It gives a truly natural look, but with a slight shimmer, so it's not quite a full-on dewy effect! It's more like a highlighter with a hint of dewiness. That's why I'm tempted to try the Clear version for a more intense dewy look! 💙How to use: After applying toner and emulsion, I dab it on my cheeks, eyelids, under-eyes, forehead, and chin. Then I layer sunscreen and base makeup on top. This way, the makeup doesn't smudge off. 💙Application: It glides on smoothly without irritating the skin. 💙Blemishes: I didn't experience any breakouts after using it. Hince really brings out your natural skin beautifully. It's perfect for those who already have good skin. *Repurchase intention: 100% yes! It gives a skin finish that powder highlighters just can't achieve.
Cons- It may rub off if applied over makeup base. While it's not too noticeable for me, I avoid putting it on top of makeup because I don't like my sun base coming off. - It's not 100% Inner Glow, more like 30% Inner Glow and 70% highlighter.

Thanks to this, the highlighter effect from the pearls + a natural glow is added, making the skin look flawless! Effectiveness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even with just one swipe, it applies quite intensely. When I put it on my cheekbones, I thought it looked absolutely beautiful, and it works wonders on the bridge of the nose too if you apply it lightly with good control. Ingredients ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Since it's a product used on specific areas, it's not easy to get blemishes from just a highlighter. Nevertheless, you sometimes come across products that don't suit your skin well. This one cleanses off easily and has good ingredients, so I used it without any issues whatsoever.
ConsLongevity ⭐️⭐️⭐️ What was an advantage in terms of application becomes a slight drawback here. Perhaps due to its slight oiliness, I found the staying power to be a bit disappointing. However, being a stick balm type, it's relatively easy to carry around and touch up, which might compensate for the longevity issue!
TipUsing a thin eyeshadow brush or aegyo-sal brush to apply it under the eyes on the aegyo-sal area creates a beautiful effect with its fine pearls. It's also quite moisturizing, which prevents creasing under the eyes, so I used it well. I saw many reviews saying it's difficult to apply the stick directly as it can disrupt the base makeup. Applying it with fingers works well, but I don't like getting product on my hands, so I patted it on gently and that worked fine.

Regarding application: If you apply it directly to your face, it might cause your base makeup to smudge. Instead, warm it up slightly with your fingers before applying. It adheres beautifully and looks gorgeous! As for the glow: The glitter particles are so fine they're barely visible, and there's hardly any base color. This makes it look incredibly natural. It gives you that 'I woke up like this' glow, as if you naturally have great skin! It's perfect for creating a glowy base makeup look.
ConsRegarding longevity: Since it's a moisturizing formula, it doesn't last as long as some might hope. However, being in a stick form makes it convenient to carry around and touch up on the go!

ConsBeing a stick type, it's a bit tricky to use without disturbing your makeup The lasting power doesn't seem to maintain as well as powder types

Let me share what I loved about it: First, the positives: • The stick format makes it super easy to apply • Fine shimmer particles create a natural glow • Beautiful pink and white tones These aspects really stood out to me! The stick form made it convenient to use frequently. I applied it directly and then blended with my fingers. The fine shimmer particles were perfect for everyday use. On days when I wanted extra glam, I layered a highlighter on top. The subtle yet pretty color made me reach for it often. It looks beautiful in natural light and even more stunning under artificial lighting!
ConsHowever, there was one aspect that could be improved: • Longevity I'm not sure if it's due to the fine shimmer or the rich texture, but the staying power was a bit disappointing. That being said, I didn't experience any blemishes or issues with how it felt on my skin!
Tip• The balm texture is slightly rich, but layering a highlighter on top creates a beautiful combination and enhances the glow! I paired it with the Too Cool for School highlighter in pink, and it looked amazing!

Even after watching YouTube reviews, I thought it would provide a subtle inner glow like Vaseline, rather than an intense highlighter look. But to my surprise, it was more sparkly than I anticipated! It seems to have fine glitter particles, which I actually preferred. I applied it to my cheekbones, nose, forehead, and inner corners of my eyes, and I loved how it gave a subtle shimmer without being too noticeable. Despite being a balm, it wasn't heavy at all! It glides on super lightly, without feeling thick or heavy.
ConsSince it's a balm with fine shimmer particles, the balm's natural glow fades over time, leaving only the fine glitter behind. This can make it look like you've applied loose glitter, even if you didn't use much product. You'll need to be careful with the amount you apply.
TipI like to apply this product over my blush, and it seems to complement any type of blush beautifully! It really makes the blush pop. Also, I've found that using this product under the eyebrows or on the eyelids gives your face a lovely, dewy glow. It's a great way to add some radiance to your complexion.

