Pros
My skin is extremely sensitive and delicate. If the ingredients are not good or don't suit me well, I tend to get breakouts and my skin gets irritated easily. But with this product, it has been a great match from the very first use. There is no irritation at all, and even though it has a high concentration, it still agrees with my skin! My complexion has become brighter and the texture has improved, and the acne scars seem to be fading quickly as well. It also works well for layering - during the day, I use it with squalane, peptide collagen ampoule, and EGF cream, then apply sunscreen and makeup, and my skin just glows.
Cons
If I had to point out anything, it would be the price... but if it goes on sale, I'd definitely stock up on it.

Even though I have acne-prone skin, the product with niacinamide was not too irritating for me. It might be a bit irritating for some though!! Since the price is quite high, I was able to test it out with the free shipping option on the brand's website. I've been using it along with the Baha exfoliator, and my acne concerns have improved - the new breakouts have stopped, so I think I'll stick with this product!! This is the first time I've seen such quick results from a product. The price is a bit steep, but even without discounts, I think it's worth it.🫡

I'm very satisfied with the 10% formula and only use the 20% version at night. Even though I have sensitive skin, I've adapted well to the 10% and can use it without any skin irritation. Compared to the 10%, my skin feels a bit more supple and hydrated. I've heard that the formulation is more important than the concentration, and the lack of skin irritation despite the high concentration has made me trust Paulas Choice even more.
Cons
The rich texture may cause makeup to cake when using it as a daytime base.
