Due to the high concentration, using the product alone on the bare face caused troubles. Therefore, I mixed it with another serum product in a 1:1 ratio and applied it.

I'm not sure... I'm envious of those who found this cosmetic product to be a good match and saw whitening effects. It is moisturizing, though.

As it contains a lot of niacinamide, I purchased this product expecting whitening effects, but I am greatly disappointed. Those with sensitive skin should not buy this... The ingredients seemed mild, so I applied it without worry, but suddenly small pimples started appearing... However, since they said it has whitening effects, I tried using it for about two weeks, but I didn't see any effects. Pros
I originally used a different 10% serum, but then I found a higher concentration ampoule on the brand's official website and started using it. Compared to the lower concentration one that left my skin dry, this one is more moisturizing and plump!
Cons
However, I think expecting it to be good just because it's a higher concentration was a mistake. I should have carefully checked the formulation and concentration that suits my skin, but instead the higher concentration one ended up being more irritating and caused me to break out.
Tip
If anyone else is having trouble, I'd recommend trying the Cosrx Niacinamide 20% Zinc 4% Ampoule. I switched to this and it's been so much better!!! Also highly recommend the Rize Niacinamide Serum, it has 20% niacinamide plus panthenol.

Pros
According to the dermatologist's YouTube video, to manage blackheads, you should use a bha toner and then follow up with a retinol treatment that helps with pore management. I purchased the retinol 1% treatment, and this other product as well, which is said to be less irritating than retinol but still effective (I checked the clinical data). The texture is good. There doesn't seem to be any particular fragrance. The volume is quite small.

At first, I diligently alternated using the retinol (once a week) and this product. But I started breaking out. I have been using the Baha Liquid (2%) from Paula's Choice for 3 years through direct purchase, and I have also been satisfied with other Paula's Choice products.
