For a truly beautiful look, apply Missha's velvet tint as a base and gradient it towards the inner lips! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 28, 2020
The color is absolutely gorgeous. It seems to have a deep undertone, which is beautiful. Plus, it's affordable! When trying to touch up, the color gets really dark and clumps together, causing dead skin cells to flake off. It's a total mess. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinOct 12, 2019
This is truly my holy grail product! I'm already on my second bottle! The color is nice, but I'm not sure about its staying power. When I eat or drink, the color clumps together and leaves dark patches on the inner part of my lips. Because of this, I have to wipe it off and reapply, leaving only the outer edges intact. - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 7, 2019
The color is absolutely stunning! I've tried pink, orange, and even bright red, but this brick shade is the one that truly suits me. I apply it with a gradient using the Pia lipstick in 'Dreamy', and it looks incredible! I couldn't stop admiring myself in the mirror, thinking how beautiful it looked - not my face, of course, but the lip color! When I first applied it, I thought it might be too deep and worried I'd made a mistake. But once I adjusted the amount and applied it to the inner part of my lips, it created such a sophisticated look that complemented my complexion perfectly. This ethereal shade alone is worth a perfect score! The scent... oh, the scent is unbearable! I'm not usually a fan of artificial fragrances, but this one is so overpowering that I tear up every time I apply it. The texture is also quite thick, which makes it apply unevenly. If you're not careful while blending, it can look patchy. For me, the staying power wasn't great either. The biggest drawback is how matte it is, which really dries out my lips. Even though I use an overnight lip mask, this lipstick makes my lips feel tight and wrinkled. I always have to use it with a lip balm. Since longevity isn't its strong suit anyway, adding lip balm doesn't really affect its staying power. Pairing this with a base color for a gradient effect creates the most beautiful look imaginable.
