This cleansing foam has been my go-to for months now. When I suddenly started experiencing a lot of blemishes and was really worried about my skin, I heard that simply changing your cleanser could make a big difference. That's when I decided to try this powder-type cleansing foam. It's fantastic at removing excess oil, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with it overall. I think this will remain my staple cleanser for the foreseeable future! It would be great if they could offer a larger size! The price might be a bit steep for students, so more frequent discounts would be appreciated! When using this cleansing foam after wearing makeup, just two rounds of cleansing are enough to wash away all traces of cosmetics! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinApr 25, 2025
Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin, super sensitive skin, atopic skin Cleansing effectiveness: The cleansing power was decent. I could feel the granules, which made it seem like an exfoliating product. I wondered if it would effectively remove dead skin cells, and it did reduce skin texture! It might be better for those who do double cleansing rather than using it alone. (I used it as 1. powder cleanser 2. cleansing foam) What I liked: Being organic, there wasn't much irritation except for the slight sensation from the granules (even this was minimal). It felt gentle, and I didn't experience any blemishes. I have atopic skin that easily reacts to allergens, but I had no issues with this product. Points to note when using: I received this as a sample to try. The opening was a bit larger than I expected, making it difficult to control the amount. At first, I thoughtlessly turned the container upside down and shook it, which caused too much product to come out, startling me a bit. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2025
I absolutely adored the packaging! It has such a cute and clean look! I also loved that I could visually check how much product I've used through the container. The scent is reminiscent of grains...? As for the texture, it has some small particles, so make sure to dissolve it well in water and create a good lather before using! After cleansing, my skin felt incredibly bright, and it seemed to have effectively removed all the dead skin cells! For those with super sensitive skin, make sure to thoroughly dissolve the product in water and create plenty of lather to avoid any potential irritation! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 16, 2024
It lathers up nicely and effectively washes away impurities, which I really appreciated Being a powder, it's hard to control. If you accidentally pour too much, a huge amount comes out. Be careful when using it! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinDec 14, 2024
1. Texture It's a white powder product that feels like it has grains mixed in. When you add a tiny bit of water and massage it, it lathers up nicely. 2. Value for money Although it's a bit pricey, it surprisingly lasts a long time. The quantity feels generous, which is nice. 3. Effectiveness It lathers well and removes makeup effectively, just like regular cleansing foams. It's great as a second cleanser after using a cleansing oil for the first step. Since it has a grainy texture, don't scrub too hard. Even though I have super sensitive skin, it didn't cause any irritation or problems, which was impressive. I bought it because it claimed to be effective for whiteheads and uneven texture, but I'm not really sure if it made much difference. Surprisingly, it seems to lose its effectiveness when mixed with other cleansing foams. Use it alone or alternate between different cleansers separately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 4, 2024
This is my staple product! I only use it for morning cleansing, and it lathers well. Compared to using a foam cleanser, it's less tight on my face, which I love. The grain particles provide a gentle scrub, helping to refine skin texture and remove dead skin cells without irritation! I enjoyed the exfoliating feel of the grain particles, but it might be too stimulating for those with super sensitive skin If you dispense it into your hands and work up a good lather before applying, it's not irritating at all - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 21, 2024
As a woman in my 20s with combination skin, I decided to try this product after hearing good things about powder-type cleansers. One of the great advantages is its versatility - you can adjust the amount of water to customize your cleansing experience. With less water, it has a slightly grainy texture that works like a scrub. Add more water, and it transforms into a gentle cleanser. The best part? After cleansing, my skin feels moisturized without any tightness. It effectively removes impurities and dead skin cells without causing irritation! The only downside is that it can be a bit tricky to get the right powder-to-water ratio at first. Also, the grain-like scent might not be everyone's cup of tea. Personally, it wasn't my favorite fragrance. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 11, 2024
- I swore off using grain enzyme powders after getting blemishes from the PP Recipe one, but I decided to try a different brand. - Fortunately, this one suits me well, so I've been using it every other day. - If you have sensitive skin, I recommend using a bubble maker or foam net. - For those with oily, resilient skin, just lather it up with your hands and gently massage it in. - It does a decent job of removing light sebum. - I find the scent okay, but some people might find it cloying or unpleasant. - The quantity and price... Honestly, I'd hesitate even when it's on sale, and I wouldn't buy it at full price. However, if you're only using it twice a week or every other day, it lasts quite a while, so it might be worth picking up during a sale. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 7, 2024
It gently exfoliates and cleanses really well. I use this for my second cleanse 2-3 times a week instead of a separate exfoliator. It effectively manages dead skin cells and provides a deep cleanse. As for the scent, some say it smells like grains, but to me, it has a distinct pine nut powder aroma. I personally find it pleasantly nutty. Be careful when using it - if water splashes on the lid, the powder can clump and become difficult to dispense. You need to handle it with care. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2024
I bought this a while back as a sample, forgot about it, and rediscovered it recently during a skincare spree. As I was waiting for it to be delivered, I tried the one I had, and wow, was I impressed! Don't be lazy - use it as directed and you'll experience a whole new world. My complexion cleared up and dead skin cells were smoothed away, but that's not even the best part. It removed blackheads I didn't even know I had! I focused on rolling it around my nose where I have those tiny, stubborn blackheads. After rinsing, I noticed white sebum coming to the surface. Curious, I tried extracting and... bam! An enormous amount of sebum popped out. I was shocked - I had no idea it was even there! My skin wasn't even noticeably bumpy before. I decided to use it again a couple days later, thinking 2-3 times a week would be good. Once again, I saw signs of sebum and tried extracting. The amount that came out was insane! I couldn't believe how much had been hiding in there! Anyway, it's great. Really great. I'm hoping it'll help with the whiteheads and texture on my chin too. I'm seeing improvements and I'm very satisfied. The packaging is a bit inconvenient, but it's not a deal-breaker. Instead of spending more to change it, I just wish they'd have more frequent and bigger sales... Apply and leave it. When it dries, roll with warm water. Leave it again. Make sure to give the enzymes at least 15 minutes to work their magic...
