It covers imperfections naturally and has great ingredients for a concealer While the staying power is a bit weak, I'm satisfied because of the quality ingredients - ta*******Combination SkinRecommendedJun 25, 2024
The coverage is quite good, and if applied evenly, it doesn't look too stark even on fair skin. The staying power seems to be pretty decent as well. It's a bit disappointing that the formula tends to break down quite a bit in the summer heat. - le******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 26, 2023
It absorbs well and isn't bad at all. Even when applied alone with gentle tapping, it provides good coverage. Depending on your complexion, you might love it or hate it. It would be better if it came in a wider range of shades. - yo********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 26, 2023
- Impressively moisturizing for a stick concealer - Glides on smoothly - Surprisingly good coverage - Looks natural when applied over sunscreen with just concealer Wow... this is a hidden gem! It's my holy grail concealer. I've tried both pot and liquid concealers before, but I always struggled with application - they would clump or separate after just a couple of uses, ending up abandoned. This one, however, I've been using daily. I'm definitely repurchasing! I haven't found any downsides yet because it's the best concealer I've ever used... Oh, I do wish there were color options available. I would have bought different shades for various purposes. That's a bit of a shame. If you're using it on blemishes, apply it in layers with a patting motion and gently blend only the edges. It completely covers redness! While it can't hide texture, I find it less stressful to cover the redness of inflamed skin rather than showing it. It's also great for covering dark circles or blemishes when you're only wearing sunscreen. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 15, 2023
The only concealer that doesn't cause blemishes... Please don't discontinue it! Don't apply it directly with the stick! You need to blend it well with a brush - aa******Dry SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedNov 19, 2022
The shade 22 has a nice color that suits my skin tone, and it applies smoothly. It's also convenient to carry around. When I'm in a rush, I can finish my makeup with just this one product. It might be too dark for those with fair skin or to use as a concealer. It also tends to transfer onto masks. When I'm in a hurry, I just swipe it on and blend it out with my fingers. It seems to give a pretty natural finish that way. - ha*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 25, 2022
Honest review from my own purchase! After using Dr. Jart concealer (Control A Spot Cover) which was discontinued, I switched to this and I love it! My previous concealer had a brush applicator which I liked, but this stick format is a bit stiff to use on its own and the color is a bit too bright. However, when I mix it with Sidmool's liquid concealer, I can adjust the consistency and color. The ingredients are great, so even though I'm wearing concealer, I feel like my skin is being cared for all day long! You absolutely can't use this alone. It doesn't cover raised blemishes well and actually makes them more noticeable. I use it in the morning along with Sidmool's liquid concealer. It's amazing when applied with a brush - check out the photo for reference! - zz********Oily SkinRecommendedAug 18, 2022
I've been using this for years because unlike other cleansers that cause milia after removing makeup, this one doesn't trigger any blemishes If I had to nitpick, it's that you can only buy it online. There aren't many offline stores selling it, so you always have to have it delivered - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 17, 2022
Hmm... It feels less heavy compared to other concealers? It seems to cause less tightness or irritation on the skin. It barely functions as a concealer. It's so stiff that it's difficult to apply, and it sits on the skin with a matte finish, actually highlighting the areas you're trying to cover instead of concealing them. - wj**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 19, 2022
1. Ingredients ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the most important factor when choosing for me! As someone with super sensitive skin, I get anxious if the ingredients aren't good. I picked this because it's gentle and free of harmful ingredients! 2. Color ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It blends perfectly with my complexion! It doesn't create a floating tone and harmonizes well with foundation, effectively evening out my skin tone! 3. Coverage ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Considering its gentle ingredients, the coverage isn't bad at all! It doesn't go on thick, but you can achieve decent coverage by layering it thinly multiple times. 1. Dryness Well... I'm not sure if it's because I have combination dehydrated skin, but even after cleansing and completing my skincare routine, it feels a bit dry and stiff when first applying. I had to pat it in several times. 2. Staying power Oh dear... To be honest, it has almost no staying power. Those with oily skin will understand... No matter what you put on, after a while, your skin produces its own natural cleansing oil. So don't expect it to last long. As time passes, it separates from the foundation and starts to crack a bit. 3. Breakage Since it's in stick form, if you apply it using too much pressure or leave it in a warm place, it easily deforms. Also, it's not the most hygienic option.