Because of this, I've always found that highlighters with glitter particles make my skin look messy, so I've been on the hunt for a pearl-free highlighter. However, since I can't swatch every product before buying, my previous highlighter purchases have all been disappointments. But this Radiance Balm blends beautifully with my skin's natural oils, creating a natural glow. While the before/after photos might not look incredibly striking due to my round cheekbones, I highly recommend this product to those who regularly use highlighters. 1. Texture The product has a solid surface that melts smoothly onto the skin when applied. Unlike powder highlighters, it doesn't crumble or create excess. The texture is similar to applying a balm-type skincare product. It wasn't too rich for my oil-sensitive skin; instead, it harmonizes well with my skin's natural oils to create a natural glow. 2. Color payoff I used the "Light" shade. It provides a moderate luminosity. While it doesn't have the intense shimmer of glitter-based highlighters, its skin-adhering formula means it could be beautifully layered with other highlighters for a more dramatic effect.
ConsI didn't find any downsides. It's an excellent product with a generous amount.
TipThis would work well in combination with other highlighters.

The top one is Hince, and the bottom one is He* Skin Radiant Glow Balm! (As you can see in the photo, they both have a similar pearlescent finish, and I only noticed a difference in how they apply) - Creates a natural color and achieves an Inner Glow - Can be used not just on cheekbones or cheeks, but also on the bridge of the nose! - Recommended more for dry skin than oily skin
Cons- Application... This is the biggest issue, and I think it's why people are hesitating to buy it. Even if you warm it up in your hands before applying, it doesn't maintain the base makeup integrity. If you apply it directly to your face, it ruins the base... And above all, when you apply the stick directly to your face, how should I put this... The foundation's oils seem to envelop the formula, preventing the color from showing up. In the end, whether you apply it with your hands or directly from the product, it's weak in color payoff and difficult to apply... - If you have rough or uneven skin, it might actually make you look messy...
Tip- For those who are really curious about this product, I recommend it to 'dry skin' types (for oily skin, it fades quickly and can look greasy if overdone... I have oily skin...) - The weak color payoff can be an advantage, but only to a certain extent... It's really so sheer that if you want that pop of Inner Glow, just buy a regular powder highlighter... - But it looks surprisingly pretty on the bridge and tip of the nose! That's why I don't use it on my cheeks and only apply it naturally to the bridge and tip of my nose

While Light appears to have more pearl than glow in the photos, when applied to the face, Clear gives a dewy glow effect, whereas Light offers a combination of dewy glow and champagne pearl highlight. I tried Milky Moon, which has pink pearls, to compare the pearl color with Light Balm, but surprisingly, Hince Light has more sparkly pearls. Personally, I found Clear perfect for achieving a pure and clean look or for a subtle, natural glow. Light, on the other hand, looked more beautiful with heavier makeup or under indoor lighting! Applying it directly to the face can ruin your carefully applied base makeup, so it's best to warm it up with your fingertips and gently pat it on. This method looks gorgeous. However, if you want that instant dewy effect, you'll need to build it up by patting it on the cheeks multiple times for a noticeable result. There's inevitably some stickiness, and your hair might stick to it, but the way it makes your skin look so good and beautiful is worth it! I'm completely satisfied and would definitely repurchase when I run out.
ConsThe unavoidable stickiness... There's no way around your hair sticking to it. Also, it can emphasize pores, so you need to be careful to apply it avoiding those areas!
TipInstead of applying directly to the face, warm it up with your hands and gently pat it on.

Slightly larger on the nose tip ○ Usually use semi-matte foundation and focus on base adherence when applying makeup - Pearl effect and skin appearance: The pearl particles are extremely fine, not visible to the naked eye, creating a subtle Inner Glow effect. It goes on transparently, but the fine shimmer makes your face look brighter overall, not just highlighting. It creates a very natural glow, so I'd recommend it to those who prefer a natural skin look rather than those who like more noticeable highlighters. - Base makeup pilling and application method: If you swipe or dab with the stick directly, it can remove base makeup. It's best to warm it up with your fingers, adjust the amount on the back of your hand, then gently pat it on. If you spread it over a large area, it can unintentionally remove makeup. Personally, I found using a puff works best - it doesn't disturb the base, applies thinly and evenly, and adheres well. There wasn't much difference whether applied right over foundation, after powder, or even after blush - the application method seems to matter most. - Application and hydration: It goes on very moisturizing without feeling sticky or heavy, and the hydration lasts a long time. - Ingredients: For me, the biggest merit was the ingredients! I have combination dehydrated and acne-prone skin, so I'm sensitive to pore-clogging ingredients. This product gives a moisturized look without any pore-clogging ingredients, and I didn't experience any blemishes after use.
Cons- Emphasis on pores and texture: On my cheeks where pores are relatively small, there's no noticeable emphasis after covering with base makeup. However, on my nose tip where pores are larger, there's a slight emphasis. My skin texture is quite pronounced, and this product does emphasize it somewhat. It's much less noticeable than with powder highlighters, but since it's enhancing overall skin glow, I've accepted it and just use it on smaller areas.
TipUsing a puff makes it easy to apply without disturbing base makeup, and it adheres thinly and evenly for the best result. I've settled on using the Me*khe Mini Pang Pang Puff. For those concerned about texture like me, I recommend using it on the bridge of the nose, 45-degree angle of cheekbones, chin, and brow bone.
