Pros
It's great that it's easy to swipe on. At the office, when my skin is dry, I just swipe it on and pat it with the cushion, and it becomes moisturized. My face also looks radiant and nice.
Cons

The shine is amazing :) Being a balm type, the lack of powder fallout is a big advantage as well. Those who like a dewy skin expression will likely love this.
Cons
Since I have oily skin, the balm type does feel a bit greasy, so I have to finish with powder. I thought the stick would be convenient, but applying it directly with the stick causes my makeup to break down...ㅠ I have to melt it with my fingers and dab it on to prevent it from falling apart as much.

It's ambiguous. If I apply it before makeup, the shine and pearl get covered up. If I apply it after makeup, the base gets clumped and crumbles. But I still want the shine, so when I pat it on and go out, in the dry winter, the shine disappears and only the crumbling remains. The natural glow effect is so great.. My skin looks so alive that I make sure to use it even though it's a hassle. I'm glad there are no particular troubles.. Other brands' products had too much oil, so even as a dry-skinned person, I sometimes had troubles pop up.
Cons
However, when I wear a mask, the glow points I carefully applied all crumble away ㅜㅜ While wearing a mask, it seems the glow won't be able to shine through.. And it requires a bit of technique. If I rub it directly on my face... my makeup gets completely swept away ㅜㅜ
