Applying this after the Documental foundation creates an absolutely stunning look. The staying power is incredible! Sometimes when using the tint for a long time, it can leak out, which can be troublesome. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 11, 2022
Color payoff: The pigmentation is fantastic! I was looking for a deep brick shade, and this is perfect. I was a bit worried it might be too dark when I saw the packaging, but once applied, it's not as intense as it appears in the case. It looks absolutely gorgeous when you apply it as a gradient in the center of your lips after your base lip color✨ Longevity: I usually apply tint, wait 5-10 minutes, then blot with a tissue. This helps prevent transfer onto masks. Even after blotting, the staying power isn't bad at all! It doesn't completely disappear after eating, leaving a nice stain. While it's not the most long-lasting tint out there, I'm satisfied with its performance. Tint size: The product seems to have shrunk...? I used Bbia tints when they were all the rage about 5 years ago, and now trying it again, I noticed it's about 1/3 shorter in length. Personally, I tend to misplace my tints before using them up completely, so it's not a big issue for me. However, for those who use tints frequently, this reduction in size might be disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinOct 10, 2022
Color: While it appears to be a reddish-brown in the tube, when applied to the lips it gives off a toned-down red-orange vibe. Texture: True to its 'velvet' name, it applies matte but feels like you're smoothing on a velvety cream. Unlike other matte tints that emphasize dead skin cells and settle into fine lines, this one doesn't accentuate texture or creases, which I really appreciated. Longevity and Staining: There's a slight staining effect, but it tends to fade quickly when eating. However, if you're not eating, the staying power is pretty good. As someone with a deep undertone, wearing it alone was a bit challenging. Still, it works great for gradient lips. Given its affordable price and good value for money, I'd recommend giving it a try at least once. After prolonged use, tint can build up around the closure, which might transfer to your hands. Other than that, I can't think of any significant drawbacks. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 23, 2022
< BBIA: Last Velvet Lip Tint 25. Classic Drama > - Color: First off, it's a unique shade you don't often see in drugstore brands..!! It's like a dried rose, but a bit deeper, and also reminds me slightly of chocolate... - Staying power: Since it's a matte tint, the longevity is definitely impressive. Even after eating, a good amount of color remains, which I really like. - Pigmentation: The color payoff is incredibly strong, so if you apply too much, it might completely cover your natural lip color. I recommend applying just a small amount to the inner part of your lips. - Scent: The fragrance isn't exactly unpleasant, but it's too strong and has a somewhat heavy feel to it, which I personally dislike. If they changed just the scent, I think I'd reach for it more often. - Texture: It has a slightly thick consistency. When applied to the lips, it definitely feels different from the matte tints that are popular these days. Also, it's so matte that those who prefer moisturizing lip products might not enjoy it..! I'm not a big fan of matte lips either, so I usually layer a gloss or lip balm over it as shown in the photo. - Emphasizes dead skin cells: Naturally, being a matte type tint, it tends to accentuate dry patches on the lips. So on days when my lips aren't in great condition, applying this can actually make them look worse. I only use it when my lips are in good shape. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 4, 2022
It absorbs well, has great staying power, and I highly recommend it. You can apply it to suit various looks and styles. It's a bit inconvenient as it tends to stain after some time. It also tends to cause dead skin cells to flake off easily. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 15, 2021
The color is absolutely gorgeous! It's really hard to find such a beautiful shade!! The staying power is also quite good! Everything's great, but the biggest issue is that the tint keeps leaking.. I think the main problem with BBIA tints is that they leak easily. It's almost impossible to carry them around because of the leaking. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinOct 10, 2021
First off, I was captivated by this color and it's become my holy grail! The pigmentation is fantastic, and the staying power is so good that I hardly need to reapply. So far, I haven't really found any drawbacks! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinJun 5, 2021
- A shade that likely suits those with warm undertones - Excellent staying power - Absorbs well - Affordable price - The scent was a bit disappointing. Aside from this point, I was satisfied - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 7, 2021
The color is absolutely mind-blowing!! It's perfect for those with deep undertones. If you apply it thinly in multiple layers, the staying power isn't bad at all. If you have sensitive skin, please don't buy this. My mom tried it and got blemishes around her mouth. If you apply too much at once, it tends to transfer easily even with multiple layers, and there's no staining, so it fades quickly. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinFeb 11, 2021
I'm thrilled to say I got a best review on Glowpick for this! I've been using BBIA since its early days, and it's amazing to see they're already on season 5 or beyond. Anyway, this lip product gives you that blurred, Photoshopped lip look. The staying power is no joke, and with so many colors available, you can't go wrong if you test and choose one for yourself. It can be quite drying, and the ingredients aren't the kindest, but everything else about it is fantastic! People keep mentioning leakage, but here's the deal: if you keep applying from the tube opening, it will seep out there! It's not actually leaking; the product that's stuck there just seeps out. Just wipe the opening occasionally, and you'll never, ever, ever have a leakage problem!
