Thanks to this, the highlighter effect from the pearls + a natural glow is added, making the skin look flawless! Effectiveness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even with just one swipe, it applies quite intensely. When I put it on my cheekbones, I thought it looked absolutely beautiful, and it works wonders on the bridge of the nose too if you apply it lightly with good control. Ingredients ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Since it's a product used on specific areas, it's not easy to get blemishes from just a highlighter. Nevertheless, you sometimes come across products that don't suit your skin well. This one cleanses off easily and has good ingredients, so I used it without any issues whatsoever.
ConsLongevity ⭐️⭐️⭐️ What was an advantage in terms of application becomes a slight drawback here. Perhaps due to its slight oiliness, I found the staying power to be a bit disappointing. However, being a stick balm type, it's relatively easy to carry around and touch up, which might compensate for the longevity issue!
TipUsing a thin eyeshadow brush or aegyo-sal brush to apply it under the eyes on the aegyo-sal area creates a beautiful effect with its fine pearls. It's also quite moisturizing, which prevents creasing under the eyes, so I used it well. I saw many reviews saying it's difficult to apply the stick directly as it can disrupt the base makeup. Applying it with fingers works well, but I don't like getting product on my hands, so I patted it on gently and that worked fine.

However, this highlighter makes me want to try a dewy makeup look. I typically use powder highlighters because I like matte finishes, but when I apply this after sunscreen, it makes my skin look a level better than usual. The shimmer isn't excessive - it just gives that effect of naturally radiant skin with a beautiful light reflection. The stick format is convenient, and its size is perfect for carrying around. Its creamy texture is great for touch-ups too. I definitely plan to repurchase. I love how it gives a subtle, natural sparkle that looks like it's coming from within my own skin.
ConsThere's nothing I dislike about using this product. I'm satisfied with the price, size, and formula!

When applying makeup, this highlighter's texture and feel on my forehead and nose bridge are the best I've ever experienced! It glides on smoothly without clumping or feeling excessive. The color is perfect for cool tones! I think the neutral tone would suit any skin type nicely.
ConsThose with oily skin might find it feels a bit rich. Even with my combination dehydrated skin, I notice it tends to mix with foundation or sunscreen and clump up after a while. Also, it's challenging to apply precisely to the inner corners of the eyes due to its size. A brush is absolutely necessary!

When applied, it melts gently without becoming mushy, and absorbs without pilling, giving a coating-like feel. 📍Color It's a transparent, subtle gold shimmer (The shimmer is very fine and delicate, perfect for a subtle highlight on the nose or under-eye area. When used as a highlight on the cheeks, it gives an elegant, subtle glow, perfect for that glazed donut makeup look!) 📍Scent It's fragrance-free! This makes it great for those with scent sensitivities. 📍Ingredients While I usually don't focus on ingredients for color cosmetics, the ingredients in this are gentle, making it an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin who want to use a highlighter. 📍How to Use Although it's a stick type, don't apply it directly to your face as it might disturb your base makeup. Instead, warm it up on your hand and gently pat it onto the areas you want to highlight! When applied to the most prominent parts of the cheeks, just above the cupid's bow, and under the chin, areas where traditional highlighters can sometimes look heavy, this Hince stick creates an incredibly subtle, healthy-looking glow! 📍Other Benefits It's also very portable, and comes in various types like clear and blush, so I highly recommend it! After trying it, I bought the clear version with my own money. They say it's a cheaper alternative to the Chanel glow stick... but it's luxurious, beautiful, and does it all! Highly recommended for those who don't wear heavy makeup, makeup beginners, and makeup enthusiasts alike!
ConsThe product might get slightly scratched if used directly from the stick, but if you melt it on your hand and pat it on, it looks absolutely beautiful!
TipMake sure to warm it up on your hand and apply it with a patting motion! It pairs perfectly with cream or balm blushes rather than powder ones! When used on the cheekbones, just above the cupid's bow, or on the chin, you can achieve a truly luxurious highlighter glow effect!

It lives up to expectations! The subtle shimmer is perfect for everyone and the pearls won't clash with any skin tone. The sparkle is maximized when it catches the light. It's ideal for creating that coveted Inner Glow look. - Texture The formula melts smoothly onto the skin. However, when applied directly over makeup, it doesn't spread as easily as you might expect. Many people recommend melting it on your fingers first, but personally, I'm not a fan of using my hands when applying makeup, so that's a bit inconvenient for me. It's tricky to spread with tools, unfortunately. As for longevity, given its balm-like consistency, it tends to fade after about half a day, which is a bit disappointing. - Design True to Hince's style, it's beautifully minimalist with an elegant embossed 'H' on the lid. The size is perfect - just right for popping into your makeup bag. The case is so pretty that it makes you want to keep using the product. - Overall It creates a beautifully subtle Inner Glow! However, I recommend using it over a moisturizing base that conceals pores well for the best effect.
Cons- As mentioned in the texture section, it's disappointing that it's not easy to apply with makeup tools or by directly swiping on the skin. - You need to have good skin to achieve that Inner Glow effect. Otherwise, it might actually accentuate texture and pores.
TipApply it well to areas where you want light to reflect and appear more voluminous, such as the bridge of your nose, forehead, cheekbones, and above the lips!

