Except for the summer, I usually use ampoules that remain viscous on the back of the hand and then apply a cream on top. However, this product has a runny texture that immediately flows when dispensed with a dropper onto the face. At first, it was inconvenient to use, but if you dispense it onto the cheeks, forehead, and chin, and then pat it in immediately, it becomes easier! The texture itself has no stickiness, but it leaves a slight velvety finish on the skin, so I would recommend this to those with sensitive skin who often get breakouts around the nose area in the summer, and are looking for an ampoule to use on its own without a follow-up serum. For my daily routine, I finish with this product, then apply a mattifying mineral sunscreen and a slightly oily organic sunscreen, cover blemishes with concealer, and go about my day with a makeup-free look. This has helped reduce my breakouts and greatly improved the overall skin texture.
