To be honest, I didn't know the effects of this product when my skin was a little troubled or in a decent condition. And as a sensitive skin user, the watery oil was also burdensome. But! One night when the trouble on my cheeks got worse, I felt itchy while sleeping and without properly rummaging through my vanity, I just applied this product that was within reach. It was not the full-size product but a starter kit, so it was around 15ml. Wow.. it flowed like water, even dripping down my neck. But in my drowsy state, I just roughly applied it to my cheeks and fell asleep without patting it in. The itchiness soon subsided, and I slept soundly afterwards. Ah, that's when I realized - this is really meant to be used when your skin is in poor condition. It was more effective than using a regular cica cream or gel. It feels like it absorbs faster? It's clean and gentle. The redness that comes with my period is quickly soothed when I apply this. The timing seems to work well, though it could be a coincidence... But I feel like I've really benefited from this ampoule. I bought this along with the famous pink serum from Isoi, and I think this one is even better. It absorbs cleanly, so it doesn't feel heavy even if I layer other products on top. Pros
This ampoule has been effective for me, even though my skin is dry and prone to redness and acne! I've almost used up a whole bottle, so I plan to repurchase it. My skin type is dry with redness and acne. The formula has oil in it, but it's very watery. It flows quickly, so I pump it onto my cheeks one side at a time, then apply it to my forehead and chin. Trying to apply it all at once makes it run everywhere. The scent is a light herbal aroma - not too polarizing. It's not strong at all. I can see the effects after just one use. The redness doesn't disappear immediately, but the blemishes become smaller! Since it has oil, it leaves my skin with the right amount of oiliness, but I feel like it lacks moisture, so I add the COSRX Propolis Ampoule afterwards.
Cons
The formula flows too easily, so it's hard to control. The bottle is fragile, so you have to store it upright.
Tip

The oil layer was added one more time, so it wasn't too dry. However, it would have been better if there was a little more internal moisture while the oil layer was applied. I didn't experience any irritation or discomfort, and in the dead of winter, I had to layer it two or three times to prevent dryness.
Cons
It was a bit too runny, so it would drip down uncontrollably. However, I got the hang of it and was able to apply it by scraping it horizontally, which worked fine. But if I scooped out too much at once, it would drip down my chin!