It glides on smoothly without any pilling of your base makeup. I'm often too lazy to pat it in after applying, so I just swipe it on quickly, and it still works great! The color isn't stark white, but has a pink undertone that gives you that natural 'born with great skin' look. It's subtly flattering! Despite having super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes when I applied it to my cheekbones and front cheek area. The stick format is also convenient for touch-ups when you're out and about.
ConsThe only downside might be its somewhat short-lasting power...?! Being a balm type, it naturally doesn't last as long as powder highlighters.
TipApplying it with a puff gives an even more seamless, skin-like finish!

I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of The Hwahae Testers when I was thinking about buying a highlighter. ✔️Application It glides on incredibly smoothly. It feels slightly oily, similar to applying a stick concealer or those Daiso wrinkle sticks, making it easy to apply. ✔️Glow While I appreciate the subtle glow it gives, it might look a bit oily at first glance. The glow reminds me of the sheen you get from sunscreen... which is slightly disappointing for a highlighter! Perhaps because of this, it doesn't last very long... However, its compact size makes it convenient for touch-ups on the go. ✔️Other notes I've always hesitated to buy powder highlighters due to excess fallout, but this stick formula doesn't have any shimmer fallout at all. It seems perfect for highlighter beginners. If you have blemish-free skin, I imagine it would look beautiful applied over sunscreen (unfortunately, I have quite a few blemishes).
ConsThe glow is underwhelming! Not recommended if you're looking for a highlighter that really pops!

I loved how the creamy, soft formula glided smoothly onto my skin. Even though I don't usually wear heavy makeup, it looked natural without being overwhelming. After applying it to my skin, I gently blended it with my fingertips, and I appreciated how easy it was to control.
ConsDepending on how you apply your base makeup, there can be some pilling issues.

Feel on skin: It goes on softer and more hydrating than expected, with a subtle, not-at-all-excessive glow that I really like! Additional thoughts: When applied over blush, there's a slight tendency for pilling.
ConsIf your base makeup isn't flawless, there's a tendency for pilling. The staying power also seems a bit lacking.

When you open the lid, you'll find the body matches the band with a golden hue. ▫️Product Color and Texture It's a light beige highlight balm that applies with surprising firmness, not too soft. The texture glides on smoothly, but it's not slippery to the touch. It feels like a lighter version of an essence balm. ▫️Application At first, it might seem like you've just applied Vaseline with its glossy sheen. But as you turn your head, you'll notice a subtle shimmer that catches the light beautifully. As a balm-type highlighter, it doesn't feel heavy at all, instead giving off a healthy, radiant glow. 📍Pros 1. Dewy Glow My skin is quite thin, so powder highlighters always felt a bit chalky, even with fine particles. This one doesn't have that issue at all! At first, I wondered if there was any shimmer, but then I noticed the delicate pearl particles shining through transparently. It's absolutely stunning. 2. Hydration I have combination dehydrated skin, so I usually have to use matte foundation to combat oiliness. This often leads to a battle with dryness when I apply powder products. This highlighter doesn't cause that problem at all. I haven't tried it with a glowy foundation yet, but I think it could work beautifully if you're careful about pilling. I'd recommend this highlighter more for those with dry skin rather than oily, and for those with some makeup experience rather than beginners. People with oily skin might find it breaks down quickly when mixed with natural oils, and the intense glow might look disconnected from matte foundation for beginners. This highlighter is perfect for those who prefer a dewy, light makeup look rather than heavy coverage.
Cons1. Risk of Looking Oily Due to its fine pearl particles and balm texture, it can create a beautiful dewy skin look when applied correctly. However, if you don't control the application area well, it might end up looking like excess oil on the skin. 2. Requires Hand Application Applying directly with the stick can leave harsh edges, so you must blend the borders with your fingers. Honestly, I recommend applying it to your hand first rather than directly to your face. 3. Some Breakdown Since you're essentially adding oil on top of your foundation, this area may experience some makeup breakdown.
TipI recommend applying it with your hands rather than directly with the stick. This helps prevent your makeup from pilling and allows you to blend out the edges, which you'd need to do anyway.
