This cleansing foam has been my go-to for months now. When I suddenly started experiencing a lot of blemishes and was really worried about my skin, I heard that simply changing your cleanser could make a big difference. That's when I decided to try this powder-type cleansing foam. It's fantastic at removing excess oil, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with it overall. I think this will remain my staple cleanser for the foreseeable future! It would be great if they could offer a larger size! The price might be a bit steep for students, so more frequent discounts would be appreciated! When using this cleansing foam after wearing makeup, just two rounds of cleansing are enough to wash away all traces of cosmetics! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 7, 2025
I bought this enzyme powder after a YouTuber recommended it for exfoliating dead skin cells. I'm happy to say I've been using it without any irritation! If I had to pick something, I'd say the price is a bit steep. But to be fair, one purchase does last quite a while. It dissolves better in warm water than cold. Using a foam maker helps it dissolve even more effectively, giving you better results. Instead of daily use, I'd recommend using it two or three times a week for the best outcome. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2025
Wow, despite being a powder formula, it's almost irritation-free! It dissolves well in water and does an amazing job at removing dead skin cells. I love that there's no feeling of tightness after use. Even though I bought the sample size, the amount is quite generous. I think I'll go for the full-size product next time! You need to be a bit careful with the cap at the opening to prevent water from getting in. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinFeb 26, 2025
Among enzyme powders, this one is said to be less irritating. I bought it after reading tons of reviews. I have extremely dry skin, and it feels a bit irritating. I don't think I'll be able to use it frequently. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinFeb 23, 2025
I was hesitant about trying a powder type for the first time, but after seeing great Hwahae reviews and YouTube recommendations, I decided to give it a go. It's absolutely fantastic! The container might seem small for the price, making you think 'Wow, that's expensive...' But actually, being a powder instead of a liquid allows for more precise application, which I find even better. After trying it and loving it, I gave some to my teenage sister and my boyfriend with acne-prone skin - everyone's skin improved!!! Highly recommended! P.S. Hwahae was selling a sample kit for just 3000 won shipping. I used that alone for about a month and a half, so if you're unsure, it's a great way to try it without commitment! I started with the sample and ended up buying the full-size product~ There's not really anything... If I had to nitpick, the sample's lid had a smaller hole which made controlling the amount easier, while the full-size product has a larger opening, sometimes causing too much powder to come out at once. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 12, 2025
Due to numerous dermatological procedures, my skin has become extremely sensitive and thin, making it impossible for me to use products with granules. However, I still need to exfoliate occasionally, so I purchased a sample to try. Most powder products I've tried have rough and thick particles, often ending up unused. Wow... but this one is incredibly gentle. After cleansing, my skin feels moisturized and smooth. It's not irritating, and the scent is slightly nutty, like grains, which doesn't bother me at all. There are no drawbacks when using this product. However, considering I only use it once every 7-10 days, purchasing the full-size product seems too expensive. That's why I mainly buy samples. It works wonderfully when you take a small amount in your palm, add a drop of water, mix it, and gently massage it onto your face. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2025
I received this on January 8th and tried it right away. Even when mixed with water, the powder maintains a nice consistency, making it easy to apply to the face. It has a pleasant, nutty grain scent. When massaging it onto the skin, it rolls gently without any irritation, making it perfect for comfortable daily dead skin cell care. While it doesn't provide as dramatic an exfoliation effect as I had expected, it definitely leaves the skin texture immediately smoother. It works well when used like a foam cleanser, but I found it's also great as a mask. Leaving it on the skin for a while before rinsing seems to have a good purifying effect on the complexion. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinOct 28, 2024
I bought this based on a YouTuber's recommendation, and unlike other enzyme powders, I liked that you could visibly see the granules. Compared to other enzyme cleansers, it didn't have outstanding cleansing effectiveness or any notable advantages. It was just average. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 18, 2024
I was worried about how well the powder would foam and if it might irritate my skin, but it lathers up easily and the powder particles dissolve nicely in water, allowing for irritation-free use! It's amazing how my skin texture feels refined after cleansing. Though the price point made me hesitate at first, I'm now on my second bottle. Those with oily skin might feel like the cleansing is a bit too mild, possibly leaving a sensation of being not thoroughly cleansed. For an extra treat, try this 2-3 times a week: create a rich lather and leave it on your face for 2-3 minutes like a mask. When you rinse it off, your skin will feel incredibly soft and smooth. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 13, 2024
I'm really enjoying using this grain powder. I started using it because I heard it's great for exfoliating dead skin cells. I don't have any complaints. It didn't cause any additional blemishes, and my skin feels soft and smooth after use.
