This cream has been my winter savior since it came out. While I used to be fine with just a watery cream until early fall, I found the intensive version perfect for winter. It's not too thick, absorbs well, and feels like a regular watery cream with added nourishment. I love the subtle herbal scent too. Everything about it is satisfying... except the price. I stocked up when they had the large size on sale, but this is my last jar. It's funny that 100ml is considered 'large' - I think it could be bigger. As a student, the price is a bit steep for frequent use. On those bitterly cold days when you feel like your face might crack, try mixing in a drop or two of oil before applying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 20, 2021
It's gentle, absorbs well, feels lightweight, and is really nice overall. It also sinks into the skin nicely. For those with dry or extremely dry skin, you might prefer something richer. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 9, 2021
It absorbs well, feels lightweight, and keeps skin hydrated! I've already gone through three bottles of this. After using three bottles, I'm ready to switch to a different product for a change. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinDec 12, 2020
Absorbs beautifully! It glides on so smoothly. It's been my beloved go-to product for over 7 years, but... Why do they keep changing the ingredients? When it was reformulated, my skin erupted with blemishes... Sigh... So this was really the cause. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinDec 6, 2020
As someone with sensitive skin, my top priority was finding a product that wouldn't cause stinging or itching when applied. I had been using Belif's acne-focused emulsion and essence for years, but since they're for acne-prone skin, they weren't very rich. My skin gets dry in winter, so I needed a creamier formula with a bit more moisture. While browsing at Sephora, I tested this product on my arm and it was exactly the texture I was looking for! It wasn't too oily or too dry - just right. It felt hydrating and velvety smooth, and most importantly, it didn't feel greasy or heavy, which is why I decided to buy it. When I tried it at home, I was thrilled that it didn't cause any irritation, kept my skin moisturized, and didn't leave an oily residue. I was really satisfied! Being a bit lazy, I stopped using my previous Belif products and only used this cream. After about 1-2 weeks of use (I've been using it for over a month now), I suddenly noticed a ton of tiny bumps on my forehead. My forehead became so rough, and at first, I was confused because there was no stinging or irritation. Thinking back to how I described the texture as velvety smooth, I suspect there might be some powder-like ingredients in it. These ingredients seem to create a film on the skin without deeply hydrating, possibly clogging the pores. Since I wasn't using any other skincare products, just this cream, I'm pretty sure this was the cause. I still have a lot left and didn't want to waste it, so I tried to find a way to make it work. I thought my skin might be lacking deep hydration, so I decided to layer it with Aromatica's Aloe Gel. First, I apply a small amount of the aloe gel and massage it into my face. After about 30 seconds, when the excess gel has somewhat absorbed, I apply another layer of the same amount. This helps to deeply hydrate my skin. Then, I apply a moderate amount of this moisturizer on top. I've been following this routine while occasionally using an extractor to clear any clogged pores. With this method, my skin has almost returned to its previous condition! I know this review is quite long, but I wanted to let you know that this product might not be sufficient on its own for some skin types. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 21, 2020
Compared to the Physiogel product I've been using, this one matches up well in terms of how it absorbs, its moisturizing effect, and how hydrating it feels. As a bonus, it has a lovely lemon scent that's quite refreshing! It seems perfect for use during seasonal changes. This was my first time trying a Primera product, and it exceeded my expectations! In terms of product effectiveness, I didn't find any particular downsides. However, I also couldn't identify any standout benefits compared to other products. Additionally, I find squeeze-tube emulsions more convenient than scoop-out ones, so after finishing this, I'll likely return to my trusty Physiogel product. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJul 23, 2020
Love it! The texture is rich and it absorbs well. Just one application satisfies both deep and surface hydration. It seems perfect for those with normal to dry skin. The ingredients are gentle, and the packaging is pretty, so I keep repurchasing. I've been using it consistently for over 5 years. In between, I've tried several other products like Physiogel, but they were either too oily and clogged my pores causing blemishes, or didn't provide any hydration at all, leaving my skin dry shortly after application. This product, however, maintains an excellent oil and moisture balance for days with just one application, keeping my skin stable and hydrated without any blemishes. The ingredients are truly excellent too. Expensive components great for maintaining skin hydration like propanediol, squalane, and shea butter are high up on the ingredient list. I wish they'd release a large size version of the Intensive Cream, with cute illustrations on the packaging like the regular Watery Cream. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 24, 2020
It has a rich consistency that's not too heavy for dry skin. The cream absorbs well and seems perfect for applying before bed. Not recommended for morning use though. There's a slight deep dryness? It feels like it's missing something by about 2%. However, it might work better if you strengthen the previous steps in your skincare routine. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 14, 2019
Most Primera products are gentle and quite good. The absorption is excellent, and the moisturizing effect is just right. As someone who's always on the hunt for the perfect cream, I'd say this is among the best. I think most people can use it without any major issues. To be honest, the main drawback is that it doesn't have any standout features. Personally, I'm not a fan of products containing citric acid, so that's a bit disappointing. Apart from these two points, everything else is great! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 3, 2018
This product is truly a top recommendation... Your face gets such a glow after applying it. With other products, after absorption, my skin feels stuffy or like something's missing, but this one seems to be the best among Primera's cream products. I love the hydration and how it absorbs. It's seriously so good! I ordered it in winter, and I was a bit surprised that the cream... didn't scoop out easily. It felt somewhat hard? I thought, 'Did it freeze?' Haha. Fortunately, it applied well on my face. Oh, and the quantity is a bit disappointing - I feel like I'll use it up quickly... I'm using it sparingly. For those with dry skin, applying oil after this cream should provide perfect hydration.
